The tin furnace cover plate 22 comprises: a first orifice 221 opposite to the position of the tin cup opening, and a second orifice 222 for discharging nitrogen to the outside of the tin furnace 1. The first orifices 221 and the second orifices 222 are communicated through nitrogen gas channels 223 in the bottom surface of the tin furnace cover plate 22, three nitrogen gas channels 223 are respectively arranged between each group of the first orifices 221 and the second orifices 222, and nitrogen gas is continuously led to the second orifices 222 through the nitrogen gas channels 223.
When the tin furnace cover plate 22 is sealed, after nitrogen is continuously introduced into the pipe in the tin cup 16, nitrogen can enter the second orifice 222 from the nitrogen flow passage 223, so that the nitrogen can circulate, and the protective gas in the tin furnace can be ensured to continuously flow.
A tin cup cover plate 23 is covered on the tin furnace cover plate 22, and the tin cup cover plate 23 is covered on the first hole 221 and can open and close the first hole 221 in a sliding mode. A fan-shaped connecting rod 24 is arranged on the tin furnace cover plate 22, and one end of the fan-shaped connecting rod 24 is fixed on the surface of the tin furnace cover plate 22 through a hinge shaft. The fan-shaped connecting rod 24 is connected with the tin cup cover plate 23, and the fan-shaped connecting rod 24 drives the tin cup cover plate 23 to swing by taking the hinged shaft as a rotating center. Meanwhile, an arc-shaped groove 25 for sliding guiding the tin cup cover plate 23 is arranged on the tin cup cover plate 23, and the fan-shaped connecting rod 24 is matched with the arc-shaped groove 25 through a bolt. The tin cup cover plate 23 is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is in butt joint with the first hole 221 along with the sliding of the tin cup cover plate 23 to expose the tin cup 16, so that the sliding opening and closing of the first hole 221 are controlled.
The pipe orifice piece 26 is arranged on the second orifice 222 on the tin furnace cover plate 22, and the pipe orifice piece 26 can be externally connected with an air draft device to draw out the internal nitrogen to form a benign cycle and ensure the purity of the nitrogen.
Tin cup hoist mechanism 5 includes: and the module is lifted in a vertical direction. The module comprises a bracket 51, a vertical guide rod 52 and an electric cylinder assembly 53, wherein a sliding base 54 is matched on the guide rod, and a connecting rod which is vertically arranged is clamped on the base 54. Specifically, the outer body 43 can be divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, that is, the outer ring gas flow path includes: hot gas flow chamber 431, vent chamber 432. The upper side is a closed hot air flow chamber 431 and the lower side is a ventilation chamber 432 through which air flows. The hot air flow chamber 431 may be continuously supplied with heated air and the ventilation chamber 432 may provide a cold air flow for condensation. An outer skin is disposed outside the hot gas flow chamber 431.
The centerpiece 42 is a straight tube through, so the inner ring gas flow path includes two non-closed ports, upper and lower. The upper port of the center piece corresponds to the top hole in the top plate of the hot gas flow chamber 431 and the lower port of the center piece 42 corresponds to the lower port of the ventilation chamber 432.
A flange hole 44 for coaxially assembling the center piece is formed in the hot air flow chamber 431, the upper port of the center piece 42 and the flange hole 44 are installed by fasteners, and the hot air in the hot air flow chamber 431 continuously heats the workpiece in the upper port of the center piece 42.
The upper port of the center 42 is buried in the lower side of the top hole of the hot air flow chamber 431, and an annular flare 45 is installed in the upper port of the center 42. A sleeve member 46 for inserting a workpiece is suspended in the annular flared opening 45, and connecting ribs are radially projected from the sleeve member 46 for suspending the sleeve member 46 in an upper port of the inner ring gas flow passage.
