The second elastic member 360 may be configured as a torsion spring.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the heat sealing mechanism 400 includes a third frame plate 410, a fifth driving member 420, a connecting rod 430, and a heat sealing knife 440, wherein the fifth driving member 420 and the connecting rod 430 are both hinged to the third frame plate 410 and form a four-bar linkage 430, the heat sealing knife 440 is mounted on the four-bar linkage 430, and the fifth driving member 420 can be configured as an air cylinder. The lower portion of the heat sealing blade 440 has a heat sealing work surface 441.
The bundling process of the banknote bundling machine is as follows:
the paper tape 20 is firstly placed on the supporting plate 250, the first extending end 21 of the paper tape 20 is positioned on one side of the supporting plate 250, the second extending end 22 is positioned on the other side of the supporting plate 250, and then the paper money bundle 10 is placed on the supporting plate 250 and pressed and held in the middle of the paper tape 20. The first driving member 110 drives the mounting plate 120 and the pressing block 130 to move downward together, so that the supporting plate 250 moves downward from the first position to the second position, the pressing block 130 presses the banknote bundle 10 on the concave curved surface, at this time, the push rod 530 penetrates through the matching long hole 251 to extend upward, the middle part of the banknote bundle 10 and the middle part of the paper tape 20 are both bent downward along the concave curved surface, and both sides of the banknote bundle 10, the first extending end 21 and the second extending end 22 are all tilted upward along the concave curved surface. The fourth driving member 320 drives the top pressing member 330 to move obliquely downward toward the top surface of the bundle 10, the rope 350 is released, the side pressing member 340 swings toward the side of the bundle 10 under the action of the second elastic member 360 to press a portion of the first protruding end 21 against a side surface of the bundle 10 preferentially, the paper tape 20 is flattened on the side surface of the bundle 10, and the top pressing member 330 then folds and presses another portion of the first protruding end 21 against the upper plate surface of the mounting plate 120. The fifth driving member 420 is extended, and the four-bar linkage 430 drives the heat sealing knife 440 to move in a curved manner toward the top surface of the banknote bundle 10, pushing the second extended end 22 to be folded downward, so as to heat seal and bond the second extended end 22 to the first extended end 21. After the heat seal bonding is finished: the fifth driving member 420 is retracted, and the four-bar linkage 430 drives the heat seal cutter 440 to reset; the fourth driver 320 retracts, the top 330 and side 340 hold downs return, and the cable 350 is again pulled tight. The second driving member 220 drives the limiting plate 230 to move downwards for pressure relief, the holding plate 250 moves downwards from the second position to the third position, and the banknote bundle 10 is released between the holding plate 250 and the mounting plate 120 and is hung on the mounting plate 120 through the heat-seal bonded paper tape 20. The third driving member 510 pushes the pushing member 520 forward, the pushing rod 530 pushes the bundle 10 forward, and the bundle 10 is pushed out between the mounting plate 120 and the holding plate 250. After the banknote bundle 10 is pushed out: the third driving element 510 drives the pushing element 520 to bring the pushing rod 530 to reset, and the first driving element 110 drives the mounting plate 120 and the pressure holding block 130 to reset.
EXAMPLE III
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that: as shown in fig. 10 to 19, the banknote binding machine further includes: a tape supply mechanism 600 disposed above one side of the pressure relief mechanism 200 for automatically supplying a tape 20 of a set length onto the pressure relief mechanism 200; and a bundle supply mechanism provided at a rear side of the pressure relief mechanism 200 for supplying the bundle 10 to the pressure relief mechanism 200.
