The top of the jack box is provided with a jack claw 26 which is used for being inserted into a copper bar conductor corresponding to the bus duct so as to realize the electric connection of the jack box and the bus duct.
Preferably, guide protection plates 25 are disposed on the top of the jack box along two side edges in the length direction of the jack box, as shown more clearly in fig. 4, for ensuring that a distance between the jack box and the bus duct is vertical, so that the claws of the jack box can be correctly inserted into the corresponding copper bar conductors of the bus duct, and simultaneously, the claws are protected from being damaged and deformed due to accidental contact of foreign objects. Two guide protection plates are schematically provided on each side as in fig. 1, but a person skilled in the art may provide any number of guide protection plates according to practical needs, and further, as shown in fig. 1, the guide protection plates comprise one vertical plate portion and an inclined plate portion which is flared outwards, but a person skilled in the art may conceive of guide protection plates of other shapes, such as C-shaped guide protection plates, etc., as long as the guiding and protecting functions thereof can be achieved.
Fig. 2 is a view of the locking device of fig. 1 comprising a hook, a slider and a self-locking handle, wherein the upper three figures are respectively a front view, a side view and a back view thereof in a locked position, and the lower figure is an exploded view thereof.
In particular, as will be clear from the exploded view below, the illustrated hooks are preferably two and are arranged opposite one another, respectively referred to as a first hook 23 and a second hook 24, each hook having two arms, a first arm and a second arm, separated at an angle, the connection of the first and second arms being provided with a hole for the passage of a pivot of the hook, which is provided on a side wall of the jack box, so that the hook can pivot about its pivot.
Preferably, a torsion spring 27 is sleeved on the pivot of the hook, one end of the torsion spring is connected to the first arm or the second arm of the hook, and the first hook and the second hook are respectively matched with the corresponding torsion springs connected with the first hook and the second hook, so that the first hook and the second hook can be always kept in a tightening state and can be automatically reset to the locking positions of the first hook and the second hook. It is of course also possible to dispense with a torsion spring, in which case the first hook and the second hook will not be able to be automatically reset into their locking positions, which would require manual operation if the first hook and the second hook were to be brought into their locking positions.
Further, each of the first and second hooks includes a locking end 231 and a connecting end 232, the locking end being a free end of the first arm, the connecting end being a free end of the second arm, the locking end of the first hook and the locking end of the second hook being capable of being snapped into the corresponding first and second snap grooves 11 and 12 on both sides of the bus duct, respectively, the connecting ends of the first and second hooks being connected to opposite sides of the slider 28, respectively.
