The rail bolt oiling device as defined in claim 1, wherein the brake unit comprises a claw assembly for clamping or unclamping the rail, a brake driving device for driving the claw assembly, a support wheel and a brake wheel set mounted at the end of the claw assembly; the supporting wheels are arranged between the paw components and the top surface of the track, and the brake wheel sets are arranged on two sides of the track in a spanning mode.
