Description

本发明涉及一种用作取暖、热敷的热水袋，尤其是具有加热装置的热水袋。
目前，已知的热水袋有各种结构，传统的热水袋由于自身不能加热，故必须另配热水器具方能实现使用，且灌注热水，排放冷水较为麻烦。较新的电热水袋有的不能储热，去掉电源，马上就冷下来；有的能储热，但不能折叠，一般为硬壳式，故使用、携带较为不便；有的能折叠，但只能单向折叠，且同时电热元件也被折叠，故不能适应使用过程中手揉捏和脚踏搓等复杂频繁多维的袋体形变运动，电热元件极易折断、损坏，造成器具生产成本高，使用寿命短，且不安全。
本发明的目的是提供一种柔软、不怕搓揉、能自已加热并储热、使用方便、手感好、易携带的多用途储热式电热水袋。
本发明的目的是由以下设计方案实现的：热水袋袋体2为柔性橡胶制品，其A面有凸起的筋条，起隔热作用，以防烫伤和减缓散热速度。相反的另一面为光平面结构，用来干燥或低温加热物品。袋体2中有储热材料5，该材料可选用石蜡或水。石蜡具有储热值高，适宜家中使用。水的储热值也较高，由于其易得，故适应作旅行用，需用时装入，不同时倒掉。在热水袋的一端设计有电热组件3，电热组件3由电热保护架6，电热元件插座9，进出水孔1组成。电热元件4具有加热及限温功能，由电阻性加热元件7和双金属片控温元件8组成，或由单独的PTC元件构成。电热组件3和袋体2为机械密封式连接，和电源线组件10为插接式电气连接。电热元件4为沉浸在储热材料5中进行加热。
根据以上设计方案实施的多用途储热式电热水袋，将石蜡（需熔化）或水灌入袋内，密闭进出水孔1，用电源线组件10接上电源，加热一定时间后，去掉电源线组件10，就可作取暖，热敷、干燥或低温加热物品的热水袋用了。
本发明中，橡胶袋体保证了器具的可搓、揉、折叠性，电热组件完成了器具的自加热，限温功能保证了器具的安全性，进出水孔达到了携带旅行的方便实用性，储热材料完成了储热和缓慢放热的效能，凸起筋条面保证了使用的安全性，光平面则使物品的干燥或低温加热得以顺利进行。
应用实例：附图为本发明的设计实施示意图。图中：1.进出水孔；2.袋体；3.电热组件；4.电热元件；5.储热材料；6.电热保护架；7.电阻性加热元件；8.双金属片式控温元件；9.电热元件插座；10.电源组件。
根据前述的设计方案结合附图进行实施即可完成多用途储热热式电热水袋的制造。另外，需进一步说明的是：当电热元件4为电阻性加热元件7和双金属片式控温元件8组成时，7和8为串连电气连接，由7完成加热，由8完成控温。当4为PTC元件单独构成时，则PTC在完成加热的同时，也同时执行控温的工作。

1、一种热水袋，其特征是：热水袋袋体2为柔性橡胶制品，其A面有凸起筋条起隔热以防烫伤和减缓散热速率的作用，相反的另一面为光平面作干燥或低温加热物体的加热面用，袋体2中有石蜡或水作储热材料5，在热水袋的一端有电热组件3，电热组件3由电热保护架6，电热元件4，电热元件插座9，进出水孔1组成，电热元件4具有加热及限温功能，由电阻性加热元件7和双金属片控温元件8电气串联组成或单独由PTC元件组成，电热组件3和袋体2为机械密封式连接，和电源线组件10为插接式电气连接，电热元件4为沉浸在储热材料5中进行加热。