As shown in fig. 20, the tape supply mechanism 600 includes a tape supply assembly 610 for supplying a tape 20 from a roll of tape, a code printing assembly 620 for printing bundle information on the supplied tape 20, and a cutting assembly 630 standing upright for cutting off a set length of the tape 20. Each set length of paper tape 20 has binding information printed thereon.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the bundle supply mechanism includes a bundle holding bin 700, a banknote holding assembly 800, a banknote pushing assembly 900, and the bundle binding machine further includes a banknote sorting assembly 1000. The banknote sorting assembly 1000 is located above the other side of the pressure relief mechanism 200, i.e., the banknote sorting assembly 1000 and the tape supply mechanism 600 are located on both sides of the pressure relief mechanism 200. When the banknote supporting assembly 800 moves forward to the fourth position, the banknote pushing assembly 900 pushes the banknote bundle 10 forward, so that the banknote bundle 10 falls onto the banknote supporting assembly 800; then, the whole banknote assembly 1000 performs whole banknote arrangement on the banknote bundle 10 on the banknote supporting assembly 800, and the whole banknote assembly 1000 resets after the whole banknote arrangement is completed (in the whole banknote process, the paper tape supply mechanism 600 stretches the end of the paper tape roll into a gap between the banknote supporting assembly 800 and the supporting plate 250, and the cutting assembly 630 cuts the paper tape into a set length, so that the cut paper tape 20 with the set length falls onto the supporting plate 250); then, the banknote holding assembly 800 moves back to the fifth position, and the banknote bundle 10 on the banknote holding assembly 800 is stopped by the banknote pushing assembly 900 to fall onto the holding plate 250 and is pressed in the middle of the paper tape 20 with a set length.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the banknote pushing assembly 900 includes: a fifth frame plate 910 having a front vertical plate 911, a rear vertical plate 912 and a connecting side plate; an eighth driving member 920 fixed to the rear vertical plate 912; the screw 930 is rotatably arranged between the front vertical plate 911 and the rear vertical plate 912 and is in transmission fit with the eighth driving piece 920 through a belt wheel structure; a nut block 940 mounted on the lead screw 930; a second guide bar 950 arranged parallel to the screw 930, the front end of the second guide bar 950 extending forward through the front vertical plate 911, and the rear end being fixed to the nut block 940; and a push plate 960 fixed at the front end of the second guide bar 950, a tongue piece 30 protruding forward from the lower end of the push plate 960, a long groove 40 arranged along the front-rear direction on the bottom surface of the bundle storage bin 700, the tongue piece 30 sinking downward into the long groove 40, the tongue piece 30 being located below the bundle 10 in the bundle storage bin 700 to ensure that the lowest layer of paper money is omitted in the process of pushing the bundle 10 by the push plate 960, and the eighth driving member 920 can be configured as a motor.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the banknote escrow assembly 800 includes: a seventh driving member 810; and the banknote supporting plate 820 is arranged on the seventh driving piece 810, and the seventh driving piece 810 is used for driving the banknote supporting plate 820 to move forwards to the fourth position and backwards to the fifth position. A guide column 830 is arranged beside the banknote holding mechanism 800, the banknote holding plate 820 is matched with the guide column 830, and the guide column 830 guides the movement stroke of the banknote holding plate 820 forwards and backwards.
As shown in fig. 17 to 19, the banknote sorting assembly 1000 includes: a sixth driver 1100; and a banknote arranging plate 1200, which is hinged to the sixth driving member 1100, a third elastic member 1300 is arranged between the banknote arranging plate 1200 and the sixth driving member 1100, an installation vertical plate 2000 is arranged on the other side of the pressure relief mechanism 200, the sixth driving member 1100 pushes the banknote arranging plate 1200 to move towards the installation vertical plate 2000, and the banknote bundle 10 on the banknote supporting assembly 800 is arranged through the banknote arranging plate 1200 and the installation vertical plate 2000. The lower end of the banknote sorting plate 1200 is provided with a second tongue piece 31, and the end of the banknote supporting plate 820 is provided with a second long groove 41, so that the banknote at the lowest layer can be prevented from being missed and pushed in the banknote sorting process. The third elastic member 1300 may be configured as a torsion spring.
The operation of the tape supply mechanism 600 and the banknote bundle supply mechanism is as follows:
the bundle of paper money 10 is placed in the bundle of paper money accommodating compartment 700. The seventh driving member 810 drives the banknote supporting plate 820 to move forward to the fourth position. The eighth driving member 920 drives the pushing plate 960 to move forward, so as to push the banknote bundle 10 in the banknote receiving compartment 700 forward to the banknote supporting plate 820. The sixth driving member 1100 drives the banknote sorting plate 1200 to move toward the mounting vertical plate 2000, and the second tongue piece 31 sinks into the second long groove 41, so that the banknote bundle 10 on the banknote supporting plate 820 is pressed onto the side surface of the mounting vertical plate 2000 for banknote sorting. The tape supply mechanism 600 supplies a tape 20 of a predetermined length from the gap between the bill receiving plate 820 and the holding plate 250 to the holding plate 250. After the banknote sorting action is finished: the sixth driving member 1100 drives the banknote sorting plate 1200 to reset. The seventh driving member 810 drives the bill supporting plate 820 to move back to the fifth position, the bill bundle 10 on the bill supporting plate 820 is blocked by the pushing plate 960 and falls onto the supporting plate 250, the middle part of the paper tape 20 is pressed between the bill bundle 10 and the supporting plate 250, and then the eighth driving member 920 drives the pushing plate 960 to reset.

