The mask 1 according to the present embodiment is used to prevent splashing of splashes from the mouth of a person, and as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a transparent film covers the entire face of the user M from the front. The hood 2 is made of metal, and the frame 3 supports the lower end of the hood 2 such that the hood 2 stands substantially vertically. In the following description, as shown in fig. 4, the direction (left side of fig. 4) in which the face of the user M wearing the face guard 1 faces is "front", and the opposite direction (right side of fig. 4) is "rear". Further, directions indicated by arrows in fig. 1 are referred to as "up and down" and "left and right", respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, the hood 2 is formed in an arc-shaped curved shape (semi-cylindrical shape) along the face of the user M, and right and left lower ends of the hood 2 are attached to right and left sides of a front end, respectively, by substantially vertical frames 3. Here, the shield cap 2 is a colorless transparent or color transparent film (having a thickness of about 100 to 200 μm) having flexibility, and examples of the material thereof include polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and Polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), triacetyl cellulose (TAC), and the like. Alternatively, a soft vinyl chloride resin material or the like is also preferably used.
The frame 3 is constructed by rolling a single rod-like member (or an elongated thin plate-like member) that retains its shape into a ring shape as shown in fig. 1. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6a, in the rod-like member constituting the frame 3, a plurality of (two) wires 3b are embedded in a resin tube 3a having a rectangular cross section.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the magnet 4 is attached to one inner surface of left and right ends of the rear portion of the frame 3, and the magnetic metal plate 5 is attached to the other outer surface of the frame 3, and therefore, as shown in fig. 2, left and right both ends of the rear end of the frame 3 are engaged with each other by the magnetic metal plate 5 being attracted by the magnet 4, and an external force is applied to the rear end of the frame 3 from the engaged state. In addition, if the magnet 4 and the magnetic metal plate 5 are separated, the ends of the frame 3 are disconnected from each other, and these ends may be separated to open the rear end of the frame 3. In this way, the end of the frame 3 is detachably engaged by the magnet 4 and the magnetic metal plate 5.
Incidentally, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a curved portion 3A curved downward is formed at the front end of the frame 3, and left and right inclined columnar portions 3A1 constituting the curved portion 3A are formed. The left and right lower end portions of the hood 2 are detachably mounted on the respective upper end portions of the hood 2 so that the hood 2 is substantially erected. The bent portion 3A may be a portion bent to protrude downward, and may be, for example, a portion formed to be substantially U-shaped in a front view or laterally U-shaped as shown. Here, fig. 2 shows an example of a structure for mounting and dismounting the shield 2 to and from the frame 3.
In the example shown in fig. 3, locking devices 6 are provided outward on the outer surfaces (only one is shown in fig. 3) of the pillar portions 3a1 on the left and right sides of the front end of the frame 2. On the other hand, rectangular seat members 7 (only one is shown in fig. 3) having a higher rigidity and being thicker than the shield 2 are attached to the left and right lower end portions of the shield 2. The face-seat member 7 is formed with a slit-shaped (keyhole-shaped) locking hole 7a.
In the above configuration, if the notch of the locking hole 7a formed in the face seat member 7 on the shield 2 side is fitted into the locking pin 6 on the frame 3 side, and the shield 2 is pushed in the arrow direction in fig. 2. Since the hole 7a is fitted and locked in the locking means 6, the shield 2 can be mounted to the frame 3 simply by pressing. Further, when the shield cap 2 mounted on the frame 3 is pulled in a direction opposite to the arrow in fig. 3, the engagement between the engagement hole 7a and the engagement lock 6 is opened, so that the shield cap 2 can be simply removed from the frame 3 by one touch. An angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting the installation angle of the hood 2 to the frame 3 may also be provided.
In the mask 1 according to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of magnetic members 8 are provided on the left and right inner surfaces (portions facing the neck of the user M in the mounted state) of the frame 3. It is connected at appropriate intervals. Note that these magnetic members 8 may be embedded in the frame 3.
Therefore, the user M can wear the mask 1 configured as above in the following steps.
The user M pushes the left and right ends engaged by the magnet 4 and the magnetic metal plate 5 apart at the rear end of the frame 3 of the face guard 1, and opens the opening portion of the user M. If the pushing away of the end of the frame 3 is released after the neck is bypassed, the shape of the frame 3 is restored to the original ring shape. Then, from this state, as shown in fig. 3, the end portions of the frame body 3 are re-joined by the attraction of the magnet 4 and the magnetic metal plate 5, and the frame body 3 is placed on both shoulders of the user M. The mask 1 is easy to mount. At this time, the lower end horizontal portion 3A2 (see fig. 1) of the bent portion 3A formed at the front end portion of the frame 3 comes into contact with the chest of the user M.
