It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the manner of interconnecting the lower support housing 14 and the upper support housing 13 is merely an example and should not be construed as limiting the content and scope of the movable support 100 and the functional device 1000 of the present invention.
Further, the lower support 12 is movably held below the upper support 11, the lower support 12 can move left and right relative to the upper support 11, and the relative position between the lower support 12 and the upper support 11 is changed to change the acting force of the lower support 12 on the upper support 11, so as to change the acting force applied to the movable body 20 disposed on the upper support 11. In this way, it is not only beneficial to easily rotate the movable body 20, but also after the movable body 20 is rotated, the movable body 20 can be kept at a stable position, and is not easy to rotate by itself, so as to improve the operation feeling and stability of the movable supporting device 100.

That is, when the movable space 102 of the upper support 11 is aligned with the fitting opening 132 of the upper support case 13, the movable body 20 can freely rotate within the movable space 102. When the movable space 102 of the upper support 11 and the fitting opening 132 of the upper support case 13 are offset, the movement of the movable body 20 is restricted.
Referring to fig. 2, the lower support housing 14 of the support body 10 further has a movable notch 141, the movable notch 141 is formed at one side of the lower support housing 14, and the movable notch 141 communicates with the lower fitting space 140. The support body 10 further includes a pressing member 15, wherein the pressing member 15 has a pressing surface 151 and a connecting surface 152 opposite to the pressing surface 151, the connecting surface 152 of the pressing member 15 extends to one side of the lower support 12, and the pressing member 15 is operatively held in the movable notch 141 of the lower support housing 14, such that the pressing member 15 can move between the lower assembling space 140 and the movable notch 141 by pressing the pressing surface 151 of the pressing member 15 and push the lower support 12 to move in the lower assembling space 140, thereby changing the acting force of the lower support 12 on the upper support 11.
Specifically, the upper support 11 of the support body 10 has an auxiliary surface 103, a blocking surface 104 and a reserved surface 105, wherein the auxiliary surface 103 horizontally extends rightward from the upper support slant surface 110, the blocking surface 104 vertically extends upward from the auxiliary surface 103, the reserved surface 105 vertically extends rightward from the blocking surface 104 and is connected to the right side surface of the upper support 11, thereby forming a reserved space 106 between the blocking surface 104 and the reserved surface 105, and the reserved space 106 is communicated with the movable notch 141 and the lower fitting space 140 of the lower support housing 14 to allow the pressing member 15 to move between the movable notch 141 and the lower fitting space 140.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4C, the lower support 12 further has a predetermined surface 121, wherein the predetermined surface 12 extends horizontally rightward from the lower inclined support surface 120 and is connected to the connecting surface 152 of the pressing element 15, and a predetermined space 122 is formed between the lower inclined support surface 120 of the lower support 12, the predetermined surface 121 and the connecting surface 152 of the pressing element 15, and the predetermined space 122 is communicated with the predetermined space 106 to allow the pressing element 15 to move between the movable notch 141 and the lower assembling space 140, so as to change the acting force of the lower support 12 on the upper support 11, and change the acting force of the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20.
Referring specifically to fig. 4A to 4C, when the pressing member 15 is held in the movable notch 141 of the lower support housing 14, the lower support 12 presses the upper support 11 in such a manner that the lower support inclined surface 120 is fitted to the upper support inclined surface 110 of the upper support 11, and causes the upper support 11 to press the upper support housing 13 and the rotating element 22 of the movable body 20, and at the same time, a portion of the upper support housing 13 defining the fitting opening 132 is completely fitted to the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20, and presses the rotating element 22 of the movable body 20, increasing frictional resistance received by the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20, so that the operating element 22 of the movable body 20 can be held in a stable position. At this time, the auxiliary surface 103 of the upper support 11 is far away from the preset surface 121 of the lower support 12, and the stopping surface 104 of the upper support 11 is far away from the connecting surface 152 of the pressing element 15.
Further, the pressing surface 151 of the pressing member 15 is pressed, the pressing member 15 is pushed to move from right to left in the lower fitting space 140 of the lower support housing 14, the connection surface 153 of the pressing member 15 is close to the blocking surface 104 of the upper support 11, and at this time, the lower support slope 120 of the lower support 12 can generate a gap between the upper support slope 110 of the upper support 11, the pressing force of the lower support 12 to the upper support 11 disappears, the upper support 11 can be displaced downward, i.e. the preset surface 121 of the lower support 12 is close to the auxiliary surface 103 of the upper support 11, while the movable body 20 is also capable of being displaced downward, the frictional resistance of the portion of the upper support case 13 defining the fitting opening 132 against the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20 is reduced. In this way, the user can easily rotate the operating member 22 of the movable body 20 to adjust the extending direction, the inclination angle, and the height of the operating member 22.