According to the control method of the paper money bundle binding machine, the binding effect of the paper money bundle 10 is good, and the experience of a user using the paper money bundle binding machine can be improved.
Illustratively, the step of driving the hold down mechanism 100 downwardly such that the hold down mechanism 100 holds the banknote bundle 10 placed on the pressure relief mechanism 200 includes: the mounting plate 120 and the holding block 130 are driven to move downwards by the first driving member 110, so that the holding block 130 presses the banknote bundle 10 on the concave curved surface of the holding plate 250 and presses the holding plate 250 from the first position to the second position, the middle part of the banknote bundle 10 and the middle part of the paper strip 20 are both bent downwards along the concave curved surface, and both sides of the banknote bundle 10, the first protruding end 21 and the second protruding end 22 are all tilted upwards along the concave curved surface (as can be understood by referring to fig. 1 to 3).
Thus, the tape prepressing mechanism 300 can more smoothly fold and press the first extended end 21 against the top surface of the bill holder 10, and the heat sealing mechanism 400 can more smoothly fold and heat seal the second extended end 22 against the first extended end 21. Moreover, since the banknote 10 is bound in a bent state, the paper strip 20 can more tightly bind the banknote 10.
Illustratively, the step of driving the tape pre-pressing mechanism 300 to fold and press the first protruding end 21 against the top surface of the banknote bundle 10 includes: the rope 350 is released by the fourth driving member 320 driving the top pressing member 330 to move obliquely downward toward the top surface of the bundle 10, the side pressing member 340 swings the top toward the side surface of the bundle 10 under the action of the second elastic member 360 to press and attach a part of the first protruding end 21 to a side surface of the bundle 10 preferentially, the paper tape 20 on the side surface is flattened, the top pressing member 330 presses and attaches another part of the first protruding end 21 to the upper surface of the mounting plate 120 after folding, and the first protruding end 21 and the second protruding end 22 are thermally bonded to the upper surface of the mounting plate 120, so that the paper money on the uppermost layer of the bundle 10 can be prevented from being scalded by the heat-sealing mechanism 400 (as can be understood with reference to fig. 1, 4 and 5).
Illustratively, the step of driving the sealing mechanism 400 to fold and seal the second protruding end 22 to the first protruding end 21 to complete the binding of the banknote bundle 10 includes: the fifth driving member 420 is driven to control the heat sealing knife 440 to move towards the top surface of the banknote bundle 10 by the four-bar linkage 430, so that the second extending end 22 is folded and pressed on the upper surface of the mounting plate 120, and is heat-sealed with the first extending end 21 on the upper surface of the mounting plate 120. In the heat sealing, the lower side of the second protruding end 22 is bonded to the upper side of the first protruding end 21 (as can be understood with reference to fig. 1, 6 to 8).
Illustratively, the step of actuating the pressure relief mechanism 200 to move down to relieve pressure on the bundled banknote 10 to enable the bundled banknote 10 to be removed includes: the second driving member 220 drives the limiting plate 230 to move downwards, so that the supporting plate 250 moves downwards from the second position to the third position to relieve the pressure on the bundled banknote 10, so that the bundled banknote 10 can be taken down. When the holding plate 250 is in the second position, the push rod 530 protrudes upward through the fitting long hole 251 (as can be understood with reference to fig. 1 to 3).
In an exemplary embodiment, the method of controlling further comprises, prior to the step of placing the paper strap 20 and the banknote 10 on the pressure relief mechanism 200, the first extended end 21 being located on one side of the pressure relief mechanism 200, the second extended end 22 being located on the other side of the pressure relief mechanism 200, and the banknote 10 being pressed against a central portion of the paper strap 20: the web supply mechanism 600 is driven to supply a set length of the web 20 onto the holding plate 250 such that the center portion of the web 20 is supported on the pressure relief mechanism 200, the first projecting end 21 is located on one side of the pressure relief mechanism 200, and the second projecting end 22 is located on the other side of the pressure relief mechanism 200 (as can be understood with reference to fig. 1, 10-12, and 20).
