Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a urea pump bracket, which enhances the load-bearing capacity of the urea pump bracket according to the embodiment of the present application, and increases the service life of the urea pump bracket.
According to one aspect of the disclosure, a urea pump bracket is provided, which is suitable for mounting a urea pump and comprises a fixing plate and a supporting frame;
the supporting frame comprises a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, a first suspension plate, a second suspension plate and a connecting plate;
the left end of the first supporting plate and the left end of the second supporting plate are fixed on the fixing plate, and the first suspension plate is fixed between the right side of the first supporting plate and the right side of the second supporting plate;
the surface of the first suspension plate is parallel to the surface of the fixed plate and is used for mounting an oil pump;
the connecting plate is fixed on one side, facing the second supporting plate, of the first supporting plate and is used for mounting the urea pump;
the second hangs the board and fixes first backup pad orientation one side of second backup pad, the second hangs the board and is located the connecting plate with first hang between the board, the second hang the board the face with first face parallel arrangement who hangs the board, the second hangs the board and is used for installing fuel filter.
In one possible implementation, the connecting plate includes a left edge plate, a middle plate, and a right edge plate;
the left edge plate is close to the left end of the first supporting plate, the side wall of the left edge plate is fixedly connected with the first supporting plate, and the plate surface of the left edge plate is perpendicular to the plate surface of the fixing plate;
the right edge plate is in a long strip plate shape, the right edge plate is adjacent to the second suspension plate, and two ends of the right edge plate are fixedly connected with the first support plate and the second support plate respectively;
the middle plate is arranged between the left edge plate and the right edge plate and is fixedly connected with the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate;
the face of the left edge plate, the face of the middle plate and the face of the right edge plate are all provided with connecting holes connected with the urea pump.
In one possible implementation, the middle plate comprises a first plate and a second plate which are arranged in a crossed manner;
the first plate and the second plate are both in a long strip plate shape, and two ends of the first plate are respectively connected to the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate;
two ends of the second plate are respectively connected to the right edge plate and the fixed plate;
and a connecting hole connected with the urea pump is formed in the first plate.
In a possible implementation mode, a groove is formed in the plate surface of the connecting plate, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged inside the groove.
In a possible implementation manner, the second suspension plate is provided with a screw hole in threaded connection with the fuel filter.
In a possible implementation manner, a rib plate is arranged between the stabilizing seat and the second suspension plate, and the rib plate is fixedly connected with both the stabilizing seat and the second suspension plate;
the surface of the rib plate is parallel to the panel of the first supporting plate.
In a possible implementation manner, a reinforcing rib is arranged between the first supporting plate and the fixing plate, and the reinforcing rib is in a triangular plate shape;
the right-angle waist surface on one side of the reinforcing rib is fixedly connected with the panel of the fixing plate, and the right-angle waist surface on the other side of the reinforcing rib is fixedly connected with the panel surface of the first supporting plate departing from the second supporting plate.
In a possible implementation manner, the fixing plate is in a rectangular plate shape, the second supporting plate is fixedly connected to the side wall of the fixing plate, and a cut corner is formed on the side wall of the fixing plate, which is connected with the second supporting plate;
the second supporting plate is a curved plate, and the plate surface of the first supporting plate is vertically fixed on the plate surface of the fixing plate;
and the plate surface of the fixed plate is provided with a fixed hole connected with the chassis.
In a possible implementation manner, rib plates are arranged on the plate surface of the first supporting plate, the plate surface of the fixing plate, the plate surface of the second supporting plate and the plate surface of the first suspension plate;
and a plurality of reinforcing columns are arranged on the two side plate surfaces of the rib plate of the first supporting plate and the two side plate surfaces of the rib plate of the second supporting plate, and are distributed along the length direction of the rib plate.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, a vehicle is provided that includes the urea pump mount of any of the above.
The urea pump support of this application embodiment has divided into fixed plate and support frame two parts, wherein, fixes the urea pump support of this application embodiment on the vehicle bottom dish through the fixed plate, installs the urea pump through the support frame. The supporting frame is divided into five parts, namely a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, a first suspension plate, a second suspension plate and a connecting plate, and the first supporting plate are fixed on the fixing plate to play a supporting role. The first suspension plate is arranged on one side, away from the fixing plate, of the first support plate and the first support plate, and the plate surface of the first suspension plate is parallel to the plate surface of the fixing plate, so that the oil pump is mounted on the first suspension plate. The junction plate is as urea pump's installation department and first backup pad fixed connection to make urea pump pass through the stable fixing of junction plate on this application embodiment urea pump support. The second hangs the board and is in between connecting plate and the first board that hangs to it is fixed with first backup pad, and hangs the board parallel arrangement with first, for firing oil filter and provide installation space, make the stable fixing of fuel filter hang on the board at the second. From this, this application embodiment is equipped with first hanging plate, connecting plate and second and hangs the board three, corresponds oil pump, urea pump and fires oil filter three respectively for the weight distribution of urea pump, oil pump and firing oil filter has strengthened the bearing capacity of this application embodiment urea pump support in different position departments, has increased the life of urea pump support.

FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of a main body of a urea pump bracket according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the urea pump bracket includes: the supporting frame 200 comprises a fixing plate 100 and a supporting frame 200, wherein one side plate surface of the fixing plate 100 is fixed on a chassis, and the supporting frame 200 comprises a first supporting plate 210, a second supporting plate 220, a first hanging plate 230, a second hanging plate 240 and a connecting plate 250. The left end of the first support plate 210 and the left end of the second support plate 220 are both fixed to the fixing plate 100, the first suspension plate 230 is fixed between the right end of the first support plate 210 and the right end of the second support plate 220, and the plate surface of the first suspension plate 230 is parallel to the plate surface of the fixing plate 100, so that the oil pump is installed at the first suspension plate 230. The connection plate 250 is fixed to a side of the first support plate 210 facing the second support plate 220 such that the urea pump is fixed by the connection plate 250. The second hanging plate 240 is fixed to the side of the first support plate 210 facing the second support plate 220, the second hanging plate 240 is located between the connecting plate 250 and the first hanging plate 230, and the plate surface of the second hanging plate 240 is arranged in parallel with the plate surface of the first hanging plate 230, so that the fuel filter is mounted on the second hanging plate 240.
The urea pump support of this application embodiment has divided into fixed plate 100 and support frame 200 two parts, wherein, fixes the urea pump support of this application embodiment on the vehicle bottom dish through fixed plate 100, installs the urea pump through support frame 200. The supporting frame 200 is divided into five parts, namely a first supporting plate 210, a second supporting plate 220, a first hanging plate 230, a second hanging plate 240 and a connecting plate 250, and the first supporting plate 210 are fixed on the fixing plate 100 for supporting. The first hanger plate 230 is disposed at the first support plate 210 and a side of the first support plate 210 away from the fixed plate 100, and a plate surface of the first hanger plate 230 is disposed in parallel with a plate surface of the fixed plate 100, whereby the oil pump is mounted on the first hanger plate 230. The connection plate 250 is fixedly connected with the first support plate 210 as a mounting position of the urea pump, so that the urea pump is stably fixed on the urea pump bracket according to the embodiment of the present application through the connection plate 250. The second suspension plate 240 is disposed between the connection plate 250 and the first suspension plate 230, fixed to the first support plate 210, and disposed parallel to the first suspension plate 230, and provides a mounting space for the fuel filter, so that the fuel filter is stably fixed to the second suspension plate 240. From this, this application embodiment is equipped with first board 230, connecting plate 250 and the second three parts of hanging 240, corresponds oil pump, urea pump and fuel filter three respectively for the weight distribution of urea pump, oil pump and fuel filter has strengthened the bearing capacity of this application embodiment urea pump support in the position department of difference, has increased the life of urea pump support.
Here, it should be noted that the first hanging plate 230 has two or more through holes formed in a plate surface thereof, through which the fuel filter and the first hanging plate 230 are bolted.
As shown in fig. 1 or 2, in one possible implementation, the connection plate 250 includes a left edge plate 251, a middle plate 253, and a right edge plate 252, the left edge plate 251 is adjacent to the left end of the first support plate 210, a side wall of the left edge plate 251 is fixedly connected to the first support plate 210, and a plate surface of the left edge plate 251 is disposed perpendicular to the plate surface of the fixing plate 100. The right edge plate 252 is formed in an elongated plate shape, the right edge plate 252 is adjacent to the second hanging plate 240, and both ends of the right edge plate 252 are fixedly connected to the first supporting plate 210 and the second supporting plate 220, respectively. Middle plate 253 is disposed between left edge plate 251 and right edge plate 252 and is fixedly coupled to first support plate 210 and second support plate 220. The face of left flange 251, the face of middle part board 253 and the face of right flange 252 all set up the connecting hole of being connected with the urea pump.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, the middle plate 253 includes a first plate member 2531 and a second plate member 2532 which are arranged in a crossing manner, each of the first plate member 2531 and the second plate member 2532 has a long plate shape, and both ends of the first plate member 2531 are respectively connected to the first support plate 210 and the second support plate 220. Both ends of the second plate 2532 are connected to the right flange 252 and the fixing plate 100, respectively, and a connection hole connected to the urea pump is opened on the first plate 2531. Therefore, the installation stability of the urea pump is enhanced.
