The applicant finds that the difficulty of integrating the heating element in the massage head is the contradiction between the actuating element of the massage head and the stability of the heating element and the contradiction between the thermal performance of the heating element and the motor, so how to integrate the heating function into the massage head in a coordinated way is the technical difficulty in the prior art. The applicant considers that the actuating element of the massage head can be fixedly assembled in the inner cavity of the shell, and the electric heating element can be assembled and fixed in the mounting position at the front part of the shell, so that the two can be coordinately integrated in one massage head by utilizing the shell, the two can be effectively fixed, and the two can be separated by a certain distance to avoid the interference between the two, and the electric heating element can be effectively fixed to avoid the damage by the mounting position arranged on the shell.
The embodiments of the present application are schematically illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
fig. 1 is a schematic view showing an assembled structure of a massage head according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic view showing a structure of a massage head according to an exemplary embodiment. The embodiment provides a massage head 10 which is mainly used for being assembled in a massage device, but can be used in products such as beauty treatment products, physiotherapy products and the like. The massage head 10 mainly comprises an actuating component 1, a shell 2, a heating component 3 and a heat insulation layer 4. The housing 2 is formed with an inner cavity 21 and a mounting location 22, the inner cavity 21 being formed in the housing 2, and the inner cavity 21 being optionally open to the rear of the housing 2 for facilitating the fitting of the actuator 1 from the open portion of the inner cavity 21, and the mounting location 22 being optionally formed in the front of the housing 2 for better correspondence with the massage application position. The actuating element 1 is arranged in the inner cavity 21, and the heating element 3 is arranged and fixed at the mounting position 22.
In the present embodiment, the actuator 1 is fixedly mounted in the inner cavity 21 of the housing 2, and the electric heating element 3 is mounted and fixed in the mounting position 22 of the front portion of the housing 2, so that the two are cooperatively integrated into one massage head 10, and not only are the two effectively fixed, but also the two are separated by a certain distance to avoid interference between the two, and the electric heating element 3 can be effectively fixed and prevented from being damaged by the mounting position 22 provided on the housing 2.
In the embodiment of the present application, the actuating element 1 may be an encapsulated integrated vibration motor, that is, the motor and the vibration generator are both internally installed and encapsulated by the motor housing, and the actuating element 1 is, for example, a linear vibration motor. The actuator 1 may further include a wire connection portion 11 and a power cord 12 connected to the wire connection portion 11.
The heating member 3 in the embodiment of the present application may be selected from various heating members capable of inputting electric energy to increase the temperature, such as an electric heating wire, a PTC ceramic heating sheet, or an infrared radiation heating member, and is not limited thereto. In use, the heating element 3 generally raises the temperature to 42 ℃ to 45 ℃ so as to conduct to the human body generally at 40 ℃ to 42 ℃, and it can be understood that the heating element 3 is directly applied to the head of the massage head 10 in the embodiment so as to improve the thermal efficiency of the heating element 3, thereby avoiding the use of a high-temperature heating element and certainly avoiding other risks or necessary protective measures caused by high temperature.
In the embodiment of the application, the heating member 3 is an electric heating wire, and can be conveniently and firmly fixed in the installation position, and can be packaged and fixed by using heat-conducting glue, the heat-conducting glue is a heat-conducting medium material which is synthesized by using silica gel, rubber or plastic as a base material and can be added with various auxiliary materials such as metal oxides, and a heating part and a heated part are communicated through a heat channel by using the heat-conducting medium material synthesized by a special process, so that the heat transfer efficiency is effectively improved, and meanwhile, the effects of insulation, sealing and the like are also achieved, and the design requirements of miniaturization and ultrathin device can be met.
It should be noted herein that the massage head structure shown in the drawings and described in this specification is only one example of the wide variety of massage heads that can employ the principles of the present application. It should be clearly understood that the principles of the present application are by no means limited to any details of the massage head or any component of the massage head shown in the drawings or described in the present specification.
As shown in the figures, the rear part of the massage head 10 in the specification means the part close to the root of the massage head 10, the root of the massage head 10 is one end for being assembled and fixed on the massage device, while the front part of the massage head 10 in the specification means the part close to the head part of the massage head 10, and the head part of the massage head 10 is one end directly acting on the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the housing 2 is selected from materials with high thermal conductivity, such as various materials with thermal conductivity of 50 λ or more, such as iron, aluminum, copper, and high thermal conductivity composite materials. So that the heat energy generated by the heating element 3 is conducted through the housing in the direction of the user. In cooperation with the above, a thermal insulation layer 4 is optionally provided between the housing 2 and the actuating element 1, so that the thermal energy conducted through the housing 2 is insulated outside the actuating element 1, and the heat is prevented from acting in the actuating element 1 to affect the operation stability thereof. It is understood that the material of the thermal insulation layer 4 is a thermal insulation material (thermal insulation material), which is a material capable of retarding heat flow transmission, and is also called thermal insulation material. Conventional thermal insulation materials such as glass fiber, asbestos, rock wool, silicate, etc., and novel thermal insulation materials such as aerogel blankets, vacuum panels, etc. The insulating layer 4 can be made as a coating applied to the outer surface of the actuating element 1 or to the inner surface of the inner cavity of the housing 2 or can be prefabricated as a sleeve matching the outer shape of the actuating element 1 for fitting onto the actuating element 1 before assembly. In the embodiment, the heat insulation layer 4 is in a ring shape with two open ends, so that the heat insulation layer can be conveniently sleeved outside the actuating piece 1.
