The four pipes of the strainer 4, the water lifting pipe 20, the lower cylinder air inlet and outlet pipe 22 and the upper and lower cylinder double-way pipe 23 must be well sealed with the holes of the upper and lower cylinders which penetrate through the four pipes, otherwise, when the water blocking plug 6 cannot seal the strainer 4 in an accident state, and the water storage cylinder 2 is sealed below the four pipes, water can overflow from the bonding part of the pipes and the holes.
Preferably, a positioning clamping part for clamping the fish tank 1 is arranged on the upper panel of the lower sealed water storage tank 2, so that the positions of the upper tank and the lower tank are accurately and correspondingly placed, and the four pipes, namely the strainer pipe 4, the water lifting pipe 20, the lower tank air inlet/outlet pipe 22 and the upper and lower tank double-way pipe 23, can stably correspond to holes of the upper tank and the lower tank respectively.
