The steel has good ductility and strong tensile and compressive capacities, and the concrete has the characteristics of strong compressive capacity, fire resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance; therefore, the rectangular steel pipe and the concrete are reasonably combined together, so that the advantages of the rectangular steel pipe and the concrete can be fully exerted, the respective defects of the rectangular steel pipe and the concrete are overcome, the steel pipe assembly type composite wall is good in ductility and good in anti-seismic performance, the bearing capacity, the fire resistance and the durability of the steel pipe assembly type composite wall are superior to those of steel structural members, and the steel pipe assembly type composite wall has good economic benefits; compared with reinforced concrete composite walls, the rectangular steel pipe assembly type composite wall has obviously improved bearing capacity and anti-seismic performance, and the reduction of the construction cost is increased along with the continuous increase of the height of a building; preferably, corresponding materials can be filled in the rectangular steel pipe column and the rectangular steel pipe beam according to the requirements of heat preservation, sound insulation and fire resistance; thereby realizing the functions of heat preservation, sound insulation and fire resistance; in the embodiment, the sectional dimensions of the rectangular steel pipe column and the rectangular steel pipe beam meet the design requirements and are convenient for pouring concrete;

As shown in fig. 1-4 and 7, the structural design principle and the manufacturing process of embodiment 3 are substantially the same as those of embodiment 2, except that the side rib columns 111, the middle rib columns 112, the upper side rib beam 113, the lower side rib beam 114 and the middle rib beam 115 in the steel tube composite wall frame are all rectangular steel tubes, the web of each rectangular steel tube is parallel to the surface of the prefabricated wall panel 1, and the web of each rectangular steel tube is uniformly provided with circular or elliptical through holes.
In embodiment 3, circular or elliptical through holes are formed in the webs of the rectangular steel tubular beams and the rectangular steel tubular beam columns according to design requirements, so that concrete can be conveniently poured; the pouring quality of concrete during the manufacturing of the wallboard is ensured, the bonding strength of the section steel and the concrete is enhanced to a certain extent, and the bearing capacity of the wall body is improved; concrete is filled in the rectangular steel pipes in the pouring process to form a steel pipe concrete structure, the steel hoop restraining effect of the steel pipes on the concrete is effectively utilized, and the bearing capacity of the fabricated composite wall can be obviously improved.
In embodiment 3, circular or elliptical through holes are formed in the rectangular steel pipe beam and the rectangular steel pipe column web, and the hole forming positions are determined to be positions where the bending moments of the rib columns and the rib beams are small, so that the compactness of cast-in-place concrete is not affected; in specific operation, the holes are arranged near the bending points of the rib columns and the rib beams, namely: for a rib post, when it is at the lowest rib grid, its inflection point is 1/3 from the top of the rib post; when it is in other rib lattices, the reverse bending point is 1/2 of the height of the rib column; for a rib, when it is at the end rib grid of the composite wall, its kick-back point is long from the rib outboard beam end 2/3; when the rib beam is positioned in other rib lattices, the reverse bending point is the middle point of the length of the rib beam; the maximum diameter of the circular or elliptical through hole is not more than 70% of the height of the section of the rectangular steel pipe, and preferably 50% of the height of the section of the rectangular steel pipe; the holes are formed in the web plate of the rectangular steel pipe, so that concrete can be poured conveniently, and the bonding strength of the section steel and the concrete is improved; the method ensures that the damage of the rectangular steel pipe composite wall follows the principle of three anti-seismic defense lines of building block-rib lattice-frame (namely a frame consisting of side rib beams and side rib columns), so that the damage of the composite wall belongs to ductile damage and has strong bearing capacity and anti-seismic performance.
The assembled composite wall based on the steel pipe is characterized in that a wall connecting piece is arranged in a region formed by the crossed node of a rib column and a bottom rib beam of a prefabricated wallboard, a foundation embedded part is embedded in the foundation beam, and when the composite wall is connected with the foundation beam, the wall connecting piece and the foundation embedded part are connected into a whole through a high-strength bolt, so that the dry-type fixed connection between the assembled composite wall and the foundation beam is realized; when the self-compacting concrete is filled in the rectangular frame, the mark number of the self-compacting fine aggregate concrete is determined by design and is not lower than C40; when the self-compacting concrete is poured, inserting thin-wall steel pipes with the same diameter into corresponding positions of fixing bolt holes on a connecting plate to reserve spaces of bolt through holes, and ensuring that the concrete is densely filled in a rectangular frame in the filling process; when the last connecting plate is welded on the rectangular frame, the strength of the filled concrete reaches 50% of the designed strength, and mortar with the thickness of about 1cm is smeared on the surface of the self-compacting concrete so as to ensure that the inner surface of the connecting plate is closely contacted with the surface of the self-compacting concrete; the utility model discloses adopt welded fastening between well wall connection spare and adjacent steel-pipe column and the steel pipe roof beam.
The assembled composite wall based on the steel pipe adopts the wall connecting piece through the node arrangement at the bottom end of the rib column, the self-compacting fine stone concrete is filled in the wall connecting piece, the wall thickness of the rectangular frame and the connecting plate can be designed to be very small, the interaction of the rectangular frame, the connecting plate and the self-compacting concrete can fully excavate the respective advantages of steel and concrete, the connecting performance of the node can be effectively exerted, and the assembled composite wall has strong bearing capacity, durability and fire resistance; the wall connecting piece can be conveniently connected with the rib beam and the inner section steel of the rib column through the factory welding seam, the connecting form is simple and reliable, and the stress way is simple and clear; the wall body is connected with the wall body splice plate welded on the embedded plate at the node through the high-strength bolt, so that the on-site dry connection between the wall body and the foundation beam is ensured, the construction quality is improved, and the construction speed is increased; the wall plate of the wall connecting piece has small wall thickness, low manufacturing difficulty and strong operability, so that the processing cost is greatly reduced; the wall body splice plate can be arranged in the thickness range of the wall body, and decoration and fitment are not influenced.

