1. A film coating device for producing and processing a lithium battery is characterized by comprising a box body (1);
a spraying chamber (3) is arranged in an upper inner cavity of the box body (1), a supporting screen plate (21) is arranged at the bottom of the spraying chamber (3), and a horizontal adjusting component for adjusting the position of a spraying head (20) in the horizontal direction is arranged at the top of the spraying chamber (3);
an operation window (22) communicated with the spraying chamber (3) is formed in one side of the upper portion of the box body (1), and a protective baffle (23) is installed in the operation window (22) through an installation assembly;
a stirring chamber (9) is arranged in the inner cavity at the bottom of the box body (1), and a stirring mechanism is arranged in the stirring chamber (9);
the bottom of the spraying chamber (3) is communicated with an aggregate funnel (4), the bottom end of the aggregate funnel (4) is communicated with a material collecting pipe (11), and the bottom end of the material collecting pipe (11) is communicated with the stirring chamber (9);
still be provided with diaphragm pump (13) that are located on teeter chamber (9) roof in box (1), the feed inlet of diaphragm pump (13) with link to each other through liquid suction pipe (14) between the bottom inner chamber of teeter chamber (9), the discharge gate of diaphragm pump (13) is still connected and is provided with liquid delivery pipe (15), the other end of liquid delivery pipe (15) extends to in spray booth (3), just the other end of liquid delivery pipe (15) with be connected through infusion hose (17) between sprinkler head (20).

The film coating device for the production and processing of the lithium battery as recited in claim 1, wherein the horizontal adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting screw rod (19) rotatably erected at the top of the spraying chamber (3), and the horizontal adjusting assembly further comprises a forward and reverse rotation servo motor (16) for driving the adjusting screw rod (19) to rotate; the horizontal adjusting assembly further comprises a moving sliding block (18) which is horizontally arranged at the top of the spraying chamber (3) in a sliding mode, the moving sliding block (18) is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod (19) in a threaded connection mode, and the spraying head (20) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the moving sliding block (18).

The film coating device for producing and processing the lithium battery as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring rotating shaft (7) rotatably arranged in the stirring chamber (9), and a plurality of stirring blades (8) are uniformly distributed on the stirring shaft (7);
the stirring mechanism also comprises a stirring motor (6) for driving the stirring rotating shaft (7) to rotate;
the stirring motor (6) is arranged on the box body (1).

The film coating device for producing and processing the lithium battery as recited in claim 2, wherein a supporting slide block (25) is arranged at the bottom end of the protective baffle (23), a limiting tooth groove (24) is arranged on the outer wall of the lower part of the protective baffle (23), and an anti-falling top block (26) is arranged at the top end of the protective baffle (23).

The film coating device for producing and processing the lithium battery as recited in claim 4, wherein a top plate of the spray chamber (3) is provided with a supporting through hole (33), the protective baffle (23) is slidably disposed in the supporting through hole (33) in a penetrating manner, and a top plate of the spray chamber (3) is further provided with a rectangular cavity (27) communicated with the supporting through hole (33).

The film coating device for the production and processing of the lithium battery as recited in claim 5, wherein the mounting assembly comprises an operating shaft (30) which is arranged on a side plate of the rectangular cavity (27) in a penetrating and sliding manner, a pressing plate (31) is arranged at the end part of the operating shaft (30) which is positioned in the rectangular cavity (27), and the pressing plate (31) is arranged in the rectangular cavity (27) in a radial and sliding manner;
the other end of the operating shaft (30) is provided with an operating handle (28);
a support spring (29) is sleeved on an operating shaft (30) positioned in the rectangular cavity (27);
and the pressure plate (31) is provided with a limiting convex tooth (32) matched with the limiting tooth groove (24).
7. The lithium battery production and processing coating device according to claim 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6, wherein four corners of the bottom surface of the box body (1) are provided with supporting casters (2).
8. The coating device for producing and processing the lithium battery as recited in claim 3, wherein the top of the stirring chamber (9) is provided with a feeding port (5), and the top end of the feeding port (5) extends out of the box body (1);
