The adjustable valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the valve stem comprises an upper end portion, a lower end portion and a shaft portion, the outer diameter of the shaft portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder cover to form a water outlet flow passage, and the outer diameters of the upper end portion and the lower end portion are the same as the inner diameter of the cylinder cover and abut against the inner wall of the cylinder cover.

The adjustable valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein a through hole is formed in the middle of the button, the through hole is coaxially aligned with the valve rod and the adjusting rod so as to adjust the adjusting rod, the adjusting rod can move relatively in the valve rod, the adjusting rod moves upwards to reduce the delayed water outlet time, and the adjusting rod moves downwards to increase the delayed water outlet time.

The adjustable valve cartridge according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting rod comprises an adjusting portion, a rod body and a second sealing portion disposed at a bottom of the rod body, an outer wall of the adjusting portion is in threaded connection with the button, the adjusting portion is fixedly connected with the rod body, the second sealing portion is integrally formed with the rod body, and the rod body is slidably mounted in the valve rod.
6. The adjustable valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein a piston cup is disposed between the first sealing portion and the cylinder.
7. The adjustable valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein a first sealing ring is disposed between the adjustment stem and the valve stem.
8. The adjustable valve cartridge according to claim 1, wherein a second sealing ring is disposed between the valve stem and the first sealing portion.

10. The faucet of claim 9, further comprising a housing, a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein the adjustable valve cartridge is disposed on the housing, the water inlet is in communication with the water inlet opening, and the water outlet is in communication with the water outlet opening.
