In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the lower cam 15 includes 3 lower needle tracks 151 and 3 cutter tracks 152. As shown in fig. 9, the central cam 24 includes 3 sinker tracks 241. As shown in fig. 10, the needle joining cam 37 has 1 needle joining track 372, the upper needle cam 36 has 1 upper needle track 362 matching with the path of the needle joining track 372, and the needle discharging track of the upper needle track 361 needs to match with the needle discharging track of the needle joining track 372 to work.

Step 2, i.e. the 4 th and 5 th paths, during which the upper knitting needle 7 does not discharge, the lower knitting needle 4 and the sinker 6 discharge, the cutter 5 does not discharge, the position state thereof is as shown in the portion B in fig. 11, then the lower knitting needle 4 half-loops, the sinker 6 half-loops, the cutter 5 does not discharge, the position state thereof is as shown in the portion C in fig. 11, then the lower knitting needle 4 remains half-loops, the sinker 6 does not discharge, the cutter 5 half-loops, the position state thereof is as shown in the portion D in fig. 11, then the lower knitting needle 4 does not discharge, the sinker 6 performs a small discharge motion to pull the pile yarn 30 so that the bar portion 541 of the cutter 5 can catch the pile yarn 30, the cutter 5 remains half-loops, the position state thereof is as shown in the portion E in fig. 11, at this time the lower knitting needle 4 completes the knitting motion of the base fabric as shown in fig. 4, the cutter 5 completes the looping motion of the pile yarn 30 shown in fig. 5, finally, the lower knitting needle 4 and the sinker 6 are kept in the needle-out state, and the cutter 5 is moved out to cut the pile yarn 30, thereby completing the pile cutting operation, and the position state thereof is shown as F in fig. 11.
And 3, in the 6 th path, the upper knitting needle 7 does not go out, the lower knitting needle 4 and the sinker 6 go out and return, and the knitting action of the first base fabric is finished, so that the connection between the plush yarns 30 and the first base fabric is firmer in the process.
Step 4, paths 7, 8 and 9, and the process is consistent with the first part.
Step 5, paths 10 and 11, and the process is consistent with the second part.
Step 6, path 12, the process is consistent with the third part.
And 7, in the 13 th path, the cutting knife 5 does not produce a needle, the lower knitting needle 4, the sinker 6 and the upper knitting needle 7 make half needles, and the first base fabric and the second base fabric are connected and knitted, so that the first base fabric with a plush structure made by the matching of the lower disc component 1 and the middle disc component 2 and the second base fabric with a stripe pattern made by the upper disc component 3 are knitted and compounded, and the knitted fabric formed by one-time knitting is realized, and the base fabric at the outer side has a base pattern process structure realized by a jacquard process.
