wherein the third pushrod has a first state and a second state, a first end of the second tip does not contact the second sealing element between the fifth chamber and the sixth chamber when the third pushrod is in the first state; when the third push rod is in the second state, the first end of the second tip end sequentially pierces the second sealing element between the fifth chamber and the sixth chamber and the second sealing element between the third connecting pipe and the fifth chamber, so that the fifth chamber is communicated with the first chamber.