As described above, when the face shield 1 is attached to the user M, the protection mask 2 covers the entire face of the user M in a state of being substantially perpendicular to the front of the face of the user M, as shown in fig. 4. The shield 2 prevents splash contact of saliva from persons on either side of the mask. By performing the reverse operation to the above, the user M can easily remove the already-installed mask 1.
As described above, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mask 1 is supported by the shoulders of the user M in a worn state. In addition to not imposing a heavy physical burden on the body, since the face guard 1 is installed by placing the frame 3 on both shoulders around the neck of the user M, the face guard 1 is easily and simply worn and removed without disturbing the hairstyle of the user M.
In the present embodiment, in the attached state of the mask 1 shown in fig. 4, the lower end horizontal portion 3A2 of the bent portion 3A formed at the front end portion of the frame 3 comes into contact with the chest of the user M. Since the face guard 1 is in contact with the chest, the face guard 1 is more securely mounted on the user M.
Further, in the mask 1 according to the present embodiment, the mask 2 is detachably mounted on the frame 3, and therefore, when the mask 2 becomes dirty and needs cleaning, it should be cleaned. The hood 2 can be easily removed from the frame 3 for cleaning, and the hood 2 after cleaning can be easily reattached to the frame 3 for use. Alternatively, if the mask 2 is damaged, it can be easily removed from the frame 3 and replaced with a new one. If the hood 2 is mounted on the frame 3 so that the angle can be adjusted, the mounting angle of the hood 2 is adjusted and the hood 2 is used if the mounting angle of the hood 2 is not appropriate when the face shield 1 is mounted. The mask can be stood upright in front of the face of the M and the hood 2 can fully perform its function.
Further, in the mask 1 according to the present embodiment, since the plurality of magnetic members 8 are mounted to the left and right sides of the frame 2 around the neck of the user M in the mounted state, as a result of the magnetic action generated from these porcelain members 8, the blood circulation of the user M can be promoted, and the shoulder stiffness and fatigue of the user M can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the strip 9 may be mounted around the frame 3 of the mask 1 by a plurality of surface fasteners 10. As shown in fig. 6a (only one side is shown in fig. 6), a plurality of upper and lower sides (illustrated example) are provided on both left and right sides of the cloth 9 (left and right sides when the cloth 9 is mounted on the frame 2). Then, two storage pockets 9A are provided, and a cover 9B that covers the opening of each storage pocket 9A from above is provided on the upper edge of the cloth 9 over the entire length of the cloth 9 in the longitudinal direction.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 6b, the heat insulating agent 11 or the heat insulating agent 12 is inserted and contained from above in each containing bag 9A provided on the cloth 9. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6B, the cover 9B provided on the cloth 9 is folded back to open the opening of each storage bag 9A, so that the storage bag can be used in winter when the temperature is low. The heat insulating agent 11 is stored in the storage bag 9A, and the cold insulating agent 12 is stored in the storage bag 9A in summer when the temperature is high. Then, after containing the heat insulating agent 11 or the cold insulating agent 12, as shown in fig. 6a, the cover 9B is returned to its original state, and the opening of each containing bag 9A is closed by the cover 9B. The insulating agent 11 or 12 contained in the container does not fall out of the storage bag 9A.
If the above configuration is adopted, the neck of the user M is warmed in winter by storing the heat insulating agent 11 in the storage bag 9A, and the cold insulating agent 12 is stored in the storage bag 9A in summer. The neck of M can be cool. Since the cloth 9 provided with the storage pockets 9A is detachably attached to the frame 3 by the hook-and-loop fastener 10, the excess cloth 9 is framed in the case where excess warmth retention or cooling is required except in winter or summer. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the mask 1 can be used in a state where the frame 3 is removed and the frame 3 is cleaned.
In the present embodiment, the cloth 9 provided with the receiving bag 9A is detachably attached to the frame 3, but the receiving bag 9A may be separately detachably attached to the frame 3.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the upper edge of the decorative cloth 13 may be removably attached around the frame 3 of the mask 1 by a plurality of surface fasteners 14. The decorative cloth 13 has a decorative effect with high aesthetic property, high popularity and aesthetic property, heat retaining property and ultraviolet-proof effect.
By detachably attaching such decorative cloth 13 to the frame 3 of the mask 1, the fashionability of the mask 1 can be improved. If the decorative cloth 13 has warmth retention property, the decorative cloth 13 functions as a collar for protecting the neck of the user M from cold, and if the decorative cloth 13 has an ultraviolet-ray shielding effect, you can protect the neck from harmful ultraviolet rays and prevent sunburn. Because the decorative cloth 13 is removably mounted to the frame 3 by the hook and loop fastener 14, when the decorative cloth 13 is not required, the decorative cloth 13 can be easily removed from the frame 3 to remove the mask 1 from the frame shown in figure 1. It can be used in the state shown in fig. 2. Ropes may be attached to both ends of the decorative cloth 13, and the decorative cloth 13 may be wrapped around the neck of the user M with the ropes.
Example 2: a second embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on fig. 8 and 9.