According to the above embodiment, the actuating member 1 and the heating member 3 are integrated into one massage head 10 through the housing 2 in a coordinated manner, so that the two are not only effectively fixed, but also thermally separated to avoid thermal interference between the two.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the massage head 10 is selected to be cylindrical as a whole, that is, the housing 2 is cylindrical in shape, the mounting position 22 is a slot formed in the front portion of the housing 2, the slot is a slot having a substantially U-shaped cross section, the slot is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the housing 2, and the heating member 3 can be disposed in the slot of the mounting position 22. As illustrated in the embodiment of the figure, the slot of the mounting position 22 is selected to be a slot extending annularly, and the slot depth is selected to be substantially larger than the heating member thickness, so that the heating member 3 is arranged on the outer periphery of the front portion of the massage head 10, so that the heating target of the heating member 3 is mainly on the outer periphery of the front portion of the massage head 10, and is more concentrated on the portion to be massaged. And the shell 2 can also be provided with a wire passing groove or a wire passing hole (not shown in the figure) for the heating element 3, so that the power wire of the heating element 2 can be effectively fixed, and the wire connection damage or the fault can be avoided. On the other hand, the power cord of the heating member 3 may be directly adhered to the surface of the housing 2, thereby effectively fixing the power cord.
In this embodiment, the mounting position 22 in the form of an annular groove can embed the heating element 3 therein, and the heating element 3 in the form of a heating wire can be wound in the groove, and the overall height of the heating element 3 is not higher than the depth of the groove. Therefore, after the massage head 10 is sleeved with the sheath, no convex part exists, the local friction between the shell 2 and the sheath is reduced, and the durability of the product is ensured.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the axial height of the mounting location 22 is between 1/4 and 1/3 of the axial height of the housing 2, which is preferably located as far as possible away from the position of the actuating element 1, so as to avoid the main heating power of the heating element 3 acting directly on the actuating element 1. As shown in the figure, in which the axial height of the mounting position 22 occupies the axial height 1/3 of the housing 2, the preferred matching ratio makes the massaging head more consistent, and is better adapted to the structure example in which the heating element 3 is a heating wire.
The front end of the installation position 22 is a first distance from the front end of the shell 2, the rear end of the installation position 22 is a second distance from the rear end of the shell 2, and the first distance is smaller than the second distance, so that the installation position 22 is positioned at the position close to the front of the massage head 10, and the massage head is convenient to position and implement quickly in production. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the first distance is 1/10 smaller than the second distance to advance the position of the heating element 3 as much as possible, and only a stop arm forming a mounting position needs to be left at the front end of the casing, so as to exert the main heating power of the heating element 2 on the head position of the massage head 10 as much as possible.
Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional structure view of a massage head according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 4 is a schematic side structure view of the massage head according to an exemplary embodiment. Wherein the housing 2 further has a relief groove 23, the relief groove 23 is open to the rear of the housing 2 to facilitate the insertion of the actuating member 1 from the rear of the housing 2. The abdicating groove 23 is used for abdicating the wire connecting part 11 protruded from the actuating piece 1. On the other hand, the wiring portion 11 is a substantially rectangular rubber block, the receding groove 23 can be a long groove with a rounded guiding corner at the opening, and the actuating element 2 can be quickly positioned in the assembling process through the matching of the wiring portion 11 and the receding groove 23, so that the foolproof positioning function is realized.
In the embodiment, the massage head 10 provided with the heating element 3 and the wiring portion 11 is embedded in the groove and the receding groove, so that the massage head 10 still keeps a round cylindrical shape, and particularly, the groove and the receding groove can be packaged and leveled by packaging glue, so that the components in the massage head can be effectively fixed. Particularly, the mounting position of the heating element 3 can be selected as packaging glue with high heat conductivity coefficient for packaging, so that the back part and the front part of the massage head 10 can be configured with different heat performance, and the contradiction between the heating and the heat dissipation of the heating element and the actuating element can be solved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of a massage head according to another exemplary embodiment. In this embodiment, the main difference from the previous embodiment is that, as shown in the figure, the mounting position 22 is a drop groove with an L-shaped cross section formed at the front part of the housing 2, and the drop groove is formed at the outer periphery of the housing 2. The heating element 3 can be embedded in the groove, the heating element 3 in the electric heating wire type can be wound in the groove, and the whole height of the heating element 3 is not higher than the depth of the groove. Therefore, after the massage head 10 is sleeved with the sheath, no convex part exists, the local friction between the shell 2 and the sheath is reduced, and the durability of the product is ensured.
It will be appreciated that the L-shaped drop channel in cross-section facilitates loading of the pre-formed heating element 3 from the open end. Or a prefabricated hat-shaped heating element 3 is directly sleeved on the mounting position 22 in a fitting manner, and the outer diameter of the heating element 3 can be consistent with that of the shell.
On the other hand, the mounting position of the fixed heating element 3 can also be selected as packaging glue with high heat conductivity coefficient for packaging, so that the back part and the front part of the massage head 10 can be configured with different thermal properties, and the contradiction between the heating and the heat dissipation of the heating element and the actuating element can be solved.

The first position-limiting portion 221 and the second position-limiting portion 222 define a mounting position 22 therebetween.
The heating element 3 can be embedded in the installation position 22, and the heating element 3 in the form of a heating wire or a heating sheet can be wound in the installation position 22, and the overall height of the heating element 3 is not higher than the depth of the groove in the installation position 22. The corresponding part of the sheath of the massage head 10 can be configured with a concave part in a matching way so as to facilitate the convex-concave clamping type limit of the sheath, on the other hand, the installation position 22 of the embodiment is formed outside the complete shell 2, so the thickness interval of the heating element 2 from the inner cavity is larger, the heating function of the heating element 1 can act towards the front part more directly, and the heat conduction area with the shell is reduced.
