As shown in fig. 19, in one embodiment, the demisting module comprises a negative pressure generating structure 52, and an air inlet of the negative pressure generating structure 52 is communicated with the hand washing tank 11 through an air suction pipe 51; for example, an air suction opening 13 is arranged at the rear side of the hand washing sink 11, and the inlet end of the air suction pipe 51 is connected with the air suction opening 13; of course, the suction opening 13 may not be provided separately, but the inlet end of the suction pipe 51 may be connected to the drain outlet 12 of the sink. In the present embodiment, the negative pressure generating structure 52 may be a negative pressure fan or other structure generating negative pressure, such as the structure generating negative pressure disclosed in CN 201010531757.5.
In another embodiment, the demisting module comprises an anti-fog net 55 arranged on the inner wall of the hand washing sink 11, the anti-fog net 55 is a net structure with meshes, a flow guide cavity 551 is arranged between the anti-fog net 55 and the inner wall of the hand washing sink 11, and the flow guide cavity 551 is communicated with the sewage discharge outlet 12.
The negative pressure generating structure 52 and the anti-fog net 55 are preferably provided at the same time in this embodiment, and only one of them may be provided in practice.
Before use, the air inlet pipeline 31 is connected with an external air source, and the air source can be an air compressor or an air pump; the liquid inlet pipe 21 is connected with an external water source, the water source can be a water supply faucet or a water tank, and when the water tank is used, water in the water tank is conveyed into the liquid inlet pipe 21 through a water pump.
When the hand washing basin is used, the liquid inlet valve 22 is opened firstly, then the air inlet valve 32 is opened, or the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32 are opened simultaneously, water and air enter the atomization module, then the water-air mixture (namely, mist) is sprayed out from the mist outlet 411 of the atomization module to the hand washing basin 11, and the sprayed mist has impact force, so that the hand washing basin can help people to wash hands. The spray flows into the flow guide cavity 551 after passing through the anti-fog net 55, and is not directly sprayed on the inner wall of the hand washing sink 11, so that the impact force between the spray and the inner wall of the hand washing sink 11 can be reduced, spray rebound is prevented, and the formation of water mist is reduced. The negative pressure generating structure 52 generates negative pressure to draw water mist in the hand washing sink 11 away, so that the water mist which is diffused near the hand washing sink 11 is reduced, and the possibility of spreading germs through the water mist is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32 may be opened manually or automatically, for example, in a place where the flow of the hand washing person is small, the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32 may be opened manually during hand washing, and may be closed during hand washing, or no internal electric signal may be realized during manual operation, so that the structure is simple. When the hand washing tank is used in a public place with large flow of people, the hand washing tank is automatically opened by induction, an inductor (not shown in the figure) for inducing hands of people is arranged at the hand washing tank 11, for example, an infrared inductor can be arranged on the inner wall of the top or the rear side of the hand washing tank 11, and the signal output end of the inductor is electrically connected with the enabling end of the air inlet valve 32 and the enabling end of the liquid inlet valve 22 respectively. When the inductor senses the hand, the switches of the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32 are automatically opened, and when the inductor cannot sense the hand, the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32 are automatically closed. The method for controlling the opening or closing of the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32 can adopt the method of sensing water from a wash basin in the prior art, for example, the output end of an inductor is connected with a coil of a relay, two normally open contacts of the relay are respectively control switches of the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32, or the technology of sensing water from a wash basin used in a restaurant such as kentucky restaurant is not detailed herein.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 19, the demisting module further comprises a collection tank 53 communicating with the air outlet of the negative pressure generating structure 52, the collection tank 53 being disposed behind, to the side of or below the sink 11, fig. 19 being shown as being disposed behind the sink 11. The collecting tank 53 is provided with a water mist inlet 531, a liquid outlet 532 and a ventilation port 534, for example, the liquid outlet 532 is arranged at the bottom, the ventilation port 534 is arranged at the top, and the water mist inlet 531 is arranged above the liquid outlet 532; the air outlet of the negative pressure generating structure 52 is also connected with the water mist inlet 531 of the collecting tank 53 through the air suction pipe 51, the drain outlet 532 is provided with a drain valve 533, and the ventilation port 534 is provided with a biological purification device 535. In practice, a biological purification device may be disposed at the liquid outlet 532.
