Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the apparatus for sterilizing, drying, deodorizing and charging according to one embodiment of the present application is mainly composed of a top cover 10, a bottom cover 20, a middle frame 30, a resistance heating plate 40, an ultraviolet lamp 50, a main circuit board 61, a negative ion or plasma or ozone generator 70, an aroma dispensing module 80, and a power input line 91 and a power output line 92. The top cap 10 preferably has a shape adapted to the inner contour of the helmet and is coupled to the bottom cap 20 by means of a fixed connection, such as screws or snaps. The middle frame 30 is fixed in an inner space surrounded by the top cover 10 and the bottom cover 20, and divides the inner space surrounded by the top cover 10 and the bottom cover 20 into an upper part and a lower part. As shown in fig. 5, the middle frame 30 has a plurality of support legs 31 extending downward, and the support legs 31 are fastened and fixed to the corresponding mounting positions on the upper portion of the bottom cover 20 by screws. The lamp panel 51 is fixed to the bottom of the middle frame 30 so that the ultraviolet LED 52 is exposed from the opening 32 in the middle of the middle frame 30, and the lamp housing 53 is fixedly installed on the upper portion of the middle frame 30 to cover the opening 32 and the ultraviolet LED 52. The middle portion of the resistance heating sheet 40 is also opened with an opening 41 for the lamp housing 53 to pass through. In order to facilitate the heat of the resistance heating sheet 40 and the light of the ultraviolet lamp 50 to be diffused, a plurality of through holes are opened at the top of the top cover 10, specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a first through hole 11 is opened at the center of the top cover 10, and a plurality of second through holes 12 are opened at the side surface around the first through hole 11 along the circumferential direction. In this way, when a helmet or the like is covered on the top cover 10, drying and dehumidifying processes can be performed by heat generated from the resistance heating sheet 40, and sterilization and disinfection processes can be performed by ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet LED 52 of the ultraviolet lamp 50. The upper part of the bottom cover 20 below the middle frame 30 is provided with a main circuit board 61 and a negative ion or plasma or ozone generator 70. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a partition plate 23 extending upward is formed on the rear side of the upper portion of the bottom cover 20 to divide the space between the middle frame 30 and the bottom cover 20 into a front portion and a rear portion, the main circuit board 61 is fastened to a mounting position correspondingly formed on the bottom cover 20 of the front portion by screw locking, and the negative ion or plasma or ozone generator 70 is fastened to a mounting position correspondingly formed on the top cover 20 of the rear portion by screw locking. The left and right sides of the bottom cover 20 are also provided with guide grooves 21 and 22, respectively, for leading out the power input line 91 and the power output line 92, respectively. The main circuit board 61 is electrically connected with the resistance heating sheet 40, the lamp panel 51 of the ultraviolet lamp 50, the anion or plasma or ozone generator 70, the power input line 91 and the power output line 92 respectively, so as to realize power supply and function control.
As further shown in fig. 1 and 5, a key hole 13 is formed in the front side of the top cover 10 below the middle frame 30, a switch key 63 is installed in the key hole 13, a button plate 62 engaged with the switch key 63 is disposed on the inner side wall of the key hole 13 of the top cover 10, and the button plate 62 is electrically connected to the main circuit board 61. The switch key 63 can be used to control the switch of the whole device, and can also be used to control the individual switches of each functional component, which is the prior art and will not be described in detail in this application.
As further shown in fig. 2 and 5, a plurality of negative ion or plasma or ozone releasing holes 14 are formed at the rear side of the top cover 10 below the middle frame 30 corresponding to the mounting positions of the negative ion or plasma or ozone generator 70, so that the negative ion or plasma or ozone generated by the negative ion or plasma or ozone generator 70 can be released from the device, and the peculiar smell of the helmet or the like covered on the top cover 10 can be removed. The outer surface of the top cover 10 can also form a decorative pattern in the area of the negative ion or plasma or ozone release holes 14 to hide the negative ion or plasma or ozone release holes 14, thereby enhancing the aesthetic property of the device.
As further shown in fig. 3 to 5, the fragrance emitting assembly 80 is detachably mounted to the bottom of the bottom cover 20. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the fragrance emitting assembly 80 includes a base 81, an air screen 82, and fragrance cotton or fixed fragrance 83. Accordingly, the outer wall of the annular wall 811 of the base 81 is circumferentially formed with a plurality of T-shaped snaps 813. The disinfecting, drying, odor-removing, and recharging device is particularly convenient for disinfecting, drying, and odor-removing various safety helmets when the top cover 10 is designed to have a shape that matches the internal profile of the helmet. A device for disinfection, drying, peculiar smell removal and charging is characterized by comprising a top cover, a bottom cover and a middle frame, wherein the top cover and the bottom cover are combined with each other, and the middle frame is fixed in an inner space surrounded by the top cover and the bottom cover; the upper part of the middle frame is provided with a heating device, an ultraviolet lamp is arranged in an opening in the middle of the middle frame, an opening for exposing the ultraviolet lamp is correspondingly formed in the middle of the heating device, and the top of the top cover is provided with a plurality of through holes; the upper part of the bottom cover below the middle frame is provided with a main circuit board and an anion or plasma or ozone generator, a power input line and a power output line are respectively led out from the left side and the right side of the bottom cover, and the main circuit board is respectively and electrically connected with the heating device, the ultraviolet lamp, the anion or plasma or ozone generator, the power input line and the power output line.

