However, in a long-time rolled state, a display screen of the display device may be warped, which seriously affects the display effect of the display device.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a structural view of a flexible display screen of a display device. As shown in fig. 1, the flexible display screen 10 is formed by laminating multiple layers of films, and sequentially comprises the following components from bottom to top: the backlight module comprises a back film 11, a polyimide substrate 12, a driving structure layer 13, an organic light emitting layer 14, a packaging layer 15, a touch layer 16, a polarizer 17 and a top protective film 18. The flexible display screen 10 comprises a flexible display screen body 101 and a penetrating structure 102 arranged on one side, far away from a display surface, of the flexible display screen body 101, wherein the flexible display screen body 101 is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite. The crimping mechanism 20 includes two housings 21, two reel sets 22 and a support bar 23. The housing 21 has an open receiving cavity 211, and the reel sets 22 are disposed in the receiving cavity 211 and correspond to the housings 21 one by one, that is, one reel set 22 is disposed in one housing 21. Each reel set 22 may be rotatably connected to the corresponding housing 21, and the housing 21 provides protection for the flexible display screen to prevent the flexible display screen from being scratched. As shown in fig. 2b, both reel sets 22 comprise a first reel 221 and a second reel 222 arranged coaxially. The first end of the flexible display body 101 is connected to the first roller 221 of one roller set 22, and the second end of the flexible display body 101 is connected to the first roller 221 of another roller set 22. The supporting strip 23 is inserted into the insertion structure 102, and one end of the supporting strip 23 is connected to the second reel 222 of one reel set 22, and the other end of the supporting strip is connected to the second reel 222 of the other reel set 22, so that the supporting strip 23 and the insertion structure 102 can slide relatively.

In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2b, the supporting strips 23 include 3 supporting strips, wherein the middle supporting strip 23 is located at the middle position of the flexible display screen 10, and the other two supporting strips 23 are located at the positions adjacent to the end portions of the flexible display screen.
The supporting strip is flexible and has certain tensile strength. In an exemplary embodiment, the support strip has a thickness of 20 to 50 microns and a width of 1 to 5 millimeters. The material of the supporting strip comprises stainless steel. In one example, the support bars are linear structures, and the linear diameter of the support bars is between 100 microns and 1000 microns. The material of the supporting strip comprises steel wires, carbon fiber wires or other wires made of certain tensile materials.
Fig. 3a is a perspective view and fig. 3b is a cross-sectional view of a reel set according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3a-3b, in the same spool group, the first spools 221 are spaced apart from each other, and the second spools 222 are disposed between adjacent first spools 221. The number and the positions of the support strips and the second reels in the reel group correspond to each other one by one. In one example, the number of the second reels 222 of the reel group 22 is at least 3, wherein the middle second reel 222 is located at the middle position of the reel group 22, and the other two second reels 222 are located at the end portions of the reel group 22. Like this, the edge of flexible display screen can be supported to the support strip that is located on the second spool 222 that is close to the tip position, prevents the edge downwarping of flexible display screen, and the intermediate position of flexible display screen can be dragged to the support strip on middle second spool 222, prevents the intermediate position warpage of flexible display screen, guarantees the planarization of flexible display screen.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3b, the first spool 221 has a larger shaft diameter than the second spool 222. The shaft diameter of the first roller 221 and the shaft diameter of the second roller 222 are determined according to the specific size of the flexible display screen.
In the same reel group, the first reel and the second reel are fixedly connected. In an exemplary embodiment, the first scroll and the second scroll may work independently, and the flexible display device further includes a driving mechanism disposed in the housing, and the driving mechanism is configured to drive the second scroll to rotationally stretch the supporting bar after the flexible display screen is unfolded. When the flexible display screen is not completely unfolded, the first scroll and the second scroll synchronously rotate; after the screen expandes, first spool reachs rotatory limit, and the second spool is rotatory under actuating mechanism's drive, can drive the support bar and do further dragging, promotes the roughness of support bar, and then further improves the display effect of flexible display screen. In one example, the drive mechanism includes a stationary rotor and a control coil, the control coil being disposed on the rotational axis of the second spool, the stationary rotor being disposed within the second spool. In an exemplary embodiment, the flexible display device further comprises a rolling mechanism for driving the reel set to rotate so as to enable the flexible display screen and the supporting bars to be rolled and received in the shell. In one example, the winding mechanism is a winding spring and is disposed on the reel set.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a flexible display screen in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the through structure 102 includes a first through structure 1021, the first through structure includes a plurality of fixing bars disposed on a side of the flexible display screen body 101 away from the display surface, two opposite ends of each fixing bar are connected to the flexible display screen body 101, a through hole is formed between the middle position and the flexible display screen body 101, the supporting bar is disposed through the through hole, and the fixing bars are in clearance fit with the supporting bar. The opposite ends of each fixing strip are connected to the flexible display body 101 by bonding. In one example, the plurality of fixing strips are arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, and each row of fixing strips corresponds to one supporting strip. The fixing strips in one row are arranged in the middle of the flexible display screen body in the stretching direction, that is, in the middle of the horizontal direction (X direction) in fig. 2 a. The material of the fixing strip comprises polyimide.
In an exemplary embodiment, the flexible display screen body 101 includes a back film 11 and a functional structure layer 101a disposed on the back film 11, the back film 11 includes a carrying region directly opposite to the functional structure layer 101a and edge regions disposed on peripheries of two opposite sides of the carrying region, the through structure 102 further includes a second through structure 1022, and the second through structure 1022 includes a via structure formed by bending the edge region toward the carrying region and connecting an end of the edge region with the carrying region. The end of the edge region may be connected to the load bearing region by adhesive. In this embodiment, the functional structure layer 101a may include a polyimide substrate, a driving structure layer, an organic light emitting layer, an encapsulation layer, a touch layer, a polarizer, and a top protection film sequentially stacked on the back film.
Fig. 5 is a structural view of a display device. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the flexible display screen 10 is supported by the hard supporting member 30, and in the process of accommodating the flexible display screen 10, the hard supporting member 30 is curled at the same time, and the hard supporting member 30 increases the overall thickness of the reel.
The technical solution of the flexible display device of the present disclosure is exemplarily illustrated by the working principle of the flexible display device.
The flexible display screen is curled and contained in the shell, the two shells move back to back along the X direction, and the flexible display screen is gradually unfolded. During the unwinding process, the first reel and the second reel rotate synchronously. After the flexible display screen is unfolded, the supporting bars are also unfolded. The support bars located on the two sides of the Y direction of the flexible display screen support the flexible display screen, and the support bars located in the middle of the Y direction pull the flexible display screen, so that the flexible display screen is flat in the Z direction. In an example, the flexible display device comprises a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism can drive the second reel to rotate, the second reel on two sides of the supporting strip is opposite in rotating direction, the supporting strip is stretched, the supporting strip is enabled to be more smooth, and therefore the flatness of the flexible display screen is effectively improved. Wherein the X-direction, the Y-direction and the Z-direction are perpendicular to each other.
The flexible display device can be applied to display terminals such as mobile phones, flat panels and notebook computers. The display terminal can comprise a bracket and a locking mechanism, the two shells can be connected on the bracket in a sliding mode and can move close to or away from each other, and the locking mechanism can lock the shells at the unfolding position of the flexible display screen. After the shell is locked, the driving mechanism can drive the second reel to continue rotating and pull the supporting strip.
