The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
In some existing cabinet air conditioners, a washing air device installed in an air conditioner is generally detachably connected with an air conditioner room. When assembling or maintaining the water washing air device, the hands need to be extended to the bottom of the water washing air device, and the water washing air device is pumped outwards to be used for detaching the water washing air device from the whole machine. However, a part of the fan of the water washing air device is exposed, when a user installs the water washing air device on the air conditioner or removes the water washing air device from the air conditioner, the hand of the user is easy to touch the fan, and the blades of the fan are generally thin, so that the hand is easy to be scratched by the blades of the fan.
The utility model provides a washing air device includes water tank set spare and fan subassembly, and fan shell of fan subassembly is inside to have the cavity. The fan is installed inside the cavity of the fan shell, and the inner wall of the fan shell is provided with a slot for pulling and inserting the fan grating. The fan grille is inserted into the slot to partially shield the fan; the fan may be exposed by withdrawing the fan grill from the slot. Before assembling or repairing the water wash air device and drawing the water wash air device outwards to remove the water wash air device from the whole machine, the fan grids are confirmed to be completely inserted into the slots and then removed. Obviously, the mode of arranging the drawable and insertable fan grille at the bottom of the fan can prevent hands of an operator from directly contacting the fan and being cut by the fan blades.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the water washing air device provided in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the air washing device provided by the present embodiment includes a water tank assembly 1 for washing and purifying air, and a fan assembly 2 for sending air in the external environment into the water tank assembly 1 for washing and purifying. The positional relationship between the water tank assembly 1 and the fan assembly 2 may be set in various ways, and for example, as shown in fig. 1, the water tank assembly 1 is located above the fan assembly 2.
In some implementations, as shown in fig. 1, the water tank assembly 1 includes a substantially circular or rectangular water tank 11 and a water tank seat 12 for carrying the water tank 11, wherein the water tank 11 is a hollow cylindrical structure with an open upper end, and the water tank seat 12 is located above the fan assembly 2 for carrying the water tank.
The lateral wall of the water tank 11 and the water tank seat 12 is provided with an air inlet, and air enters from the air inlet on the lateral wall of the water tank 11 and is discharged from the opening at the upper end of the water tank 11 after being washed and purified. The water tank 11 is internally provided with a rotatable water throwing piece which is of a cylindrical structure, the bottom of the cylindrical structure is provided with an opening, a certain gap exists between the bottom of the cylindrical structure and the bottom of the water tank, and the top of the cylindrical structure is blocked. Be provided with a plurality of holes of getting rid of above tubular structure lateral wall to when getting rid of the water piece rotation with the water in the water tank from above-mentioned clearance suction get rid of water piece inside and with water up raise up the position that plays the hole of getting rid of lateral wall, the water that is raised will be followed the hole blowout of getting rid of, thereby forms approximate horizontally water curtain in the water tank. The air introduced from the side wall of the water tank 11 passes through the water curtain while flowing toward the air outlet at the top of the water tank 11, and is thus washed and purified.
In this embodiment, the spin-drying member is connected with the water tank 11 by a shaft pin, the shaft pin is vertically placed, one end of the shaft pin is fixedly connected with the spin-drying member, the other end of the shaft pin penetrates through the water tank 11 and is fixed with a driven gear at the bottom of the water tank 11, the driven gear is meshed with a driving gear, and the driving gear is sleeved on a motor output shaft penetrating through the water tank seat 12, so that the purpose of driving the spin-drying member to rotate is achieved. Of course, the water throwing piece can also be driven by other suitable driving modes.
In addition, a water level sensor for detecting the water level of the water tank 11 and/or a sterilizing member for sterilizing the water in the water tank 11 may be further provided inside the water tank 11.
The water tank 11 and the water tank base 12 may be detachably connected, and the water tank base 12 is a hollow structure with an opening at the top and the side, and the water tank 11 may be directly mounted on the water tank base in a plug-in manner. When the water tank 11 is installed in place, the driven gear at the bottom of the water tank is meshed with the driving gear at the top of the water tank seat 12, so that transmission is realized. By detachably connecting the water tank 11 to the water tank base 12, an operator can conveniently detach the water tank 11 from the water washing air device so as to add water to the water tank 11.
