In one embodiment, the supporting frame 102 further defines a U-shaped groove, and the detecting travel switch 106 is disposed in the U-shaped groove. The detection travel switch 106 is fixed in a U-shaped groove for adjustment, so that the adjustment of positions of different machine types can be met, and the actual position of the driving box in the air conditioner can be simulated.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the test cartridge 200 includes a test main board 202, a receptacle 204, a control panel 206, and test buttons, the test main board 202 is connected to the control panel 206, the test buttons, and the drive cartridge, and the test main board 202 is connected to the detection travel switch 106 through the receptacle 204. The detection travel switch 106 may specifically employ a micro switch set including left and right micro switches for detecting the left and right drive cartridges.
The control screen 206 can select a touch display screen, and a user can write different test programs according to different models through the control screen 206 and save the test programs in the test main board 202 in a model name. In addition, the test box 200 may further include a buzzer 210 connected to the test main board 202. Specifically, taking the number of the driving box groups as two as an example, the supporting frame 102 is provided with an upper station and a lower station, and each station includes a left placing mold 108 and a right placing mold 108. The left and right driving boxes in each driving box group are respectively arranged on the left and right placing molds 108 of one station of the supporting frame 102 and are fixed by corresponding fixing frames 104, and each driving box is respectively and correspondingly provided with a detection travel switch 106.
