4. A tablet milling and dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 3 wherein: the grinding piece (101) further comprises a connecting body (101d), and the micro motor (102) is connected with the rotating piece (101c) through the connecting body (101 d).
5. A tablet milling and dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 4 wherein: the component part (200) further comprises a supporting spring (204), and the supporting spring (204) is connected with the tooth groove (201) and embedded in the component part (200).
6. A tablet milling and dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 5 wherein: the stretching piece (101b) further comprises a stretching spring (101b-1), the connecting body (101d) is conical, is connected with the rotating piece (101c), and is embedded in the grinding piece (101).
7. A tablet milling and dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 5 wherein: the number of the tooth grooves (201) is 12 in total, the tooth grooves are symmetrical about the center of a chassis (202), and the supporting spring (204) is positioned at the lower part of the tooth grooves (201).

A tablet milling and dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 6 wherein: the length of the positive cross section of the grinding piece (101) is equal to that of the cross section of the grinding groove (301), and two sides of the extension spring (101b-1) are respectively connected to the micro motor (102) and the connecting body (101 d); the stretching member (101b) is rotatable together with the rotating member (101 c).

A tablet milling and dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 1 wherein: the baffle (203) is in a quarter circle shape, a protrusion (203a) is arranged at the bottom of the baffle (203), the protrusion (203a) is matched with the tooth groove (201) in size, and the baffle (203) is connected with the tooth groove (201) in an embedded mode through the protrusion (203 a).