The water tank base 12 is disposed above the blower assembly. In one implementation, the water tank base 12 and the fan housing in the fan assembly may be separate parts that are fastened together, such as by bolts, snaps, etc.; in another implementation, the water tank base 12 and the blower housing may be formed as a single piece by integral molding, for example, they are formed as an integral structure by injection molding, so as to reduce the assembling process and improve the assembling efficiency. For the sake of brevity, the following description will be made on the technical solution of the present embodiment by taking the water tank base 12 and the fan housing of the fan assembly as an integral structure, and the two are collectively described as the fan housing, but this should not be regarded as a specific limitation to the protection scope.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of the water wash air device of fig. 1 from another perspective, fig. 3 shows a schematic view of the structure of the fan housing, and fig. 4 shows a schematic view of the fan housing of fig. 3 from another perspective. As shown in fig. 2-4, the fan assembly 2 includes a fan housing 21, a fan 22, and a fan grill 23. The fan housing 21 has a placing groove 215 on the top, and the placing groove 215 is used for placing the water tank. The bottom of the fan housing 21 has a cavity 216, and the cavity 216 is used for placing the fan 22. The bottom of the placing groove 215 is communicated with the top of the cavity 216 and serves as an air inlet duct inside the fan housing 21.
As shown in fig. 4, a motor mounting seat 217 is disposed on the top of the cavity 216, and the motor mounting seat 217 and the fan housing 21 may be connected in various manners, and for example, the motor mounting seat 217 and the fan housing 21 are integrally formed.
A double-shaft motor is arranged on the motor mounting seat 217, and a driving gear meshed with a driven gear is sleeved at the top end of a motor shaft of the double-shaft motor so as to drive the water throwing piece to rotate to suck water and throw water centrifugally; the bottom end of the motor shaft of the double-shaft motor is matched with a fan 22 so as to drive the fan 22 to rotate and send air into the water tank for washing and purifying. It is easy to understand that two motors can be used to drive the driving wheel and the fan 22 to rotate respectively, for example, the bodies of the two motors are respectively and fixedly mounted on the motor mounting base 217, the motor shaft of one of the motors passes through the motor mounting base 217 to extend upwards and is tightly connected with the driving wheel, and the motor shaft of the other motor extends downwards and is tightly connected with the fan 22.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the inner wall of the fan housing 21 is provided with a slot 211, that is, the slot 211 is located on the inner wall of the cavity 216. For example, two parallel stops may be provided on the inner wall of the cavity 216, the distance between the two stops being slightly larger than the thickness of the outer ring 231 of the fan grill 23, for example, the distance between the two stops is 0.5mm larger than the thickness of the outer ring 231. Through the arrangement, under the condition that the smoothness of the movement of the fan grille 23 in the slot 211 is ensured, the fan grille 23 can be limited to a certain extent so as to prevent the fan grille 23 from inclining in the movement process of the slot 211. Various connection methods can be adopted between the slot 211 and the fan housing 21, and for example, the slot 211 and the fan housing 21 can be made into a single piece. Certainly, the slot 211 may also be formed by a recess in the inner wall of the cavity 216, and the connection mode between the slot 211 and the fan housing 21 is not limited in this embodiment, and a person in the art may select the slot 211 and the fan housing 21 according to actual needs as long as stable connection is ensured.
Fig. 5 and 7 show the construction of the fan assembly at different viewing angles. As shown in fig. 5, the number of the insertion grooves 211 may be one or two, and when the number of the insertion grooves 211 is one, the insertion grooves 211 are disposed on an inner wall of one side of the fan housing 21; when the number of the slots 211 is two, as shown in fig. 5, the two slots 211 are respectively disposed on the inner walls of two opposite sides of the fan casing 21, that is, the two slots 211 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of a central line, and the two slots 211 can be located on the same horizontal plane, so as to insert and remove the fan grille.