The collecting tank 53 is used for collecting the water mist drawn out by the negative pressure generating structure 52, and the water mist is separated into water and gas in the collecting tank 53, and the principle of gas floating upwards is utilized. The water is deposited on the bottom of the collection tank 53 and is discharged from the liquid discharge port 532. The gas is purified by the biological purification device 535, and then discharged to the atmosphere through the gas vent 534, the biological purification device 535 is used for removing germs in the gas, and the biological purification device 535 may be, but is not limited to, the biological purification device 535 disclosed in CN 200410000288.9.
In another preferred embodiment, shown in fig. 19, the wash basin 20, the inlet duct 21, the inlet duct 31, the atomizing module and the demisting module are integrated in a single housing 60 for better aesthetics.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 19, the collection tank 53 has a plurality of spaced baffles 536 therein, the baffles 536 being laterally or angularly disposed, as shown in fig. 19. A communication hole 537 is arranged between the baffle 536 and the inner wall of the collecting tank 53, and the communication holes 537 of two adjacent baffles 536 are far away from each other; for example, in two adjacent baffle plates 536, a communication hole 537 is formed between the left end of one baffle plate 536 and the left inner wall of the collection tank 53, and a communication hole 537 is formed between the right end of the other baffle plate 536 and the right inner wall of the collection tank 53.
The baffle 536 is provided to extend the path of fluid traveling from the mist inlet 531 to the breather port 534, and to extend the time that the fluid travels in the collection tank 53, allowing the water in the mist to be completely separated from the air.
Note that the communication holes 537 may be provided in the baffle plates 536 so that the communication holes 537 of two adjacent baffle plates 536 may be separated from each other to extend the flow path of the fluid.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 22, the atomizing module comprises at least one set of spray structures 40 arranged at intervals along the length direction of the hand washing sink 11, and as shown in fig. 22, four sets of spray structures 40 are shown, and as can be seen from fig. 23, each set of spray structures 40 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 31 and the liquid inlet pipe 21; each set of spray structures 40 comprises at least one nozzle 41, the outlet of the nozzle 41 being a spray outlet 411.
It should be noted that when the length of the sink 11 is long, a plurality of the air exhaust pipes 51 connected in parallel may be provided at intervals in the length direction of the sink 11.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 19 and 23, the air inlet pipe 31 and the liquid inlet pipe 21 connected to each set of injection structures 40 have independently controlled valves, that is, the liquid inlet pipe 21 connected to each set of injection structures 40 has a liquid inlet valve 22, and the air inlet pipe 31 connected to each set of injection structures 40 has an air inlet valve 32, so that the water inlet and air inlet of each set of injection structures 40 can be independently controlled, and energy is saved. Preferably, a set of spray structures 40 corresponds to a hand washing station, allowing multiple people to wash their hands simultaneously.
In this embodiment, the liquid inlet valve 22 and the air inlet valve 32 corresponding to each set of injection structures 40 may be opened manually or automatically, and when the liquid inlet valve and the air inlet valve are opened automatically, an inductor (not shown in the figure) for sensing a hand of a person may be disposed at each set of injection structures 40, and a signal output end of the inductor is electrically connected to an enable end of the corresponding air inlet valve 32 and an enable end of the corresponding liquid inlet valve 22, respectively.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in figures 19 and 23, the nozzles 41 are provided on the inner wall of the sink 11, the nozzles 41 of each set of spray formations 40 spraying centrally from all sides. For example, each set of the injection structures 40 includes four nozzles 41, the four nozzles 41 are arranged opposite to each other in pairs, two nozzles 41 are located above, two nozzles 41 are located below, the two nozzles 41 above inject from top to bottom or obliquely downward, and the two nozzles 41 below inject from bottom to top or obliquely upward. Alternatively, the upper two nozzles 41 are mounted on a hollow arranged upper fitting 42 and the lower two nozzles 41 are mounted on a hollow arranged lower fitting 42. The outlet end of the liquid inlet pipeline 21 is connected with the joint 42, and the outlet end of the gas inlet pipeline 31 is connected with the nozzle 41; or the air outlets of the air inlet pipeline 31 and the liquid inlet pipeline 21 are connected with the joint 42.
It should be noted that when the structure of the open-top sink 11 of the prior art is adopted, the two nozzles 41 are arranged at the rear, the two nozzles 41 are arranged at the front, the two nozzles 41 at the rear spray forward or obliquely forward from above, and the two nozzles 41 at the front spray forward or obliquely rearward from front.