Further, when the pressing element 15 moves from right to left in the lower assembling space of the supporting housing 14 and returns to the initial position, the lower supporting inclined surface 120 of the lower supporting member 12 can push the upper supporting member 11 to move upward in a manner of being attached to the upper supporting inclined surface 110 of the upper supporting member 11, and the upper supporting member 11 presses the upper supporting housing 13, and at the same time, the movable body 20 disposed in the movable space 102 of the upper supporting member 11 moves upward and presses the upper supporting housing 13, at this time, the upper supporting member 11 presses the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20 upward, and the lower supporting housing 13 presses the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20 downward, so that the rotating element 21 is difficult to rotate by itself, and the movable supporting device 100 is rotated, is stably maintained at the fixed position, thereby improving the stability of the movable supporting device 100.
The supporting body 10 further includes an elastic member 16, and the pressing member 15 is driven by the elastic member 16 to move from right to left in the lower fitting space 140 of the lower supporting housing 14 and restore to the original position. Specifically, both ends of the elastic member 16 are connected to the lower support housing 14 and the lower support 12, respectively, and the elastic member 16 is held between the lower support housing 14 and the lower support 12 and is located at the left side of the lower support 12. When the pressing member 15 pushes the lower support 12 to move from right to left, the lower support moves toward the elastic member 16 and presses the elastic member 16, and the elastic member 16 is compressed and generates an elastic force tending to restore the original position. When the external force applied to the lower support 12 is removed, the elastic force of the elastic element 16 tending to restore the initial position pushes the lower support 12 and the pressing element 15 to move from right to left, and restore the initial position.
According to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides an assembling method of the movable supporting device 100, wherein the assembling method comprises the following steps:
(a) rotatably disposing the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20 in the movable space 102 of the upper support 11; and
(b) the upper supporter 11 is movably installed in the upper assembling space 130 of the upper support case 13.
Specifically, in the above method, the lower support 12 is held below the upper support 11 in such a manner that the lower support inclined plane 120 is movably attached to the upper support inclined plane 110.
Further, in the above method, the upper support housing 13 is mounted on the upper support 11 in such a manner that the fitting opening 132 of the upper support housing 13 corresponds to the activity space 102 of the upper support 11, and the distance between the fitting opening 132 of the upper support 11 and the upper support slope 110 of the upper support 11 is allowed to be adjusted. That is, the upper supporter 11 is movably installed in the upper fitting space 131 of the upper support case 13, so that the force applied to the rotating element 21 of the movable body 20 is allowed to be changed.
Further, in the above method, the lower support housing 14 is mounted to the upper support housing 13. The lower support 12 is held in the lower fitting space 140 of the lower support housing 14, and the elastic member 16 is held between the lower support 12 and the lower support housing 14.
According to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides an adjusting method of the movable supporting device 100, wherein the adjusting method comprises the following steps:
(a) changing a distance between an upper surface of the upper support 11 and the fitting opening 132 of the upper support housing 13; and
(b) rotating the rotating member 21 of the movable body 20 changes the extending direction of an operating member of the movable body.
Specifically, in the above method, a gap is formed between the lower support slope 120 of the lower support 12 and the upper support slope 110 of the upper support 11, and the force of the lower support 12 on the upper support 11 is reduced to allow the upper support 11 to move downward.
Preferably, in the above method, the lower support 12 is pushed to move horizontally to form a gap between the lower support slope 120 of the lower support 12 and the upper support slope 110 of the upper support 11.
Preferably, the lower support 12 is pushed by the elastic element 16 to move horizontally and restore the original position.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only examples, wherein features of different embodiments may be combined with each other to obtain embodiments which are easily imaginable in accordance with the disclosure of the invention, but which are not explicitly indicated in the drawings.

The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (13)

1. A moveable support, comprising:
a movable body; and
a supporting body, wherein the supporting body comprises an upper supporting shell and an upper supporting piece, the upper supporting shell is provided with an upper assembling space and an assembling opening communicated with the upper assembling space, the upper supporting piece is positioned in the upper assembling space, part of the movable body is suitable for entering the upper assembling space through the assembling opening, the upper supporting piece is provided with a supporting curved surface, the supporting curved surface forms an activity space, the activity space is communicated with the assembling opening, the movable body can rotate along the supporting curved surface and is accommodated in the activity space in a manner of being attached to the supporting curved surface, and the activity space is configured to be adjustable so as to allow the rotation of the movable body relative to the supporting body to be limited.
2. The movable support apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support body further comprises a lower support, the movable body and the lower support being respectively located at opposite sides of the upper support, the lower support being configured to be movable relative to the upper support and to be capable of moving the upper support, wherein when the lower support is moved toward the upper support to offset the movable space of the upper support and the fitting opening of the upper support housing, rotation of the portion of the movable body relative to the support body is restricted.
