For example, it generally takes about two hours for the TP glue to completely dry, and if the yield per hour is 100pcs, 200 machine positions are required for holding 10 inches of TP boards, and a total of 800 fixtures 200 are required.
Further, in the present embodiment, the stay 120 includes a plurality of sub-beads stacked up and down, the clamp 200 is mounted on the uppermost sub-bead, and the position adjustment of the clamp 200 in the up-down direction is achieved by increasing or decreasing the number of the sub-beads and adjusting the distance of the lower end of the pressure maintaining assembly 240 with respect to the front pressure handle 230. Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the pressure maintaining assembly 240 includes a slider 241, a connection adjusting member 242, and a pressure maintaining head 243, the slider 241 is connected to the front pressure handle 230 and can slide in the strip-shaped adjusting hole 233, the connection adjusting member 242 is connected to the pressure maintaining head 243 through the lower end of the slider 241, and the lower end surface of the pressure maintaining head 243 abuts against the TP plate. Here, the bar-shaped adjusting hole 233 is opened at the front to facilitate the installation of the slider 241. It can be understood that the upper blocking piece 241a is provided to enable the sliding block 241 to be stably hooked on the adjusting section 232 of the front pressing handle 230, of course, a lower blocking piece (not shown) may be further provided at the lower end of the sliding body, and a lower flange 241c is also convexly provided at the outer edge of the lower blocking piece. Here, the upper and lower stoppers 241a and 241c cooperate to effectively prevent the slider 241 from shaking up and down, and the upper and lower flanges 241b and 241c are also convenient for fingers to grip, so as to push the slider 241 to move in the bar-shaped adjustment hole 233. In addition, the slider 241 body, the upper stopper 241a, and the lower stopper are preferably integrally formed. Further, as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the connection adjusting member 242 includes a screw 242a and two nuts 242b, the screw 242a penetrates through the upper barrier 241a and the sliding body and can move up and down relative to the slider 241, the two nuts 242b are both sleeved on the screw 242a and are respectively disposed at the upper end and the lower end of the slider 241, and after the screw 242a is adjusted to a preset position, the two nuts 242b are screwed to respectively abut against the end faces of the upper end and the lower end of the slider 241, so as to fix the position of the slider 241. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface of the screw 242a is provided with external threads, and the nut 242b is provided with internal threads, which are detachably screwed. Of course, in other embodiments, the position of the pressure maintaining head 243 in the up-down direction may be adjusted by other structural designs.
Here, in order to prevent damage to the TP plate when pressed, the indenter 243 is preferably made of a soft elastic material in addition to foam padding on the TP plate. For example, in the present embodiment, the pressure maintaining head 243 may be made of rubber material, but may be made of, for example, but not limited to, silicone or other elastic plastics.
Further, referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the mounting base includes two support pieces 211 disposed opposite to each other, each support piece 211 has an L-shaped cross section, and includes a first flat plate 211a attached to the bottom plate 100 and a first vertical plate 211b extending upward from the first flat plate 211a toward an inner side edge of the other support piece 211, and a mounting cavity for mounting the handle 220 and the front pressing handle 230 is formed between the two first vertical plates 211b at an interval; the handle 220 is connected with the front pressing handle 230 through a transmission shaft, and the first vertical plate 211b is screwed with the handle 220, so that when the handle 220 is pulled downwards, the free end of the front pressing handle 230 can be driven to move downwards. In addition, a handle protective sleeve 221 is further sleeved on one side of the handle 220 far away from the front pressing handle 230, and a groove 211c is formed in the upper end edge of the first vertical plate 211b to provide a certain space for avoiding the front end of the handle 220 when rotating.
