Claims (10)

1. A dental drill assembly comprising a dental drill bit and a drill sleeve, characterized in that:
the dental drill comprises a handpiece combination part, a drill bushing combination part and a working part which are sequentially connected in the axial direction; at least two annular grooves which are arranged in sequence are arranged on the combining part of the drill bushing;
the drill sleeve is a hollow sleeve sleeved on the dental drill and comprises a first end part, a positioning part and a second end part which are sequentially connected in the axial direction; the first end part is close to the mobile phone combining part, and the second end part is close to the working part; and at least one group of positioning assemblies matched with the annular groove are arranged on the positioning part, and the positioning assemblies enable the drill bushing and the drill bushing combined part to be relatively fixed.
2. A dental drill assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the positioning assembly comprises an arc-shaped groove and a boss, the arc-shaped groove is formed in the positioning portion and forms an elastic sheet structure, the boss is arranged on the inner side of the elastic sheet structure relative to the drill bushing joint portion, and the boss is connected with the annular groove in a buckling mode, so that the positioning assembly and the drill bushing joint portion are relatively fixed.
3. A dental drill assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the positioning assembly comprises a limiting sleeve assembly longitudinally perpendicular to the drill bushing joint part and an accommodating cavity used for accommodating the limiting sleeve assembly, and the limiting sleeve assembly is elastically abutted against the annular groove, so that the positioning assembly and the drill bushing joint part are relatively fixed.
4. A dental drill assembly according to claim 3, wherein: the outer side wall of the limiting sleeve component is in interference fit with the inner side wall of the containing cavity.
5. A dental drill assembly according to claim 3, wherein: the outer side wall of the limiting sleeve component is in threaded fit with the inner side wall of the containing cavity.
6. A dental drill assembly according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein: the limiting sleeve assembly comprises a sleeve body, an elastic piece and a limiting bead; the sleeve body has an open end; the elastic piece is embedded in the sleeve body; the limiting beads are arranged at the opening end of the sleeve body and are used for being elastically abutted to the annular groove.
7. A dental drill assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the two adjacent annular grooves which are sequentially arranged on the drill bushing joint part of the dental drill are arranged at equal intervals.
8. A dental drill assembly according to claim 1, wherein: at least one through hole is arranged on the second end part of the drill bushing.
9. A dental drill assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the dental drill is characterized in that an annular color ring is arranged on the joint part of the hand piece of the dental drill.
10. A dental drill assembly according to claim 1, wherein: the drill bushing is made of one of polyether-ether-ketone, polyphenylene sulfone resin, polyether sulfone resin, polycarbonate, medical stainless steel and medical titanium alloy.