Example ten
The present embodiment provides a split mounting type hand washing device, as shown in fig. 24, in a preferred embodiment, it includes a hand washing device main body 100 having a hand washing sink 11, the hand washing sinks 11 of the hand washing device main body 100 are arranged in a length direction in a communicating or spaced manner; in the present embodiment, the sink 11 may be a sink structure with an open top as in the prior art, or may be a recessed sink structure as in the first to seventh embodiments.
Hand washing apparatus body 100 includes at least two hand washing units 110 joined end to end, such as by snap-fit or screw-fit, or by snap-fit as disclosed in CN201810576820.3, or by tension as disclosed in CN 201810577408.3. Two or more hand washing units 110 are arranged on a straight line or on a curved line or form a ring, so that different numbers of hand washing units 110 can be spliced according to actual conditions to change the length and the shape of the hand washing sink 11.
In the embodiment, four hand washing units 110 are arranged on a straight line or a curved line as an example, when the hand washing basins 11 of the hand washing device main body 100 are communicated in the length direction, as shown in fig. 24, each hand washing unit 110 includes a hand washing unit main body 120 having the hand washing basin 11, the hand washing basins 11 penetrate through the length direction of the hand washing unit main body 120, and the end faces of the hand washing basins 11 of two adjacent hand washing units 110 are connected in a sealing manner, for example, sealing rings are arranged; the left end of the leftmost hand washing unit 110 is fixedly connected with an end cover 200 for closing the left end of the hand washing tank 11, and the right end of the rightmost hand washing unit 110 is fixedly connected with an end cover 200 for closing the right end of the hand washing tank 11.
It should be noted that when two or more hand washing units 110 are enclosed in a ring, end cap 200 need not be provided, as sink 11 is also closed in a ring.
Each of hand washing units 110 may have at least one hand washing location, or two or more hand washing units 110 may be joined together to form a single hand washing location, as shown in fig. 24 where a single hand washing unit 110 has a single hand washing location. Each hand washing position is provided with a water outlet mechanism, which can be a water outlet faucet or an atomization faucet in the prior art, and the water outlet mechanism can also adopt a water spraying structure in the ninth embodiment, specifically, one water outlet mechanism comprises a group of spraying structures 40, fig. 24 shows that a hand washing unit 110 is provided with a group of spraying structures 40, as can be seen from fig. 23, each group of spraying structures 40 is communicated with an air inlet pipeline 31 and a liquid inlet pipeline 21, the air inlet pipeline 31 connected with each group of spraying structures 40 is provided with an air inlet valve 32, and the liquid inlet pipeline 21 connected with each group of spraying structures 40 is provided with a liquid inlet valve 22. In another preferred embodiment, when basins 11 of hand washing apparatus body 100 are spaced apart lengthwise, each hand washing unit body 120 is provided at each end with end caps closing each end of basin 11, in which case each hand washing unit 110 may be used individually.
EXAMPLE eleven
The embodiment provides a hand washer, which is provided with at least two hand washing grooves 11, and two and a plurality of hand washing grooves 11 are arranged at intervals along the height direction, so as to adapt to people with different heights, and the embodiment takes the arrangement of three hand washing grooves 11 as an example for explanation, namely three layers of hand washing grooves 11 are arranged.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 25, the hand cleaner includes three spray hand washing apparatuses of the ninth embodiment, each having a housing 60, the three spray hand washing apparatuses being arranged one above the other in the height direction, for example, the housings 60 of the three spray hand washing apparatuses are fixed together by bolting or snapping, but may be stacked directly without fastening, and stacked by their own weight.
The air inlet pipelines 31 connected with the three hand washing tanks 11 are commonly connected with an air inlet manifold 33, and the air inlet manifold 33 is connected with an external air source. It should be noted that when two or more spray structures 40 are provided along the length of the sink 11, it is preferred to locate the sink opening 111 at the front or top.
During hand washing, people with different heights wash hands in the hand washing grooves 11 with different heights. When the longer hand washing groove 11 is arranged, the hand washer can be used for a plurality of people to wash hands simultaneously, and each hand washing position can adapt to the hand washing work of people with different heights, namely the hand washing work of the people with different heights can be met simultaneously.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the assembly of the tenth embodiment may also be applied, and the hand washer is formed by first assembling a plurality of hand washing units.