Claims (10)

1. The assembled composite wall based on the steel pipes is characterized by comprising prefabricated wall boards (1), wall body connecting pieces (2) and foundation embedded pieces (3), wherein the prefabricated wall boards (1) are arranged on foundation beams (4); the prefabricated wall board (1) comprises a steel pipe composite wall framework (11), building blocks (12) and a concrete outer cladding, wherein the steel pipe composite wall framework (11) adopts a rib lattice structure formed by splicing a plurality of steel pipes, the rib lattice structure is filled with the building blocks (12), and the concrete outer cladding is wrapped on the outer side of the rib lattice structure;
the wall connecting pieces (2) are uniformly arranged at the bottom end of the prefabricated wall board (1) and are arranged at the nodes of the rib columns and the rib beams of the prefabricated wall board (1); the foundation embedded parts (3) are embedded at the top ends of the foundation beams (4), and the wall connecting pieces (2) are connected with the foundation embedded parts (3) through high-strength bolts (5).

The steel pipe-based fabricated composite wall as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wall connecting member (2) comprises a rectangular frame (21) and two connecting plates (22); the rectangular frame (21) is formed by surrounding four rectangular plates, and an upper top plate of the rectangular frame (21) is fixedly connected with the bottom ends of rib columns of the prefabricated wall plate (1); the lower bottom plate of the rectangular frame (21) is flush with the bottom end of the prefabricated wall plate (1); the side plates of the rectangular frame (21) are fixedly connected with the rib beam of the prefabricated wall plate (1); the two connecting plates (22) are vertically arranged at two ends of the rectangular frame (21) in parallel; a plurality of bolt through holes are uniformly formed in the wall connecting piece (2), and high-strength bolts penetrate through the bolt through holes and then are fixedly connected with the foundation embedded part (3).
3. A fabricated composite wall based on steel pipes according to claim 2, characterized in that the rectangular frame (21) is filled with self-compacting concrete in the rectangular frame (21).

The assembled composite wall based on steel pipes of claim 1, wherein the foundation embedded part (3) comprises two wall splicing plates (31), an embedded part plate (32) and a plurality of anchoring steel bars (33); the two wall splicing plates (31) are vertically arranged in parallel, the wall connecting piece (2) is clamped between the two wall splicing plates (31), and the wall connecting piece (2) and the wall splicing plates (31) are fixedly connected by adopting high-strength bolts (5); the embedded plate (32) is horizontally arranged at the top end of the foundation beam (4), and the lower end of the wall splicing plate (31) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the embedded plate (32); a plurality of anchor reinforcing bars (33) are vertically and evenly arranged below the embedded plate (32), the upper ends of the anchor reinforcing bars (33) are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the embedded plate (32), and the lower ends of the anchor reinforcing bars are embedded in the foundation beam (4).

the two side rib columns (111) are vertically arranged in parallel, and the plurality of middle rib columns (112) are vertically arranged between the two side rib columns (111) at intervals; the upper side rib beam (113) is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the top ends of the side rib columns (111) and the middle rib columns (112), the lower side rib beam (114) is horizontally fixed between two adjacent wall body connecting pieces (2), and a plurality of middle rib beams (115) are horizontally arranged between the upper side rib beam (113) and the lower side rib beams (114) at intervals;
the wall body connecting piece (2) is arranged at a node of the side rib column (111) or the middle rib column (112) and the lower rib beam (114), the upper end of the wall body connecting piece (2) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the side rib column (111) or the middle rib column (112), and the side wall of the wall body connecting piece (2) is fixedly connected with the lower rib beam (114); the side rib columns (111), the middle rib columns (112), the upper side rib beam (113), the lower side rib beam (114) and the middle rib beam (115) are all made of round steel pipes or rectangular steel pipes, and rib column end plates (116) are arranged at the top ends of the side rib columns (111) and the middle rib columns (112).
