The foldable lift seat of claim 1, wherein: an armrest extension part is further arranged at one end, far away from the seat backrest, of the seat armrest; the upper parts of the armrest extending parts, which are opposite to the seat armrests, are correspondingly movably connected with the seat armrests; such that the armrest extension engages an end of the seat armrest remote from the seat back in use.
