In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the universal tilt angle device further includes a driving device 6, the driving device 6 includes a motor 61 and a speed reducer 62; the motor 61 is arranged on the side of the base 11 opposite to the support 13, the speed reducer 62 is connected with the motor 61 and the support 13, and the motor 61 drives the support 13 to rotate relative to the base 11 through the speed reducer 62.
In the present embodiment, the motor 61 is used for driving the support 13 to rotate relative to the base 11, and the speed reducer 62 is used for braking when the support 13 rotates, because when the motor 61 drives the support 13 to rotate, the support 13 will rotate excessively due to the inertia of rotation, which will cause the pushing assembly 3 to rotate excessively along with the support 13, and finally cause the tilting direction of the boat 12 to be in a non-target direction. The speed reducer 62 is arranged to enable the support 13 to be braked emergently when rotating, and enable the inclination direction of the carrier disc 12 to be the target direction, so that the inclination direction of the workpiece 8 to be machined can be the target direction, and accurate machining of the workpiece 8 to be machined is facilitated.

Claims (10)
1. A universal pivot angle device, comprising:
the mounting seat comprises a base, a carrying disc and a supporting piece, the supporting piece is rotatably arranged on the base in a penetrating mode, and one end, far away from the base, of the supporting piece is in sliding abutting joint with the carrying disc; the carrying disc is used for carrying a workpiece to be processed;
the elastic pieces are arranged around the supporting piece, and two ends of each elastic piece are respectively connected with the base and the carrying disc; and
the pushing assembly comprises a driving piece and a pushing piece connected with the driving piece, the driving piece is arranged on the supporting piece, one end, far away from the driving piece, of the pushing piece is abutted to the carrying disc, and the driving piece drives the pushing piece to drive the carrying disc to swing.
2. The universal pivot angle device of claim 1, wherein an arcuate surface is provided at an end of the support member remote from the base;
the carrying disc is provided with a limiting groove on one side facing the supporting piece, the groove wall of the limiting groove is arranged in a concave arc surface, and the arch arc surface is in sliding butt joint with the groove wall of the limiting groove.
3. The universal tilt angle device of claim 2, wherein the support member comprises a shaft sleeve and a shaft, and the base comprises a base plate and a fixed shaft disposed on a side of the base plate facing the carrier plate
One end of the shaft sleeve is rotatably arranged on the fixed shaft in a penetrating way, and the other end of the shaft sleeve is connected with the pushing assembly;
one end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the shaft sleeve and is detachably connected with the shaft sleeve, and the end, far away from the shaft sleeve, of the rotating shaft is provided with the arch surface.
4. The gimbal tilt angle device of claim 3, wherein the support further comprises a connecting plate;
the connecting plate is connected to one end, far away from the fixed shaft, of the shaft sleeve and surrounds the shaft sleeve to form a position avoiding groove, and the position avoiding groove is used for avoiding the fixed shaft;
the driving piece is arranged at one end, far away from the shaft sleeve, of the connecting plate.
5. The universal pivot mount of claim 4 further comprising a guide assembly, said guide assembly comprising a slide and a slide;
the sliding seat is arranged on the connecting plate and is positioned on one side of the driving piece;

the limiting plate is arranged at the edge of the base and extends towards the carrying disc; the limiting plate partially protrudes out of one side, back to the base, of the carrying disc, and is provided with a limiting through hole which extends along the length direction of the limiting plate;
the limiting rod is arranged on the outer side wall of the carrying disc and penetrates through the limiting through hole, and the limiting rod can move along the limiting through hole.
8. The universal tilt angle device of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a carrier is provided on a side of the carrier plate facing away from the base;

10. The universal tilt angle device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a driving device including a motor and a speed reducer;
the motor is arranged on one side, back to the support piece, of the base, the speed reducer is connected with the motor and the support piece, and the motor drives the support piece to rotate relative to the base through the speed reducer.