Fig. 8 shows a partially enlarged schematic view of fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7-8, a locking block 212 is disposed in the slot 211, and the locking block 212 is a protrusion protruding inward from the inner wall of the fan casing 21. The protrusions may take any suitable shape, for example, the protrusions may take the form of semi-cylinders or semi-spheres. The structure of the protrusion is not limited in this embodiment, and those skilled in the art can set the protrusion according to actual requirements. The locking block 212 may be located in the middle of the insertion slot 211 or near both sides, and similarly, the embodiment does not limit the specific location of the locking block 212 in the insertion slot 211, and only needs that the locking block 212 can be matched with the locking slot 233 of the fan grill 23. The positioning and locking of the fan grill is provided by the locking block 212 and the locking slot 233, as will become apparent from the description below.
Fig. 6 shows a partially enlarged schematic view of fig. 5. As shown in fig. 4-7, a plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs 213 are disposed at an end of the fan casing 21 opposite to the insertion opening of the insertion slot 211, when the number of the reinforcing ribs 213 is two, two reinforcing ribs 213 are disposed at two sides of the central line of the fan casing 21, and at least one reinforcing rib 213 is provided with a limiting slot 214; when the number of the reinforcing ribs 213 exceeds two, at least two reinforcing ribs 213 are provided on both sides of the center line, and the two reinforcing ribs 213 are each provided with a stopper groove 214. For example, the number of the reinforcing ribs 213 shown in fig. 6 is eight, the 5 th and 6 th reinforcing ribs 213 from left to right are provided with the limiting grooves 214, and the eight reinforcing ribs 213 are respectively located on both sides of the center line. The number of the reinforcing ribs 213 in this embodiment is not limited, and those skilled in the art can select an appropriate number of the reinforcing ribs 213 according to actual needs.
In this embodiment, the ribs 213 may have any suitable shape, for example, the ribs 213 shown in fig. 4 to 6 have a strip structure, and the width of the strip structure gradually decreases from top to bottom. Of course, the structure of the reinforcing ribs 213 can be changed as needed by those skilled in the art.
In some implementations, the reinforcing rib 213 and the fan housing 21 can be fixedly connected together by bonding or screwing; in other implementations, the stiffener 213 and the fan housing 21 can be made as a single piece by injection molding, so as to reduce the number of secondary assembly processes and improve the production efficiency.
In this embodiment, the fan housing 21 is provided with the plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs 213 at the end opposite to the insertion port of the insertion slot 211, so that the strength of the fan housing 21 can be increased, and the fan housing 21 is prevented from being deformed.
With continued reference to fig. 4-7, the retaining groove 214 is an opening formed in the middle of the rib 213 in the vertical direction. The limiting grooves 214 are formed on the reinforcing ribs 213, and can be matched with the bending parts 234 of the fan grill 23, so as to achieve the positioning and supporting functions of the fan grill 23, which will be apparent from the following description.
As shown in fig. 2, the fan 22 is located in the cavity 216 of the fan housing 21 and is connected to the bottom end of the motor shaft of the dual-shaft motor, and the motor shaft is rotated by driving the fan 22 to suck air in the external environment into the cavity 216, and then the air is sent into the water tank for water washing through the air duct inside the fan housing 21, and then discharged to the outside of the water washing air device. The present embodiment may select an existing fan 22, such as a vortex fan or other suitable fan.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a retractable fan grill 23 is provided at the bottom of the fan 22, and the fan grill 23 cooperates with the slot 211 in the inner wall of the fan housing 21 as described above. After the fan grill 23 is inserted into the slot 211, it can partially shield the fan 22 to protect hands from touching the fan 22; when the fan grill 23 is withdrawn from the insertion groove 211, the fan 22 may be exposed to perform maintenance on the fan 22 or the motor, etc.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic view of the structure of the fan grill 23. As shown in FIG. 9, the fan grill 23 is generally rectangular in shape, although in other implementations it may be square or otherwise shaped to match the cross-section of the fan housing 21.
The fan grill 23 may be a flat surface or an arc-shaped structure having a certain curvature. It should be noted that, when the fan grill 23 has an overall arc-shaped structure, the periphery of the fan grill 23 must be straight, and even if the outer ring 231 mentioned below has a planar structure. When the fan grill 23 is completely inserted into the insertion groove 211, the outer ring 231 of the fan grill 23 is attached to the inner wall of the fan housing 21.
