Claims (21)

1. A base of a replaceable filter element mask, the base comprising:
the filter element comprises a base, a first filter element sticking part and a second filter element sticking part, wherein the base is provided with a hollow cavity capable of accommodating a mouth-nose area of a face;
the flexible veneer body is provided with a veneer side which can be jointed with the mouth and nose area of the face, and the flexible veneer body is arranged at the veneer body installation part of the base through a non-veneer side.
2. The base of the replaceable filter cartridge mask of claim 1, wherein the base has a rigid body enclosing the hollow cavity, the rigid body having a uniform or customized size, material, color and/or shape.
3. The mask base body with replaceable filter element according to claim 2, wherein the hard body is made of plastic, metal, wood, bamboo, ceramic, paper shell, leather or artificial leather, and the flexible surface is made of silicone, soft PVC or thermoplastic elastomer TPE/TPR.
4. The base of the replaceable filter cartridge mask of claim 1 wherein the side of the base is provided with at least one-way breather valve.
5. The base of the replaceable filter element mask as recited in claim 1, wherein the first filter element attaching portion is integrally or detachably disposed on a side edge of the base, and the first filter element attaching portion is configured to fix the first filter element.

The base body of the replaceable filter element mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting portion of the facing body is integrally or detachably disposed at the other side edge of the base, the mounting portion of the facing body is used for fixing the flexible facing body, and the flexible facing body is detachably or non-detachably connected to the mounting portion of the facing body.

The base body of the replaceable filter element mask as claimed in claim 6, wherein when the flexible facing body is detachably connected to the facing body mounting portion, the facing body mounting portion is provided with a first fastening portion, and the first fastening portion is fixed by being engaged with a second fastening portion provided on an edge of the non-facing side of the flexible facing body.

The substrate of a replaceable filter element mask as recited in claim 7, wherein the first locking portion is a locking rib or a locking ridge, and the second locking portion is a locking rib or a locking groove cooperating with the first locking portion, wherein the locking rib or the locking groove are arranged continuously or at intervals.

The base of the replaceable filter element mask as recited in claim 1, wherein the facing side of the flexible facing is configured as a second filter element attachment portion for securing a second filter element, and the first filter element attachment portion has a platform portion that mates with an edge of the first filter element.
10. The base body of the replaceable filter element mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base body further comprises a hanging band for hanging ears or head, the base is further provided with a hanging band fixing portion for mounting the hanging band, the hanging band is detachably connected with the hanging band fixing portion, and the hanging bands are two and the length of the hanging band is adjustable or not adjustable.
11. A replaceable filter element, wherein the replaceable filter element is used in cooperation with the base body of the replaceable filter element mask as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, the replaceable filter element is composed of a first filter element and a second filter element, the first filter element is detachably disposed on the first filter element attaching portion of the base, and the second filter element is detachably disposed on the facing side of the flexible facing body.
12. The replaceable filter cartridge of claim 11, wherein the replaceable filter cartridge includes a cartridge body, an adhesive layer formed at a predetermined location on an inner side of the cartridge body, and a release liner removably stacked on the adhesive layer.
13. The replaceable filter cartridge of claim 12, wherein the cartridge body includes an outer nonwoven layer, a meltblown layer, and an inner nonwoven layer, the outer nonwoven layer, the meltblown layer, and the inner nonwoven layer being stacked in sequence from outside to inside.
14. The replaceable filter cartridge of claim 13, wherein the cartridge body further includes a functional layer disposed between the outer and inner nonwoven fabric layers, the functional layer having a cooling or heat generating factor added thereto.
15. The replaceable cartridge of claim 11, wherein the first cartridge has a shape and size capable of covering the hollow cavity of the base and the second cartridge has a shape and size capable of covering the facer side of the flexible facer.
16. A replaceable filter element mask, comprising:
a base of the replaceable filter cartridge of any one of claims 1 to 10;
the replaceable filter element comprises a first filter element and a second filter element, wherein the first filter element is detachably arranged on the first filter element pasting part of the base, and the second filter element is detachably arranged on the pasting side of the flexible pasting body.
17. The replaceable filter element respirator of claim 16, wherein the replaceable filter element comprises a filter element body, an adhesive layer formed at a predetermined location on the inside of the filter element body, and a release liner removably stacked on the adhesive layer.
18. The mask with a replaceable filter element of claim 17, wherein the filter element body comprises an outer non-woven fabric layer, a meltblown layer and an inner non-woven fabric layer, and the outer non-woven fabric layer, the meltblown layer and the inner non-woven fabric layer are sequentially stacked from outside to inside.
19. The replaceable filter element mask of claim 18, wherein the filter element body further comprises a functional layer disposed between the outer non-woven fabric layer and the inner non-woven fabric layer, wherein a cooling factor or a heat generating factor is added to the functional layer.
20. The replaceable cartridge mask of claim 16 wherein the first cartridge has a shape and size to cover the hollow cavity of the base and the second cartridge has a shape and size to cover the facial side of the flexible facial mask.
21. The replaceable filter element mask of claim 16, further comprising a mask receiver capable of sterilizing the base and a filter element receiver capable of receiving the replaceable filter elements in bulk.
