Abstract
This specification provides a floating oil seal, includes: a first floating oil seal ring, an outer edge portion of the first floating oil seal ring having a first seal face; a second floating oil seal ring, an outer edge portion of which has a second seal face; the first floating oil seal ring can rotate relative to the second floating oil seal ring, and a dynamic seal is formed by the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface; at least one of the first and second sealing surfaces has at least one groove. The problem of revealing of oil can not only be solved through the collecting vat, can also save oil simultaneously with reducing wear, but also can collect the abrasive dust, make the life of floating oil seal improve.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the mechanical sealing element field, especially relates to a floating oil seal.
Background
The floating oil seal generally includes a floating oil seal ring and a seal ring fitted around an outer peripheral surface of the floating oil seal ring. In floating oil seals, floating oil seal rings (and seals) are typically used in pairs, one rotating with a rotating component (e.g., a rotating shaft) and the other relatively stationary. The sealing principle of the floating oil seal is as follows: the two floating oil seal rings generate pressing force on two opposite end faces of the floating oil seal rings by means of deformation of the sealing rings after axial compression. Because of the relative rotation between the two floating oil seal rings, the abrasion generated at the two opposite end surfaces is large.
Disclosure of Invention
This application aim at provides a floating oil seal can solve the problem of revealing of oil, can also save oil simultaneously with reducing wear to collect the abrasive dust, make floating oil seal's life improve.
The application provides a floating oil seal, include:
a first floating oil seal ring, an outer edge portion of the first floating oil seal ring having a first seal face;
a second floating oil seal ring, an outer edge portion of which has a second seal face;
the first floating oil seal ring can rotate relative to the second floating oil seal ring, and a dynamic seal is formed by the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface;
at least one of the first and second sealing surfaces has at least one groove.
Borrow by above-mentioned structure, the problem of revealing of oil can not only be solved to the recess, can also save oil simultaneously in order to reduce wear to collect the abrasive dust, make the life of floating seal ring improve.
Preferably, the cross-section of the groove is circular.
Preferably, the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface are provided with grooves, and the grooves of the first sealing surface and the grooves of the second sealing surface are arranged in a staggered manner.
Preferably, the number of the grooves is multiple, and the multiple grooves are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction.
Further, the diameter of the groove is between 2 micrometers and 1 millimeter.
Further, the depth of the groove is between 0.1 and 10 microns.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present specification or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings needed to be used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly introduced below, it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments described in the present specification, and for those skilled in the art, other drawings can be obtained according to the drawings without any creative effort.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing the structure of a floating oil seal in the embodiment of the present application;
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion of the structure of FIG. 1;
fig. 3 is a layout diagram of a first groove in the embodiment of the present application.
The figures of the above drawings are numbered:
10. a first floating oil seal ring; 11. a first sealing surface; 110. a first groove;
20. a second floating oil seal ring; 21. a second sealing surface; 201. a second groove.
Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present specification, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any inventive step should fall within the scope of protection of the present specification.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application discloses a floating oil seal, including: a first floating oil seal ring 10 and a second floating oil seal ring 20, wherein the outer edge part of the first floating oil seal ring 10 is provided with a first sealing surface 11; the outer edge of the second floating oil seal ring 20 is provided with a second sealing surface 21; the first floating oil seal ring 10 can rotate relative to the second floating oil seal ring 20, and a dynamic seal is formed by the first sealing surface 11 and the second sealing surface 21; at least one of the first sealing surface 11 and the second sealing surface 21 has at least one recess. The problem of revealing of oil can not only be solved through the recess, can also save oil simultaneously with reducing wear to collect the abrasive dust, make the life of floating seal ring improve.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first sealing surface 11 of the first floating oil seal ring 10 is provided with two first grooves 110 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, wherein the cross section of the first groove 110 is circular.
As shown in fig. 2, the first sealing surface 11 and the second sealing surface 21 are respectively provided with a first groove 110 and a second groove 201, and the first groove 110 of the first sealing surface 11 and the second groove 201 of the second sealing surface 21 are arranged in a staggered manner. The recess sets up the oil or the abrasive dust that the segmentable was extruded in the course of the work through staggering, and the space is too big when reducing the relative setting of recess, produces the air pocket easily to avoid atmospheric pressure to change too fast and lead to the gas explosion.
Further, the diameter of the groove is between 2 micrometers and 1 millimeter.
Further, the depth of the groove is between 0.1 and 10 microns.
While the present application has been described by way of examples, those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that there are numerous variations and permutations of the present application that do not depart from the spirit of the present application and that the appended embodiments are intended to include such variations and permutations without departing from the present application.