The annular flare 45 corresponds to a top hole in the top plate 431 of the hot gas flow chamber, and a cover plate 47 is disposed between the top plate and the annular flare 45. The cover plate 47 can cover the fit clearance, meanwhile, the cover plate 47 is in lap joint with the flash edge of the sleeve part 46 and the annular flaring 45 to form closed fit for avoiding airflow overflow, the corner of the cover plate 47 forms a downward-covering cambered surface, and the cambered surface design can effectively dissipate the wall surface hot air upwards.
The cover plate 47 and the annular flaring 46 are in sealing fit by a gasket 48 which is spaced from each other, and the cover plate 47, the gasket 48 and the annular flaring 46 are sequentially contacted and fastened. Thus, the hot gas flow can flow into the annular flare 46, the centerpiece 42, in the gasket space between the cover plate 47 and the annular flare 46.
The hot air flow chamber 431 is connected to the air heater 41 and the ventilator, and a pilot type temperature controller is arranged in the hot air flow chamber.
The ventilation chamber is provided with: an air inlet adjusted by an air inlet controller and an air outlet adjusted by a throttle valve. The air inlet is a strip-shaped air hole 433 arranged on the rotary surface of the outer body, the air outlet is externally connected with a suction device, and the air flow speed is adjusted by a throttle valve.
A removable collection vessel 49 is arranged at the lower end of the inner ring gas flow passage, the collection vessel 49 being a hemispherical vessel supported at the lower end of the central piece. Meanwhile, the lower end of the outer body is provided with a detachable U-shaped connecting piece, and the connecting piece is installed on the surface of the outer body through a screw. The bottom screw holes of the connecting pieces are fitted with upwardly tightened bolts which connect and support the collecting container 49.

flux control mechanism 3, includes: a sealed storage box 31 for storing the soldering flux and a holding box 32 for temporarily holding the soldering flux.
The storage box 31 is a rectangular box body formed by welding PVC plates, and has good corrosion resistance. An inclined feed port 321 is arranged on the top plate of the storage box 31, a discharge material 322 for discharging soldering flux is arranged at the bottom of the storage box 31, and a self-closing valve is arranged on a butt joint pipeline of the discharge material 322.
A universal pump 33 is disposed in the storage tank 31, and the universal pump 33 is mounted to the bottom of the storage tank 31 by fasteners. A main pipeline 34 is connected to the universal pump 33, and the main pipeline 34 is vertically arranged and passes through the ceiling of the storage tank 31. In order to control the normal operation of the universal pump 33, a capacitive proximity switch 35 is also arranged outside the storage tank 31, and the capacitive proximity switch 35 is arranged close to one side of the main pipeline 34. The capacitive proximity switch 35 senses the continuous flow of the fluxing agent in the main pipeline 34, and the capacitive proximity switch 35 can judge the working state of the universal pump 33 by detecting the dielectric constant of the capacitor.
A check valve is arranged on the main pipeline 34 to control backflow, a check valve 39 is connected into the holding box 32 through a fluorine rubber pipe, and a flow control valve is arranged in the fluorine rubber pipe to control a flow passage.
Also arranged in the storage tank 31 are two overflow pipes 36, which overflow pipes 36 are likewise arranged vertically and pass through the roof of the storage tank 31. A liquid level sensor 37 is also mounted on the storage tank 31; the level sensor 37 measures the flux level via a measuring tube inserted vertically into the storage tank 31.
The holding box 32 is disposed at an upper side of the storage box, and the holding box 32 is a rectangular groove-shaped chamber. Openings for flux overflow are formed in the side walls of the holding box 32, and the openings are respectively connected with an overflow pipe 36. Generally, the overflow height of the orifice is set at 80% of the volume height of the holding box, so that the workpiece can be ensured to be smoothly dipped in the soldering flux.
A placing hole 38 for positioning and inserting the workpiece is arranged in the holding box 32, the placing hole 38 extends upwards from the bottom of the holding box, the soldering flux supplied from the storage box 31 is supplied in the holding box 32 on the outer side of the placing hole, and the soldering flux can be dipped when the workpiece is inserted into the placing hole 38.
