The self-cleaning device as claimed in claim 13 or 15, wherein the water pump comprises a barrel having a water inlet, a spiral plate spirally extending along an inner wall of the barrel from bottom to top is provided in the barrel, the barrel is rotatably provided with the barrel, the wiping plate is provided above and connected to the barrel, and the rotation of the wiping plate drives the rotation of the barrel.
17. The self-cleaning device of claim 13, wherein the inner diameter of the cylinder tends to increase from bottom to top.