A disinfecting, drying, odor-reducing, charging device as recited in claim 1, characterized in that said cap has a profile which fits the interior profile of the helmet; a first through hole is formed in the center of the top cover, and a plurality of second through holes are formed in the circumferential direction around the first through hole.
3. A disinfecting, drying, odor-reducing, charging device as recited in claim 1, characterized in that said heating device is a resistive heating sheet or a graphene heating sheet.
4. A disinfecting, drying, odor-reducing, and recharging unit as recited in claim 1, wherein said center frame has a plurality of downwardly extending support feet secured to an upper portion of said bottom cover.

A disinfecting, drying, odor-removing and charging device as recited in claim 1, wherein said top cover has a key hole at its front side below said middle frame and a switch button is mounted therein, a button plate is disposed on the inner side wall of said key hole of said top cover and is engaged with said switch button, and said button plate is electrically connected to said main circuit board.
6. A disinfecting, drying, odor-removing, charging device as recited in claim 1, wherein said anion or plasma or ozone generator is disposed in the space separated by the upper rear partition of the bottom cover, and the rear side of said top cover is opened with anion or plasma or ozone releasing holes under the middle shelf.
7. The device of claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet lamp comprises a lamp panel and an ultraviolet LED disposed on the lamp panel, the lamp panel is fixed to the bottom of the middle frame and electrically connected to the main circuit board, the ultraviolet LED is exposed from the opening in the middle of the middle frame, the upper portion of the middle frame is further provided with a lampshade covering the ultraviolet LED, and the lampshade passes through the opening in the heating device.
8. A disinfecting, drying, odor-reducing, and recharging device as recited in claim 1, wherein the fragrance emitting assembly is removably mounted to the bottom of the bottom cover.
9. The sterilizing, drying, deodorizing and charging device as set forth in claim 8, wherein the fragrance emitting assembly comprises a base and fragrance cotton or fixed fragrance or mosquito repellent sheet placed in the base, the base being detachably connected to the bottom of the bottom cover.

A disinfecting, drying, odor-removing and charging device as defined in claim 9, wherein the middle portion of said base extends upward to form an annular wall, the bottom of the accommodating space surrounded by said annular wall is provided with a plurality of fragrance emitting holes, and an air strainer is disposed in said accommodating space, said fragrance cotton or fixed fragrance or mosquito-repellent sheet is placed on said air strainer; the middle part of the bottom cover corresponds to the annular wall of the base to form an annular groove, and the annular wall is connected with the annular groove through a T-shaped buckle and a T-shaped clamping groove matched buckle.
