Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a body-building apparatus, concretely relates to resistance body-building area.
Background
The tension strap exercises by providing resistance to the movement of the arms and legs. A tension band that provides resistance by working the muscle against another muscle. The tension strap does not include the extra weight that the user is training against. Tension bands are often lightweight and portable.
Tension bands with elastic bands typically restrict movement of the user's arms and/or legs or between the user and the support structure. The tension band can be portable, but due to the length and elasticity of the elastic band, the versatility of training using it is limited. In addition, due to differences in height, weight or strength between different users, it may not be possible for different users to use the same device for the same exercise. Thus, for a tension strap that is typically used, for example, to provide a complete workout or to account for different users, there is a need for multiple elastic straps that must be easily interchanged. No known prior art device provides the ease of use necessary for use in a variety of exercises in general.
Another problem with tension straps is that the resistance is inconsistent and increases with increasing displacement. Tension bands also have the limitation of not being able to support users of various types of weight. For this reason, the tension band must be used in a limited range of positions, further limiting the user's physical exercise.
Another type of tension band provides an inelastic band that can be attached to a fixed location. These devices overcome some of the limitations of previous tension straps by providing inelastic straps that can be anchored to the door. One of these devices has a fixed length belt secured to the door by a pulley system that allows the user to exercise by moving the arm in the opposite direction. Another of these devices has a pair of fixed length straps anchored to the door. Both of these devices have limited utility due to their fixed length and training range that can be used.
There is a need to provide a tension band that needs to be easily adjustable so that it can provide a complete workout for any user, including adjustments that allow for a wide variety of positions and exercises, and which provides resistance to the user's movements in a form useful for exercising.
In the prior art, for example: CN201620188555.8, CN201720182756.1, CN201721103985.6, CN201721460845.4, CN201820763736.8, CN201821164612.4, US07806814 and US8083653 all disclose a tension band, but the tension band in the prior art has some problems, firstly, the tension band is perpendicular to the arm, which may cause the tension band to cut the human body, secondly, the tension band has a higher adjusting structure, which is inconvenient to operate when adjusting the length of the tension band, and finally, the tension band lacks a quick aligning structure, which is inconvenient to use.
