Background
An energy storage battery is a battery for providing power for products such as automobiles and the like. In order to obtain sufficient energy, several cells are connected in series or in parallel to form a battery system for use. Generally, the cells of the battery system are connected by direct contact between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. Furthermore, in order to protect the battery system from deformation which may damage performance and have good heat dissipation performance, the battery system must be matched with a bracket to facilitate series connection or parallel connection of a plurality of battery cells.
However, the inventor of the present invention finds out that: at present, when the number of battery cells in a battery system needs to be increased or decreased, the battery cells can be used only by disconnecting a power supply, disassembling a bracket of the battery system, increasing or decreasing the number of the battery cells, and finally reassembling the bracket of the battery system and then switching on the power supply, which is very inconvenient.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, embodiments of the present invention provide a battery pack and a battery system, which overcome or at least partially solve the above problems.
According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a battery pack, including: an electric core; the battery pack comprises an outer body and a battery pack, wherein the outer body comprises a shell provided with a containing cavity and a cover plate covering the containing cavity, the battery cell is contained in the containing cavity, the shell is sunken from one surface far away from the cover plate to one surface close to the cover plate to form a first boss and a first groove, the first boss is positioned on one surface of the shell close to the cover plate, the first groove is positioned on one surface of the shell far away from the cover plate, and the first boss and the first groove are used for guiding and clamping when being overlapped with other battery packs; the first hot plug terminal male head is arranged on the first boss; the first hot plug terminal female head, set up in on the first recess, the public head of first hot plug terminal and the female head of first hot plug terminal all with electric core is connected, the female head of first hot plug terminal and other the battery package the public first electricity of first hot plug terminal is connected.
In an optional mode, the first hot plug terminal male head is arranged on a face, perpendicular to and facing the cover plate, of the first boss.
In an optional mode, the first hot plug terminal female head is arranged on one surface, perpendicular to and opposite to the cover plate, of the first groove.
In an optional mode, the battery pack further comprises a second groove and a second boss; the second groove is arranged on the cover plate and is vertical to the first boss; the second boss set up in accept the chamber dorsad the apron one side and with first boss is perpendicular, be used for with other the battery package the second groove looks joint.
In an alternative form, the cover plate is removably connected to the housing.
According to an aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a battery system is provided, which includes a base, a control box, a battery management circuit and the above battery pack, wherein the base is provided with a third boss, the third boss is provided with a second hot plug terminal male head, one surface of the control box is provided with a third groove, and the third groove is provided with a second hot plug terminal female head; the battery management circuit is contained in the control box and is electrically connected with the second hot plug terminal male head; a plurality of battery package superpose, a plurality of battery package superpose is arranged in on the base, and be close to the base the battery package first recess with the base third boss looks joint, the public head of second hot plug terminal with be close to the base the battery package the female first electricity of first hot plug terminal is connected, the control box stack in a plurality of battery package just the control box the third recess with be close to the control box the first boss looks joint of battery package, the female head of second hot plug terminal with be close to the control box the battery package the public first electricity of first hot plug terminal is connected.

In an optional mode, the battery system further includes a first connecting device, a second connecting device and a plurality of third connecting devices, the first connecting device is used for connecting the base and the battery pack close to the base, the second connecting device is used for connecting the control box and the battery pack close to the control box, and one of the third connecting devices is used for connecting any two adjacent battery packs.
In an alternative mode, each battery pack is provided with two screw holes; the third connecting device comprises a connecting plate and two screws, a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in two ends of the connecting plate, one screw penetrates through the first through hole and then is in threaded connection with one screw hole of one battery pack, and the other screw penetrates through the second through hole and then is in threaded connection with another adjacent screw hole of the other battery pack.
In an alternative form, the battery system further includes a card; the clamping plate is arranged on the battery system and used for fixing the battery system on an external object.

The outer body 101 includes a housing 1011 disposed with a receiving cavity (not shown) and a cover plate 1012 covering the receiving cavity, the battery cell is received in the receiving cavity, the housing 1011 is recessed from a surface away from the cover plate 1012 to a surface close to the cover plate to form a first projection 1013 and a first recess 1014, wherein the first projection 1013 is located on a surface of the housing 1011 close to the cover plate, the first recess 1014 is located on a surface of the housing 1011 away from the cover plate 1012, and the first projection 1013 and the first recess 1014 are used for guiding and locking when the battery pack 100 is stacked. The first hot plug terminal male 102 is disposed on the first boss 1013. The first hot plug terminal female head 103 is arranged on the first groove 1014, the first hot plug terminal male head 102 and the first hot plug terminal female head 103 are both connected with the battery core, and the first hot plug terminal female head 103 is electrically connected with the first hot plug terminal male head 102 of the other battery pack. Through above-mentioned battery package 100, when needing to increase or reduce electric core quantity in the battery system, only need with the separation of arbitrary two adjacent battery packages increase or reduce the battery package again can, it is very convenient.
The outer body 101 includes a housing 1011 and a cover 1012. In some embodiments, the cover 1012 is removably attached to the housing 1011 so that the cells can be replaced and the battery management circuitry can be serviced at any time. In some embodiments, a connecting column (not shown) is disposed at a side of the receiving cavity of the housing 1011 close to the cover plate 1012, a threaded hole (not shown) is disposed at a side of the connecting column facing the cover plate 1012, a through hole (not shown) is disposed on the cover plate 1012, and the cover plate 1012 is screwed into the threaded hole by passing a grub screw through the through hole. The first hot plug terminal female head 103 is arranged on the first groove 1014, the first hot plug terminal male head 102 and the first hot plug terminal female head 103 are both connected with the battery core, and the first hot plug terminal female head 103 is electrically connected with the first hot plug terminal male head 102 of the other battery pack. Through above-mentioned battery package 100, when needing to increase or reduce electric core quantity in the battery system, only need with the separation of arbitrary two adjacent battery packages increase or reduce the battery package again can, it is very convenient.

As for the above-described control box 202, a device for monitoring and managing the battery system is provided inside the control box 202.
It should be noted that the second hot plug terminal male head 203 is disposed on a surface of the third boss 2011 perpendicular to and facing the bottom plate 201. The second hot plug terminal female head 204 is disposed on a surface of the third groove 2021 perpendicular to and facing the control box 202.
Further, the battery system 200 further includes a fourth groove (not shown) and a fourth boss (not shown). The fourth recess set up in on the bottom plate 201 and with third boss 2011 is perpendicular, be used for with be close to the base 201 the battery package 100 the second boss looks joint. The fourth boss is disposed on the control box 202 and perpendicular to the third groove 2021, and is used for being clamped with the second groove of the battery pack 100 close to the control box 202.
Further, the battery system 200 further includes a first connecting device 205, a second connecting device 206 and a plurality of third connecting devices 207, where the first connecting device 205 is used to connect the base 201 and the battery pack 100 close to the base 201, the second connecting device 206 is used to connect the control box 202 and the battery pack 100 close to the control box 202, and one of the third connecting devices 207 is used to connect any two adjacent battery packs 100. In some embodiments, each of the battery packs 100 is provided with two screw holes (not shown). The third connecting device 207 includes a connecting plate (not shown) and two screws (not shown), wherein a first through hole (not shown) and a second through hole (not shown) are disposed at two ends of the connecting plate, one of the screws passes through the first through hole and is then screwed to a screw hole of one of the battery packs 100, and the other screw passes through the second through hole and is then screwed to a screw hole of another adjacent battery pack 100. In some embodiments, the first connecting means has the same structure as the third connecting means, and the second connecting means has the same structure as the third connecting means.
Further, the battery system further includes a card board (not shown). The clamping plate is disposed on the battery system 200 and used for fixing the battery system 200 to an external object.
