The heating element 200 is further convenient to be connected to a power supply by arranging a power plug, and meanwhile, the control module 520 and the switch module 530 are arranged on the power plug, so that the problem that the complexity of the structure of the pen body 100 is increased due to arrangement on the pen body 100, and the manufacturing cost is increased can be avoided; meanwhile, the heat generated by the heating element 200 on the pen body 100 is prevented from affecting the stability of the control module 520 and the switch module 530.
In other embodiments, the control module 520 may also be disposed on the pen body 100. The switch module 530 may also be disposed on the pen body 100.
In one embodiment, a power jack is disposed on the pen body 100 and electrically connected to the heating element 200. Through setting up electrical socket, make things convenient for the one end of wire to insert and locate in electrical socket, the other end is connected in the power, avoids fixing the wire on body of a pen 100, influences the succinct degree that body of a pen 100 accomodates. In other embodiments, the power jack may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in an embodiment, the pen body 100 may further be provided with a projection lamp 140, and the projection lamp 140 is used for projecting light rays or patterns on the canvas, so that the wax printing efficiency of the user can be further improved, and the use convenience can be improved. Specifically, the projection lamp 140 may be a laser lamp, and a light emitting direction of the laser lamp is a direction perpendicular to the pen body. When the wax printing machine is used, if the two positions on the canvas are to be aligned, the laser lamp can be used for aiming, and the wax printing efficiency is further improved. In other embodiments, the projection lamp 140 may be further arranged according to the drawing requirement, so as to improve the wax printing efficiency.
Above-mentioned painting brush 10 for batik can combine melting the wax process with storing up the wax, and saves the step of melting separately and dipping in the wax at the in-process of batik, has reduced the operation degree of difficulty of batik. Meanwhile, the temperature control assembly 500 is utilized to realize intelligent temperature control and wax melting, so that the wax melting device is suitable for wax agents with different melting points, and the adaptability is effectively improved. The first plug body 310 and the second plug body 320 of the pen plug 300 form the exhaust hole, so that exhaust can be realized, the control of the wax discharging speed can be realized, and the difficulty of controlling the wax discharging speed by an operator is greatly reduced.
In one embodiment, the wax printing apparatus includes the brush 10 for wax printing and a mechanical arm, which is mounted on the pen body 100. In the use process, the mechanical arm can be used for controlling the movement of the painting brush 10 for wax printing, so that patterns needing wax printing are drawn on the cloth dyed by the wax printing, and the wax printing efficiency can be further improved.

Claims (10)
1. A painting brush for wax printing is characterized by comprising:
the pen body is provided with an accommodating cavity, the pen body is also provided with an accommodating port and a discharge port which is arranged at an interval with the accommodating port, and the accommodating port and the discharge port are both communicated with the accommodating cavity; the accommodating cavity is communicated with an exhaust structure, and the exhaust volume of the exhaust structure is adjustable;
the heating element is arranged on the pen body; and
the pen plug is detachably arranged in the placing opening.
2. The crayon brush according to claim 1, wherein said vent structure is a vent hole, said vent hole is opened on said plug, said vent hole can communicate with said receiving cavity, and the area of the cross section of said vent hole is adjustable.
3. The brush for wax printing according to claim 2, wherein the brush plug includes a first plug body and a second plug body, the first plug body is rotatably disposed on the second plug body, the second plug body is disposed on a side of the first plug body facing the brush body, a first communicating hole is formed in the first plug body, a second communicating hole is formed in the second plug body, the second communicating hole is communicated with the accommodating chamber, an axis of the first communicating hole is spaced from a rotation axis of the first plug body, an axis of the second communicating hole is spaced from a rotation axis of the first plug body, the first plug body rotates relative to the second plug body to enable the first communicating hole to be communicated with the second communicating hole, and the first communicating hole is communicated with the second communicating hole to form the exhaust hole.

The painting brush for wax printing according to claim 3, wherein the brush plug further comprises a connecting shaft, the first plug body and the second plug body are connected to two ends of the connecting shaft respectively, the first plug body and/or the second plug body can rotate relative to the connecting shaft, the axis of the first communicating hole and the axis of the connecting shaft are arranged in a non-coaxial mode, and the axis of the second communicating hole and the axis of the connecting shaft are arranged in a non-coaxial mode.
5. The bating brush as recited in claim 3, wherein a knob is provided on a side of the first plug body facing away from the second plug body.
6. The brush for bating wax as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the brush body comprises a casing and a storage member, the storage member is formed with the receiving cavity, opposite ends of the storage member are respectively provided with the inlet and the outlet, the casing is covered outside the storage member, and the heating member is disposed between the storage member and the casing and located at a position close to the outlet.
7. A bating brush as set forth in claim 6 wherein said storage member is an explosion-proof glass tube.
8. A brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the wax has a melting point a and the heating element is heated at a temperature of a +15 ℃ to a +25 ℃.
9. The painting brush for wax printing according to claim 8, further comprising a temperature control assembly, wherein the temperature control assembly comprises a temperature detection module, a control module and a switch module, the temperature detection module is disposed on the brush body and electrically connected to the control module through a wire, the heating element is electrically connected to the switch module through a wire, and the switch module is electrically connected to the control module.
10. A wax printing device, characterized in that the wax printing device comprises:
a mechanical arm; and
a crayon brush as defined in any one of claims 1-9, said robot arm being mounted to said body.
