In the battery assembly 20 of the above embodiment, the waterproof member 205 and the housing 201 may be detachably connected, so that the waterproof member 205 and the housing 201 are conveniently detached and mounted; in addition, in the process of assembling the battery pack 20, the first connecting line 2041 and the second connecting line 2031 can be connected through the plug connector, then the plug connector is placed into the waterproof cavity 2051, and then the waterproof piece 205 is installed on the shell 201, so that the plug connector can be easily placed in the waterproof cavity 2051, and the assembling difficulty of the battery pack 20 is simplified.
With continued reference to fig. 4-6, for example, the waterproof piece 205 may be connected to the housing 201 by a bolt connection, and accordingly, a connection portion 2052 may be provided on the waterproof piece 205, a mounting hole 2053 is provided on the connection portion 2052, a mounting threaded hole 2013 is provided on the housing 201, and a connection bolt passes through the mounting hole 2053 and then cooperates with the mounting threaded hole 2013 to fix the waterproof piece 205 on the housing 201. Simple structure and convenient installation.
Specifically, in a manner that the housing 201 includes the first housing 2011 and the second housing 2012, the mounting screw hole 2013 may be provided on a first receiving cavity on the first housing 2011, on an inner wall, on which the corresponding waterproof 205 is fixed. Of course, the mounting threaded hole 2013 may be provided on the inner wall of the second receiving chamber of the second housing 2012, and the corresponding waterproof member 205 is fixed on the inner wall of the second receiving chamber.
In the above implementation, since the thickness of the housing 201 is small, a process column may be formed on the inner wall of the housing 201, and the mounting screw hole 2013 may be formed on the process column. Further, in order to improve the connection strength between the process column and the inner wall of the casing 201, one or more reinforcing ribs may be disposed between the side wall of the process column and the inner wall of the casing 201.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a process groove 2054 is formed in one side of the connecting portion 2052, which is away from the mounting threaded hole 2013, and after the connecting bolt is mounted on the mounting threaded hole 2013, a nut at one end of the connecting bolt can be accommodated in the process groove 2054, so that the nut is prevented from protruding from the connecting portion 2052, and scraping between the nut and other equipment in the housing 201 is avoided.
The connecting part 2052 in this embodiment is disposed at the top end of the waterproof piece 205, and further, the connecting part 2052 is located at a side of the waterproof piece 205 away from the mounting threaded hole 2013; of course, the connection 2052 may also be provided between the top and bottom ends of the flashing 205. The exemplary web 2052 may have an isotactic shape in the form of a plate, although the web 2052 may have other irregular shapes; the connection part 2052 and the waterproof part 205 may be of an integral structure, and of course, the connection part 2052 may also be connected with the waterproof part 205 by clamping or welding.
With continued reference to fig. 3-5, in the above implementation, the housing 201 may include a top wall, a bottom wall, and a peripheral side wall between the top wall and the bottom wall, with the waterproof 205 disposed between the peripheral side wall and the battery pack 204. After entering the housing 201, the external water flows downward along the gap between the peripheral side wall and the battery pack 204, and at this time, the water drops flow downward under the action of gravity, and the water drops cannot enter the waterproof cavity 2051; the water entering the housing 201 does not contact the plug connector, so that the first connecting line 2041 and the second connecting line 2031 are in good contact, and the normal operation of the electronic device 203 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, for example, in an implementation in which the baffle 207 is provided in the first accommodating chamber and/or the second accommodating chamber, the waterproof member 205 may be provided in a space between the baffle 207 and the peripheral sidewall.
With continued reference to fig. 1-6, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an electric bicycle, which includes a bicycle body 10, and the battery assembly 20 provided in the foregoing embodiment, where the battery assembly 20 is detachably connected to the bicycle body 10.
In the electric bicycle provided by the embodiment, the housing 201 has the accommodating cavity 202, the electronic device 203 and the battery pack 204 are both arranged in the accommodating cavity 202, the battery pack 204 is provided with the first connecting line 2041, the electronic device 203 is provided with the second connecting line 2031, and the first connecting line 2041 and the second connecting line 2031 are connected through the plug connector; the waterproof piece 205 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 202, the side wall of the waterproof piece 205 is enclosed into a waterproof cavity 2051, the bottom end of the waterproof cavity 2051 is open, the top end of the waterproof cavity 2051 is closed, and the plug connector is placed in the waterproof cavity 2051 from the bottom end of the waterproof cavity 2051; water drops entering the accommodating cavity 202 flow downwards under the action of gravity, and because the bottom end of the waterproof cavity 2051 is open and the top end is closed, the water drops cannot enter the waterproof cavity 2051; the water entering the housing 201 does not contact the plug connector, so that the first connecting line 2041 and the second connecting line 2031 are in good contact, and the normal operation of the electronic device 203 is ensured.

Claims (11)

1. A battery assembly, comprising:
the shell is used for being arranged on the electric bicycle and is enclosed into an accommodating cavity;
the battery pack is provided with a first connecting wire, the electronic equipment is provided with a second connecting wire, and the first connecting wire and the second connecting wire are detachably connected through a plug connector;
the waterproof part comprises a side wall, a waterproof cavity is enclosed by the side wall, the bottom end of the waterproof cavity is open, the top end of the waterproof cavity is closed, and the plug connector is arranged in the waterproof cavity.
2. The battery module according to claim 1, wherein a bottom end of the waterproof chamber is provided with a sealing portion that closes the opening.
3. The battery assembly of claim 2, wherein the seal comprises a block of sealant within the opening and surrounding the first and second connecting wires.
4. A battery assembly according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the waterproof member is removably connected to the housing.
5. The battery pack according to claim 4, wherein the waterproof member is provided with a connecting portion, the connecting portion is provided with a mounting hole, the housing is provided with a mounting threaded hole, and the connecting bolt passes through the mounting hole and then is matched with the mounting threaded hole.
6. The battery assembly of claim 5, wherein the connection portion is disposed at a top end of the waterproof member.
7. The battery assembly of any of claims 1-3, wherein the housing includes a top wall, a bottom wall, and a peripheral side wall between the top wall and the bottom wall, the flashing being disposed between the peripheral side wall and the battery pack.
8. A battery pack according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein a mounting slot is provided in the receiving cavity between the battery pack and the top wall of the housing, the electronic device being disposed in the mounting slot.
9. A battery pack according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the electronic device is a positioning device for detecting the position of the battery pack.
10. The battery pack according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the housing comprises a first housing and a second housing which are detachably connected, a first surface of the first housing is recessed inward to form a first accommodating chamber, a second surface of the second housing is recessed inward to form a second accommodating chamber, and the first accommodating chamber and the second accommodating chamber constitute the accommodating chamber.
11. An electric bicycle, comprising: a vehicle body and a battery assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, the battery assembly being removably attachable to the vehicle body.