The outlet flow is regulated by a self-closing valve during the flux flow into the holding tank via the universal pump 33 and the main line 34. Meanwhile, whether the universal pump 33 normally operates or not is monitored by the capacitive proximity switch 35, and the liquid level of the soldering flux in the storage tank is monitored by a liquid level sensor.

The pawl includes a first hook 67 and a second hook 68, and the first hook 67 and the second hook 68 grip the tooth surface of the ratchet 63 from both sides of the ratchet 63. A tension spring 64 is provided between the first hook 67 and the second hook 68 to provide a clamping force, and the pawl can always maintain a locked state by the tension spring 64.
The first hook 67 is driven by the cylinder 65 and generates an upward pulling force, the first hook 67 rotates around the pivot 66 and pulls the ratchet 63 upward to rotate a tooth, and on the other side, the tooth on the ratchet 63 at the second hook 68 pushes the second hook 68 outward along with the rotation of the ratchet 63, and the position of one tooth is turned downward, so that the rotation of the ratchet 63 is realized.
Thus, the end of the second hook 68 includes a continuous flat along which the tooth surface of the ratchet 63 slides downward and disengages from the second hook 68. Meanwhile, the front end of the continuous flat surface can restrict the ratchet 63 from rotating reversely.
The seat plate 61 is provided with a limiting protrusion for limiting the second hook 68, and the first hook 67 is connected with the second hook 68 through the tension spring 64, so that the second hook 68 is prevented from being separated from the seat plate, and the limiting protrusion can abut against the second hook 68.
When the cylinder 65 extends out, the cylinder 65 drives the first hook 67, the first hook 67 shifts the ratchet 63 upwards, the ratchet 63 rotates anticlockwise, the tooth surface at the second hook 68 is separated, and the second hook 68 is limited after rotating anticlockwise by one tooth. Therefore, the upper and lower connecting hooks drive the ratchet wheel and the chain wheel to rotate, so that the tin bar hung on the chain wheel descends, and the height of the tin surface is automatically supplemented.

the tin furnace cover plate comprises: the first orifice is opposite to the tin cup opening, and the second orifice is used for discharging nitrogen to the outside of the tin furnace; the first orifice is communicated with the second orifice through a nitrogen flow channel in the bottom surface of the tin furnace cover plate; the tin cup cover plate is arranged on the first hole and can open and close the first hole in a sliding mode; the tin cup cover plate slides through a connecting rod with a rotating point;
a preheat module comprising: two gas flow channels axially nested together; the outer ring gas flow channel comprises independent components: a hot air flow chamber, a ventilation chamber; the upper port of the inner ring gas flow passage comprises a sleeve part for inserting a workpiece; the hot air flow cavity is connected with an air heater and a ventilator; the ventilation chamber is provided with: an air inlet adjusted by an air inlet controller and an air outlet adjusted by a throttle valve; a detachable collecting container is arranged on the lower port of the inner ring gas flow passage;
the automatic tin feeding mechanism comprises a chain wheel and a ratchet wheel which rotate synchronously; the ratchet wheel is matched with a pawl of the double-claw hook; a tension spring is arranged between the two claw hooks; a tin bar is hung on the chain wheel through a chain;
the soldering flux control structure comprises a closed storage box for containing soldering flux, and a holding box for temporarily containing the soldering flux is arranged on the upper side of the storage box; a pressure pump is arranged in the storage tank; the pressure pump supplies soldering flux through a main pipeline connected into the holding box.

Turntable welding apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: a cover plate for covering a fit clearance is arranged between a top plate of the hot gas flow cavity and an upper port of the inner ring gas flow channel; the cover plate and the sleeve part are in lap joint to form closed fit for avoiding airflow overflow, and the corners of the cover plate form downward-covering cambered surfaces.
