Detailed Description
This is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-2.
Example 1
The present embodiments provide a respiratory protection device with adaptable fit. The respiratory protection device includes a mask body 100 and a head mask body 200. Mask body 100 is intended to cover the oral, facial, etc. regions of a wearer's mouth and face and is manufactured using a manufacturing process that is of a health care grade, such as N95. The headgear body 200 may be a medical cap. As shown in FIG. 2, the mask body 100 has a wearing string 100a on each side thereof, which enables the mask body 100 to relatively securely fit the face of the wearer.
The head cover 200 has an ear-avoiding fork string 200a extending to the lower side of the ear on the inner side for fitting the head top. The ear avoidance fork cord 200a is fixed in a triangular shape by passing around the region of the ear, wherein three vertexes of the triangular shape constitute fixing points of the ear avoidance fork cord 200a, respectively, for tightening the head cover body 200. If the ear bypass fork string 200a is sewn to the head cover 200, it may be adhered to the head cover 200. Thus, when the head cover body 200 is worn on the head of the wearer, the ear-avoiding fork cord 200a and the head are attached to each other, and the ear-avoiding fork cord 200a has a fixed end at the top. Preferably, the ear avoidance fork cord 200a extended to the inside of the head cover body 200 has an elastic layer. The elastic layer may be a sponge cushion having a thickness of between about 3mm and 6mm, preferably 4mm, when undeformed. The elastic layer is deformed when the headgear body 200 is worn on the head of the patient, so that the ear-avoiding crotch cord 200a is closely attached to the headgear body 200. The elastic layer may be bonded to the lug-avoiding fork cord 200 a. Since there are generally at least four ear-avoidance forking cords (at least two on each side of the face), there are at least four locations for the elastic layer, which also provides four-point support for the headgear body, so that the headgear body 200 fits relatively securely to the head.
As shown in fig. 1, the lug-avoiding fork cords 200a extend to the lower side of the ear 300, and the two lug-avoiding fork cords 200a located on the same side form a cross-connection 200 b. At this time, the wearing string 100a is connected to the cross-connecting portion 200b, and the wearing string 100a and the ear-avoiding fork string 200a interact to generate a force. As shown in fig. 1, the force applied to the mask body 100 by the fitting cord 100a is substantially rearward, and the force applied to the head cover body 200 by the ear-fork-avoiding cord 200a is substantially downward. In this way, the attachment cord 100a relatively fixes the mask body 100 to the face of the wearer without pressing the ears, and the ear-avoiding cord 200a relatively fixes the headgear body 200 to the head of the wearer. Thus, mask body 200 is less likely to fall off the face, and head cover body 200 is less likely to slip off the head, reducing medical exposure when worn by medical personnel (particularly medical personnel who are in front of themselves for a long time).
This approach compares to the prior art: the head cover 200 still has a horizontal component force, which greatly reduces the horizontal component force of the head cover 200, greatly reduces the risk of the head cover 200 sliding off, but cannot completely offset the horizontal component force. The elastic layer has an absorbent function that can absorb a portion of the horizontal force component to further reduce the risk and likelihood of dislodging and falling off the headgear body 200.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the ear avoidance fork cords 200a located on the same side of the wearer's face form an ear avoidance fork angle α. In the wearing position, the at least two ear avoidance fork cords 200a extend downward from the top, avoid the ears in the circumferential direction, and form the peak of the fork angle below the ears. The fork angle is approximately 30 ° to 60 °, and a so-called "ear-avoiding fork angle" formed by this can bypass the ear 300. In the case where the lug-avoiding forking cord 200a can bypass the ear 300, the lug-avoiding forking angle is as small as possible to ensure that the force of the lug-avoiding forking cord 200a acting on the head-cover body 200 is substantially downward to reduce the horizontal component force as much as possible.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, in the wearing condition, the included angle β between the ear avoidance fork rope 200a and the center line of the wearing rope 100a on the same side is an obtuse angle. Alternatively, the centerlines are substantially perpendicular to each other. Preferably, the included angle β is an obtuse angle as close as possible to 90 degrees, such as 95 °, 98 °. At this time, after wearing practice, it is found that medical personnel have better comfort when wearing, and the hood body 100 is not easy to shift.
Preferably, the wearing string 100a is an elastic band of a conventional mask. The ear-avoiding fork cord 200a is a non-elastic band, and is mainly used for preventing the mask body from being protected and disabled due to the fact that the force generated by the ear-avoiding fork cord 200a is a fluctuating elastic force.
Preferably, the cross-connecting portions 200b located at both sides of the face are substantially symmetrical about the nasal midline in the case of wearing. Namely: the height of each of the cross-connecting portions 200b from the root of the ear on its respective side is substantially the same. At this time, since the mask body 100 is symmetrically designed, the ear avoidance fork cords 200a on both sides of the face provide substantially uniform fixing force without causing the mask body 100 to be skewed, but the mask body 100 relatively fits the wearer's face in a balanced manner.
Preferably, the wearing string 100a is connected to the cross-connecting part 200b in a manner to have tensile deformation. Namely: the mask body 100 is tightly attached to the face by the tension of the wearing string 100a, and thus, the inhalation or discharge of viruses and the like due to poor sealing is effectively prevented. The cross-connecting portion 200b may be formed by knotting the wearing string 100a and the ear-avoiding forking string 200a so that the mask body and the mask body may be separated, which is easy to wear. The cross connection portion 200b may be formed by fixedly connecting the wearing string 100a and the ear-avoiding forking string 200a, so that the mask body and the mask body are worn in an inseparable manner.
Preferably, mask body 100 has a wide coverage when worn, and the longer lower portion of mask body 100 wraps around the chin and extends partially toward the neck. Since the ear wick 200a provides the upward force, the longer lower portion of the mask body 100 interacts with the chin. For this, one side of the mask body 100 for fitting the lower side of the chin is provided with a deformable cotton pad to reduce the compression of the chin. The cotton pad is 2 mm-5 mm thick and is in a strip shape. The cotton pad may be adhered to the mask body 100.
Example 2
This embodiment may be a further improvement and/or a supplement to embodiment 1, and repeated contents are not described again. The preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in whole and/or in part in the context of other embodiments, which can supplement the present embodiment, without resulting in conflict or inconsistency.
The present embodiments provide a respiratory protection device with adaptable fit, comprising: the mask body 100 is provided with two sides of the mask body 100 so that the mask body 100 can be relatively fixedly attached to the face of a wearer, the protective device comprises a head cover body 200, the inner side of the head cover body 200 for attaching to the top of the head is provided with ear avoiding fork ropes 200a which can extend to the lower side of the ears and form cross connection parts, and under the condition of wearing, the cross connection parts 200b at the two sides of the face are approximately symmetrical with the midline of the nose, so that the mask body 100 can be relatively uniformly attached to the face of the wearer by providing approximately consistent fixing force through the ear avoiding fork ropes 200 a.
Preferably, the ear avoidance fork cord 200a extended to the inside of the head cover body 200 has an elastic layer.
Preferably, the cross-connecting portions 200b on both sides of the cheek are each subjected to a tensile force from the wearing string 100a of the mask body 100 and from the ear-avoiding forking string 200a by a tension band (not shown) worn behind the brain. In this case, the breathing protective device is generally more adaptable to wearers of different facial shapes, is more evenly stressed and is more comfortable to wear. The tension band is optional and can be implemented in the form of a belt, rope or net.
