A fixing apparatus for ultrasonic examination through esophagus comprises an arc plate which is attached to cheeks on two sides of lips, and an esophageal catheter fixing tube and an endotracheal catheter fixing tube which are arranged on the arc plate; it is characterized in that the tracheal catheter fixing tube is arranged at the side of the esophageal catheter fixing tube; the esophageal catheter fixing tube is provided with a fixing component for preventing the esophageal catheter from moving up and down and left and right, and the fixing component is movably connected with the esophageal catheter fixing tube; the tracheal catheter fixing tube is an enhanced tracheal catheter fixing tube for preventing the tracheal catheter from moving.

The ultrasonic transesophageal examination fixing device as set forth in claim 1, wherein a plurality of friction protrusions are formed on inner side walls of the esophageal duct fixing tube and the tracheal duct fixing tube in a circumferential direction, and the friction protrusions of adjacent two rings are staggered with each other.

The transesophageal ultrasound examination fixation apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fixation assembly includes a fixation plate, a reflex-shaped sector ring provided on the fixation plate, and a fixation rod for closing the reflex-shaped sector ring, and the reflex-shaped sector ring is integrally connected to the fixation plate, and the fixation rod is integrally connected to the fixation plate.

The transesophageal ultrasonography fixing instrument according to claim 3, wherein the fixing plate includes an arc-shaped short plate having a shape conforming to the shape of the esophageal duct fixing tube, and straight plates provided on both sides of the arc-shaped short plate, the arc-shaped short plate being integrally connected to the straight plates; in addition, an insertion groove for inserting the arc-shaped short plate is formed in the top end of the esophageal catheter fixing tube, and the arc-shaped short plate is inserted into the insertion groove to realize movable connection of the fixing assembly and the esophageal catheter fixing tube.

The ultrasonic esophageal examination fixing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the straight plates are provided with arc-shaped fastening plates which are formed on the straight plates and are fitted to the outer side walls of the esophageal catheter fixing tubes, respectively, and the arc-shaped fastening plates are integrally connected to the straight plates.

The transesophageal ultrasound examination fixing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein gears at uniform intervals and a first tap lever for easy operation are sequentially provided at an end of the reflex fan-shaped ring away from the fixing plate; and a second poke rod is fixedly arranged at the top end of the fixed rod, and the second poke rod extends out of the fixed rod at one side close to the reflex fan-shaped ring.
7. The ultrasonic transesophageal fastening apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a notch for placing the endotracheal tube is provided on one side of the endotracheal tube fastening tube.

The ultrasonic esophageal examination fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the curved plate has a first insertion hole for inserting the esophageal catheter fixing tube and a second insertion hole for inserting the tracheal catheter fixing tube, and the outer wall of the esophageal catheter fixing tube and the inner wall of the first insertion hole are integrally connected or adhesively connected, or a friction-increasing rim is provided on the inner walls of the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole.
