A vacuum sewer system according to claim 1, further comprising: the time delay controller comprises a shell, a large flushing button assembly, a small flushing button assembly, a diaphragm assembly, a slide valve assembly, a pair of needle valve assemblies and a pair of one-way valve assemblies, wherein the large flushing button assembly and the small flushing button assembly are arranged in the shell, the diaphragm assembly and the slide valve assembly are respectively and independently controlled to realize piston movement through the large flushing button assembly and the small flushing button assembly, and the needle valve assemblies and the one-way valve assemblies are arranged in.