3. The movable support apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support body further comprises a lower support, the movable body and the lower support being respectively located at opposite sides of the upper support, the lower support being configured to be movable relative to the upper support and being capable of moving the upper support, wherein when the lower support moves toward the upper support, the upper support is moved to move relative to the upper support housing, so that the movable body is pressed against the upper support to prevent rotation of the movable body relative to the upper support by increasing friction between the movable body and the upper support.
4. The movable support apparatus according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the lower support has a lower support slope, the upper support has an upper support slope corresponding to the lower support slope, and the lower support is movably held below the upper support in such a manner that the lower support slope corresponds to the upper support slope of the upper support.
5. The movable support of claim 4, wherein the support body further comprises a lower support housing, wherein the lower support housing has a lower mounting space, the lower support is movably mounted to the lower mounting space, the lower support housing is mounted to the upper mounting housing, and the lower mounting space communicates with the upper mounting space.
6. The movable support apparatus of claim 5, wherein the support body further comprises a pressing member, the lower support housing has a movable gap communicating with the lower mounting space, wherein the pressing member extends from the lower support, and the pressing member is movably held in the movable gap.
7. The movable support apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the upper support member has an auxiliary surface, a blocking surface and a reserved surface, wherein the upper support inclined surface extends obliquely downward from a left side surface of the upper support member, the auxiliary surface extends horizontally rightward from the upper support inclined surface, the blocking surface extends vertically upward from the auxiliary surface, and the reserved surface extends vertically rightward from the blocking surface and is connected to a right side surface of the upper support member, thereby forming a reserved space between the blocking surface and the reserved surface, and the reserved space is communicated with the movable gap and the lower fitting space of the lower support housing.
8. A light fixture with moveable support means, comprising:
at least one lamp; and
a moveable support, wherein said light fixture is mounted to said moveable support, said moveable support comprising:
a movable body; and
a supporting body, wherein the supporting body comprises an upper supporting shell and an upper supporting piece, the upper supporting shell is provided with an upper assembling space and an assembling opening communicated with the upper assembling space, the upper supporting piece is positioned in the upper assembling space, part of the movable body is suitable for entering the upper assembling space through the assembling opening, the upper supporting piece is provided with a supporting curved surface, the supporting curved surface forms an activity space, the activity space is communicated with the assembling opening, the movable body can rotate along the supporting curved surface and is accommodated in the activity space in a manner of being attached to the supporting curved surface, and the activity space is configured to be adjustable so as to allow the rotation of the movable body relative to the supporting body to be limited.
9. A moveable support, comprising:
a support body, wherein the support body has a curved support surface and a movable space; and
a movable body, wherein the movable body has a movable curved surface, wherein the movable body is rotatably mounted in the movable space of the support body in such a manner that the movable curved surface is attached to the support curved surface.
10. The movable support of claim 9, wherein said active space of said support body is adjustable.
11. The movable support apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein said support body comprises an upper support member and an upper support housing, wherein said curved support surface and said movable space are formed at said upper support member, said upper support housing has a fitting opening, wherein said upper support member and said upper support housing are movably installed in such a manner that said movable space of said upper support member communicates with said fitting opening of said upper support housing.
12. The movable support apparatus of claim 11, wherein said upper support housing has an upper fitting space, said fitting opening communicating with said upper fitting space, wherein said upper support is movably mounted to said upper fitting space of said upper support housing.
13. The movable support apparatus of claim 12, wherein the support body further includes a lower support, wherein the lower support has a lower support slant, the upper support has an upper support slant corresponding to the support curved surface, the lower support is movably held below the upper support in such a manner that the lower support slant corresponds to the upper support slant of the upper support, wherein the support body further includes a lower support housing, wherein the lower support housing has a lower fitting space, the lower support is movably mounted to the lower fitting space, the lower fitting housing is mounted to the upper fitting housing, and the lower fitting space communicates with the upper fitting space, wherein the support body further includes a pressing member, the lower support housing has a movable gap communicating with the lower fitting space, wherein the pressing member extends from the lower support and is movably held at the movable gap, wherein the upper support has an auxiliary surface extending obliquely downward from a left side surface of the upper support, a blocking surface extending horizontally rightward from the upper support, and a reserved surface extending vertically upward from the auxiliary surface, and the reserved surface extends vertically rightward from the blocking surface and is connected to a right side surface of the upper support, thereby forming a reserved space between the blocking surface and the reserved surface, the reserved space being connected to the movable gap and the lower fitting space of the lower support housing, wherein the support body further includes an elastic member, wherein the pressing member is drivably connected to the elastic member, when the lower support is pushed by the pressing member to move toward the elastic member, the elastic member is compressed, and when the lower support is released, the elastic member automatically pushes the lower support and the pressing member to be reset.