With continued reference to fig. 9, the fan grill 23 includes an outer ring 231 and a plurality of connecting ribs 232 arranged at intervals; many splice bars 232 set up in the inside of outer lane 231 and fixed with outer lane 231, can adopt multiple connected mode between many splice bars 232 and outer lane 231, for example make with many splice bars 232 and outer lane 231 one-piece. In this embodiment, the connection manner between the plurality of connection ribs 232 and the outer ring 231 is not limited, and those skilled in the art can set the connection manner according to actual needs.
It is easy to understand that an air inlet gap for air to pass through is formed between two adjacent connecting ribs 232, so that the fan can send air in the external environment into the water tank. The arrangement of the plurality of connecting ribs 232 in the outer ring 231 may be various, and several optional implementations are described below:
in one implementation, a plurality of tie bars 232 are arranged in parallel between the outer rings 231. It should be noted that, in order to prevent the hand of the operator from passing through the air inlet gap and touching the fan 22, the number of the connecting ribs 232 may be set to be greater than five, and the connecting ribs 232 are arranged at equal intervals in the outer ring 231.
In another implementation, the plurality of connecting ribs 232 are arranged between the outer rings 231 in a staggered manner. Taking fig. 9 as an example, an inner ring 236 is disposed in the outer ring 231, the plurality of connecting ribs 232 are disposed between the outer ring 231 and the inner ring 236, and the plurality of connecting ribs 232 are radially arranged. By providing the inner ring 236 inside the outer ring 231, the overall strength of the fan grill 23 is increased, preventing the fan grill 23 from being deformed as a whole.
Of course, the number of the inner rings 236 may be plural, and the plural inner rings 236 are concentrically arranged. For example, in fig. 9, the number of the inner rings 236 is two, and the outer ring 231 located on the outer side is fixedly connected to the ends of the plurality of connecting ribs 232, respectively.
In addition, in order to prevent the hand of the operator from passing through the air inlet gap and touching the fan 22, in the present implementation, the number of the connecting ribs 232 is usually set to be at least four, and the four connecting ribs 232 are arranged in a cross shape. In addition, in order to prevent the wind resistance caused by the fan grill 23 from being excessively large in consideration of the influence of the connection ribs on the wind resistance, the number of the connection ribs 232 is generally designed to be at most eight. When the fan grill 23 is provided with eight connecting ribs 232, it may be designed in a shape of a Chinese character 'mi' as shown in fig. 9.
With continued reference to fig. 9, the outer ring 231 is formed with a locking groove 233 recessed therein, the locking groove 233 being shaped to match the shape of the locking block 212 described above. When the fan grill 23 is completely inserted, the locking block 212 is attached to the outer surface of the locking groove 233, and when the fan grill 23 needs to be pulled out, the locking block 212 needs to be disengaged from the locking groove 233 with a large force, so that the fan grill 23 can be pulled out from the insertion groove. Of course, in other examples, an inwardly recessed locking groove 233 may be provided in the insertion groove 211 and an outwardly protruding locking block 212 may be provided on the outer ring 231. The locking groove 233 matched with the locking block 212 is arranged on the outer ring 231, so that the locking effect is achieved, and the fan grille 23 is not easy to fall off from the fan shell 21 in the process of detaching or installing the water washing air device from the air conditioner.
With continued reference to fig. 9, the bent portion 234 is provided at both sides of the insertion end of the outer ring 231, that is, the bent portion 234 is provided at the left side of the outer ring 231 in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 2, when the fan grill 23 is completely inserted into the insertion slot 211, the insertion end of the outer ring 231 is inserted into the retaining groove 214, and the retaining groove 214 supports the insertion end of the outer ring 231. The other reinforcing ribs 213 not provided with the limiting grooves 214 abut against the bent portions 234, and the reinforcing ribs 213 play a role in positioning the fan grill 23.
With continued reference to fig. 9, the extraction end of the outer ring 231 is provided with an operating portion 235, that is, the operating portion 235 is provided on the right side of the outer ring 231 in fig. 9. The operating portion 235 may take various shapes. Illustratively, the operating portion 235 is a rectangular parallelepiped having a width greater than that of the outer ring 231. The operation portion 235 is fixedly connected to the outer ring 231, for example, the operation portion 235 and the outer ring 231 are integrally formed. In the present embodiment, the connection mode between the operation portion 235 and the outer ring 231 is not limited.
