Comparative example 1

The comparative example provides a 3M 1806 medical mask without the three-dimensional cooling seal ring of example 1.

The masks described in the above examples and comparative examples were subjected to a cool feeling test and a leak test, and the specific test methods were as follows:

and (3) cool feeling test: selecting 10 male testers and 10 female testers to form an experience group with 20 members, evaluating cool feeling of a worn mask according to a grading standard shown in the table 1 under the environment with the temperature of 30 ℃ and the humidity of 50%, and taking the average value of the grades of the 20 members as a cool feeling test result;

and (3) testing the leakage property: the leak testing method disclosed in GB 2626-plus 2019 respiratory protection self-priming filtration type particulate-preventing respirator is adopted for testing, and the total leak rate (TIL) of the disposable mask is less than 11 percent as the standard;

the results relating to the cool feeling test and the leak test of the masks described in the above examples and comparative examples are shown in table 2.

From table 2, the following points can be seen:

(1) the three-dimensional cool seal ring is based on the three-dimensional support piece, so that the support can be provided for the cool part, and the three-dimensional cool seal ring can be fixed with the mask body, the obtained mask with the three-dimensional cool seal ring can ensure the sealing performance of the mask, meet the leakage standard that the total leakage rate (TIL) is less than 11%, provide sufficient space for the mouth and nose of a wearer, ensure the ventilation space and the effective filtering area of the mask, provide cool feeling for the wearer, and particularly relieve the stuffy feeling of the wearer caused by high-temperature and damp-hot weather in summer; moreover, the device has the advantages of convenient disassembly and replacement, simple structure, lower cost and the like, and is suitable for large-scale popularization;

(2) comparing example 1 with comparative example 1, comparative example 1 is a simple 3M 1806 medical mask, which has excellent sealing properties but causes a strong stuffy feeling to the wearer.

Claims

1. A three-dimensional cooling seal ring is characterized in that the three-dimensional cooling seal ring comprises a three-dimensional support piece, a cooling part and a fixing piece;

2. The three-dimensional cooling seal ring according to claim 1, wherein the cooling portion comprises a cooling core layer and a cooling outer layer, and the cooling outer layer is wrapped outside the cooling core layer.

3. The stereoscopic cooling seal ring according to claim 2, wherein the width of the cooling portion is 10-30 mm;

the cool core layer is hydrogel cool core layer with thickness of 0.5-5 mm;

the thickness of the cool outer layer is 0.01-0.5 mm.

4. The stereoscopic cooling seal ring according to claim 1, wherein the outer edge of the cooling portion in a closed ring shape is fixedly connected with the inner edge of the stereoscopic supporting member in a closed ring shape by welding.

5. The stereoscopic cooling seal ring according to claim 1, wherein the cooling portion is provided with a nose bridge groove at a position corresponding to a nose bridge.

The stereoscopic cooling seal ring according to claim 1, wherein the edge slot is provided with a positioning notch at a position corresponding to a bridge of the nose, the edge buckle is provided with a positioning protrusion at a position corresponding to the bridge of the nose, and the positioning protrusion is embedded into the positioning notch.

7. The stereoscopic cooling seal ring according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member is provided with ear band clamping protruding pieces at two sides corresponding to ears, and the ear band clamping protruding pieces are provided with ear band clamping slits.

8. The gasket of claim 1, wherein the fixing member is provided with a strength-enhancing protrusion at a position corresponding to the chin.

The mask with the three-dimensional cool seal ring is characterized by comprising the three-dimensional cool seal ring according to any one of claims 1 to 9 and a mask with an ear belt, wherein the edge of the mask with the ear belt is embedded into the edge clamping groove, and the mask with the ear belt and the three-dimensional cool seal ring are embedded into the edge clamping groove through the edge buckle to form buckle type fixed connection.