In a possible implementation manner, a groove is formed on the surface of the connecting plate 250, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged inside the groove. Therefore, the overall weight of the urea pump bracket in the embodiment of the application is reduced, and the mechanical property of the urea pump bracket is considered.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 or 3, in a possible implementation manner, the support device further includes a fixing seat 400, the fixing seat 400 is plate-shaped, and a plate surface of the fixing seat 400 is vertically disposed on a plate surface of the first support plate 210 facing the second support plate 220. The panel of the second suspension plate 240 is vertically arranged on the surface of the stable base 400, and the second suspension plate 240 is provided with a screw hole screwed with the fuel filter.
Here, it should be noted that the stabilizing socket 400 is fixedly coupled to the right edge plate 252, thereby making the coupling of the stabilizing socket 400 more stable.
Further, in a possible implementation manner, a rib plate 500 is disposed between the fixing seat 400 and the second suspension plate 240, the rib plate 500 is fixedly connected to both the fixing seat 400 and the second suspension plate 240, and a plate surface of the rib plate 500 is disposed parallel to the panel of the first support plate 210. Thus, the stability of the first suspension plate 230 is enhanced by the provision of the rib 500.
In one possible implementation, a reinforcing rib 600 is disposed between the first support plate 210 and the fixing plate 100, and the reinforcing rib 600 has a triangular plate shape. The right-angled waist surface of one side of the reinforcing rib 600 is fixedly connected with the panel of the fixing plate 100, and the right-angled waist surface of the other side of the reinforcing rib 600 is fixedly connected with the panel surface of the first supporting plate 210 departing from the second supporting plate 220.
Here, it should be noted that a protrusion is provided on a side wall of one end of the first support plate 210, the protrusion has a plate shape, the protrusion is fixedly connected with the plate surface of the fixed plate 100, and a concave arc is provided on a side wall of the protrusion not connected with the fixed plate 100, so that the side wall of the protrusion not connected with the fixed plate 100 is concave toward the fixed plate 100.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 or 4, it should be further noted that a triangular reinforcing part 700 is disposed on the other end side wall of the first support plate 210, the triangular reinforcing part 700 is a hollow triangular frame body, the triangular reinforcing part 700 is disposed at the left end of the first support plate 210, and one side of the triangular reinforcing part 700 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 100. Thus, the connection of the first support plate 210 to the fixing plate 100 is more stable by providing the protrusions and the triangular reinforcing parts 700.
In one possible implementation manner, the fixing plate 100 has a rectangular plate shape, the second supporting plate 220 is fixedly connected to a side wall of the fixing plate 100, and a cut angle is formed on a side wall of the fixing plate 100 connected to the second supporting plate 220. The second supporting plate 220 is a curved plate, the plate surface of the first supporting plate 210 is vertically fixed on the plate surface of the fixing plate 100, and the plate surface of the fixing plate 100 is provided with a fixing hole connected with the chassis.
Here, it should be noted that the surface of the fixing plate 100 away from the first supporting plate 210 is cut with a groove, thereby further reducing the weight of the urea pump bracket according to the embodiment of the present application.
In a possible implementation manner, rib plates are disposed on the plate surface of the first supporting plate 210, the plate surface of the fixing plate 100, the plate surface of the second supporting plate 220, and the plate surface of the first hanging plate 230. A plurality of reinforcing columns are arranged on the two side plate surfaces of the rib plate of the first supporting plate 210 and the two side plate surfaces of the rib plate on the second supporting plate 220, and the plurality of reinforcing columns are distributed along the length direction of the rib plate. Thereby, mechanical properties of the first support plate 210, the second support plate 220, the first suspension plate 230, and the second suspension plate 240 are further enhanced.
Based on any preceding urea pump support, this disclosure still provides a vehicle. Wherein, the vehicle of this disclosed embodiment includes the urea pump support as any above. Through installing any preceding urea pump support on the vehicle bottom dish of vehicle, when installing the urea pump, can increase the bearing performance of urea pump support, increased the life of urea pump support.