In an exemplary embodiment, the method of controlling further comprises, prior to the step of placing the paper strap 20 and the banknote 10 on the pressure relief mechanism 200, the first extended end 21 being located on one side of the pressure relief mechanism 200, the second extended end 22 being located on the other side of the pressure relief mechanism 200, and the banknote 10 being pressed against a central portion of the paper strap 20: the banknote bundle supply mechanism is actuated to supply the banknote bundle 10 to the pressure relief mechanism 200 (as can be appreciated with reference to fig. 10-19).
Illustratively, the step of driving the banknote bundle supply mechanism to supply the banknote bundle 10 to the pressure relief mechanism 200 includes: the seventh driving member 810 drives the banknote supporting plate 820 to move forward to the fourth position, the banknote pushing assembly 900 pushes the banknote bundle 10 thrown into the banknote bundle accommodating bin 700 forward and falls onto the banknote supporting plate 820, the sixth driving member 1100 drives the banknote adjusting plate 1200 to move towards the mounting vertical plate 2000 to adjust the banknote bundle 10 pushed onto the banknote supporting plate 820, the sixth driving member 1100 drives the banknote supporting plate 820 to reset after the banknote adjustment is completed, the banknote supporting plate 820 is driven by the seventh driving member 810 to move backward to the fifth position, the banknote bundle 10 after the banknote adjustment on the banknote supporting plate 820 is blocked by the banknote pushing assembly 900 and falls onto the banknote supporting plate 250, and then the banknote pushing assembly 900 is driven to reset (as can be understood by referring to fig. 10 to fig. 19).
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step of actuating the pressure relief mechanism 200 to move down to relieve pressure on the bundled note 10 to enable the bundled note 10 to be removed, the control method further comprises: the pushing member 520 is driven to move forward by the third driving member 510, and the pushing rod 530 pushes the bundle 10 forward, pushing the bundle 10 forward. After the bundle 10 is pushed down, the third driving member 510 drives the pushing member 520 to reset, and the first driving member 110 drives the mounting plate 120 and the pressing block 130 to reset (as can be understood with reference to fig. 9 to 12).

Claims (10)

1. A paper tape pre-pressing mechanism, comprising:
a second frame plate;
the fourth driving piece is arranged on the second frame plate;
the top pressing piece is positioned on one side of the second frame plate and is arranged on the fourth driving piece;
the side pressing piece is positioned on one side of the second frame plate, is positioned below the top pressing piece and is hinged on the second frame plate;
the rope is positioned between the top pressing piece and the side pressing piece, and one end of the rope is limited on the top pressing piece, and the other end of the rope is limited on the side pressing piece; and
and the second elastic piece is arranged between the side pressing piece and the second frame plate and used for tensioning the rope through the top pressing piece and the side pressing piece and pressing the side pressing piece against the second frame plate.
2. The paper strap pre-pressing mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fourth driver is disposed obliquely downward from an end thereof remote from the side pressing member to an end thereof toward the side pressing member.
3. The web pre-press mechanism of claim 1, wherein the lower ends of the side holddowns are hingedly mounted on the second shelf.
4. The paper strap pre-pressing mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the side press holder includes:
the mounting section is hinged to the second frame plate;
the connecting section is positioned above the mounting section and connected to the mounting section, and the other end of the rope is limited on the connecting section; and
and the pressing section is positioned above the connecting section and is connected to the connecting section.
5. The paper strap pre-pressing mechanism of claim 4, wherein the pressing section is an upright folded pressing piece.
6. The paper strap pre-press mechanism of claim 4, wherein the mounting segment and the connecting segment are connected into a folded plate.
7. The paper strap pre-pressing mechanism as in any one of claims 1-3, wherein the top press holder comprises:
the first vertical plate section is installed on the fourth driving part, and one end of the rope is limited on the first vertical plate section;
the end, facing the fourth driving part, of the first transverse plate section is connected to the upper end of the first vertical plate section;
the upper end of the second vertical plate section is connected to one end, back to the fourth driving part, of the first transverse plate section; and
and one end of the second transverse plate section, which is back to the fourth driving part, is connected to the lower end of the second vertical plate section.
8. The paper strap pre-pressing mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second shelf includes:
a lower substrate vertically arranged;

9. The paper strap pre-press mechanism of claim 8, wherein the second shelf further comprises:
