It can be understood that, when the first frame 111 is provided with the fixing groove 112 and the second frame 121 is provided with the inserting groove 122, the locking element 130 is inserted into the fixing groove 112 of the first frame 111, and a part of the locking element 130 may protrude from the upper surface of the first frame 111. When the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are fastened, the hook 1310 of the locking member 130 is fastened to the insertion groove 122 of the second frame 121, so that the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 form a relatively closed accommodating cavity 101.
Referring to fig. 5, the fixing groove 112 is opened at a side of the first casing 110 close to the accommodating chamber 101, and the fixing groove 112 is communicated with the accommodating chamber 101. The fixing groove 112 includes a bottom wall 1120 and an inner sidewall 1123, the inner sidewall 1123 is an inner wall far from the accommodating chamber 101, and the bottom wall 1120 is connected between the inner sidewall 1123 and the accommodating chamber 101. The inner sidewall 1123 is adapted to cooperate with the resilient connecting portion 133 of the locking member 130, and the bottom wall 1120 is adapted to be fixedly connected to the fixing portion 135 of the locking member 130.
Optionally, the inner sidewall 1123 is an arc-shaped structure, and the bottom wall 1120 is opened with a threaded hole 1121. The inner sidewall 1123 of the arc-shaped structure is used for engaging with the elastic connection portion 133 of the locking member 130, and the threaded hole 1121 is used for engaging with the fixing portion 135 of the locking member 130. When the locking member 130 is embedded in the fixing groove 112 and the elastic connecting portion 133 is engaged with the arc-shaped structure of the inner sidewall 1123, the screw 140 is inserted into the fixing portion 135 and then screwed into the threaded hole 1121 of the bottom wall 1120, so as to fix the locking member 130 to the fixing groove 112.
In order to limit the position movement of the locking member 130 when installed in the fixing groove 112, optionally, a boss 1125 is protruded from an edge of the inner side wall 1123 away from the bottom wall 1120, the boss 1125 protrudes toward the accommodating cavity 101, a limiting space 1127 is formed between the boss 1125 and the bottom wall 1120, and the limiting space 1127 is configured to cooperate with the elastic connecting portion 133 of the locking member 130 to limit the relative position of the locking member 130.
Optionally, the protective case 100 further includes a screw 140 (as shown in fig. 1), so that after the screw 140 is fixed in the threaded hole 1121 of the bottom wall 1120 through the fixing portion 135 of the locking member 130, the head of the screw 140 does not protrude from the top surface of the opening of the first casing 110. The inner side wall 1123 may further be provided with an offset 1129, the offset 1129 is located at an edge of the inner side wall 1123 away from the bottom wall 1120, and a depth of the offset 1129 in an axial direction of the threaded hole 1121 is the same as a thickness of the boss 1125 in the axial direction of the threaded hole 1121. When the screw 140 fixes the locking member 130 to the fixing groove 112, the head of the screw 140 can be completely inserted into the relief 1129 to avoid the head of the screw 140 interfering with the open top of the second housing 120.
In order to satisfy that the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 can be opened by a certain external force after being fastened, optionally, the inner side wall 1123 is provided with a pressing hole 113. The pressing hole 113 is formed in the side wall of the fixing groove 112 away from the accommodating chamber 101, and the pressing hole 113 is a through hole, so that the fixing groove 112 is communicated with the outside through the pressing hole 113. When the locking member 130 is mounted to the fixing groove 112, a user may press the locking member 130 through the pressing hole 113 from the outside to unlock the locking body 131 from the insertion groove 122 of the second housing 120, thereby separating the first housing 110 from the second housing 120.
Referring to fig. 6, the embedding groove 122 is opened at a side of the second housing 120 close to the accommodating cavity 101, and the embedding groove 122 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 101. The embedding groove 122 includes a sidewall far away from the accommodating cavity 101, and the sidewall is provided with a clamping portion 1225.
When the locking member 130 is installed in the fixing groove 112 and the first casing 110 is locked with the second casing 120, the locking body 131 of the locking member 130 can be just locked with the locking portion 1225 embedded in the groove 122, so as to lock and connect the first casing 110 with the second casing 120.
It can be understood that the clamping portion 1225 opened on the side wall may be a through hole or a blind hole. When the catching portion 1225 is a through hole, the catching portion 1225 may communicate the embedding groove 122 with the outside. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific structure of the clamping portion 1225, as long as the lock catch body 131 of the lock catch 130 can be clamped in the clamping portion 1225, and the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are clamped and fixed.
Referring to fig. 7, the locking member 130 includes an elastic connecting portion 133, a locking body 131 and a fixing portion 135. The latch body 131 is fixedly connected to the middle of the elastic connection portion 133, and the fixing portion 135 is fixedly connected to both ends of the elastic connection portion 133.
Specifically, the number of the fixing portions 135 is two, the two fixing portions 135 are respectively disposed at both ends of the elastic connecting portion 133, and the fixing portions 135 are formed with through holes 1350. When mounting, the screw 140 passes through the through hole 1350 and is fixedly connected to the fixing groove 112 of the first housing 110, thereby fixedly connecting the locking member 130 to the first housing 110.
Further, the latch body 131 is located in the middle of the elastic connecting portion 133, the latch body 131 includes a hook 1310, and the latch 130 is fixedly connected to the fixing groove 112 through the fixing portion 135, and is connected to the clamping portion 1225 on the side wall through the hook 1310. When the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are clamped by the locking member 130, the hook 1310 of the locking body 131 faces a side away from the accommodating cavity 101.
In order to realize that the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are in a locked state, an external force may be applied to the locking element 130 through the pressing hole 113 on the first housing 110 to elastically deform the locking element 130, so that the hook 1310 on the locking body 131 and the clamping portion 1225 on the sidewall are unlocked and separated. Alternatively, the elastic connection portion 133 has a sheet-like arc structure, and the concave surface of the elastic connection portion 133 faces the side away from the hook 1310. By arranging the elastic connection part 133 to have a sheet-like structure, the elastic connection part 133 has certain flexibility and can be deformed under the action of external force with certain magnitude. In addition, the elastic connection portion 133 is configured to have an arc-shaped structure, so that the elastic connection portion 133 can be deformed by an external force after being fixed, so as to move the position of the latch body 131.
Optionally, the arc-shaped structure of the elastic connection portion 133 is matched with the inner sidewall 1123 of the fixing groove 112, and when no external force or a small external force is applied, the elastic connection portion 133 can be always matched with the inner sidewall 1123 to enhance the clamping stability between the clamping hook 1310 and the clamping portion 1225. When the locking member 130 is subjected to a certain external force, the elastic connecting portion 133 moves toward a side close to the accommodating cavity 101, and the hook 1310 and the fastening portion 1225 are separated and unlocked by the deformation of the elastic connecting portion 133.
Optionally, the elastic connection portion 133 includes a pressing portion 1331 and a connection portion 1335, the connection portion 1335 is located at two sides of the pressing portion 1331, the pressing portion 1331 is fixedly connected with the latch body 131, and the latch body 131 is located at a concave surface of the pressing portion 1331.
Alternatively, the fixing portions 135 are located at two ends of the elastic connection portion 133, and the latch body 131 is located at a middle position of the elastic connection portion 133. The fixing portion 135 is fixedly coupled to the fixing groove 112 by a screw 140, and the connection portion 1335 is engaged with an inner sidewall 1123 of the fixing groove 112. The fixing portion 135 has a through hole 1350, and the through hole 1350 corresponds to the screw hole 1121 formed in the bottom wall 1120 of the fixing groove 112.
In order to facilitate the opening of the through hole 1350 in the fixing portion 135 and to ensure the strength of the fixing portion 135 with the through hole 1350, the fixing portion 135 may have a cylindrical structure, the diameter of the fixing portion 135 is larger than the width of the connecting portion 1335, the connecting position between the fixing portion 135 and the connecting portion 1335 may be in a circular arc transition, and the through hole 1350 may be opened in the center of the fixing portion 135, that is, the central axis of the through hole 1350 may coincide with the central axis of the fixing portion 135.
When the fixing device is installed, the locking member 130 is disposed in the fixing groove 112, the elastic connecting portion 133 is engaged with the inner sidewall 1123, the pressing portion 1331 is engaged with the pressing hole 113 formed in the inner sidewall 1123, and the screw 140 passes through the through hole 1350 of the fixing portion 135 and then is screwed into the screw hole 1121 of the bottom wall 1120.
When the locking member 130 is mounted on the fixing groove 112, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the pressing portion 1331 corresponding to the pressing hole 113, optionally, a step structure is arranged between the connecting portion 1335 and the pressing portion 1331. The height of the pressing portion 1331 in the axial direction of the through hole 1350 is greater than the height of the connecting portion 1335 in the axial direction of the through hole 1350, so that the connecting portion 1335 and the pressing portion 1331 form a limit step at the connection.
Referring to fig. 8, when the locking member 130 is mounted in the fixing groove 112, the connecting portion 1335 can be engaged with the spacing space 1127 formed between the boss 1125 and the bottom wall 1120 of the inner sidewall 1123. Thereby limiting the positional displacement of the catch member 130 relative to the fixation groove 112 for ease of installation and subsequent fixation by the screw 140.
When the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are locked and engaged by the locking member 130, the locking member 130 is prevented from being unlocked from the second housing 120 by a user's misoperation. Optionally, the pressing portion 1331 includes an outer side wall 1333 facing the same direction as the hook 1310 (see fig. 8), and the first housing 110 includes an outer wall 1110 away from the accommodating cavity 101. When the locking member 130 is mounted on the fixing groove 112, the outer sidewall 1333 of the pressing portion 1331 is recessed with respect to the outer wall 1110 of the first housing 110, or the outer sidewall 1333 is flush with the outer wall 1110. When the user needs to open the protective case, the user is prevented from accidentally touching the pressing portion 1331, and an external force needs to be applied to the pressing portion 1331 through the pressing hole 113.
