Skirting line electric heater among the correlation technique needs to satisfy the protection requirement of IPX4 level, but its power part and digital interaction part are mutually independent, exist respectively in the electric heater, occupy independent space respectively, therefore the space that power part and digital interaction part occupy is great. The power supply unit 10 may be, for example, a power supply portion of a skirting line electric heater, and is used for supplying power to a heating portion (e.g., a heating sheet) of the skirting line electric heater. The display unit 20 may be, for example, a temperature display portion of a skirting line electric heater, and is used for displaying temperature and receiving a touch operation of a user.

In an exemplary embodiment, a waterproof structure is provided at the fitting connection of the display unit 20 and the first mounting portion 101 in the present embodiment: as shown in fig. 2, a second installation portion 201 is disposed on a first side of the display unit 20, the first installation portion 101 is connected to the second installation portion 201 in an adaptive manner, and a first waterproof structure is formed at a connection portion between the first installation portion 101 and the second installation portion 201.
In one example, the first mounting portion may be, for example, an annular groove (not shown in the figure), the second mounting portion may be, for example, an annular protrusion (not shown in the figure) adapted to the annular groove, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are mounted in a sealing manner, and the first waterproof structure may be formed by cooperation of the annular groove and the annular protrusion, so that the waterproof structure is effective. Or the first mounting part is provided with an annular bulge, and the second mounting part is provided with an annular groove.
In another example, the first mounting portion may be, for example, a first clamping portion (not shown in the figure), and the second mounting portion may be, for example, a second clamping portion (not shown in the figure) adapted to the first clamping portion, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are matched to achieve waterproofing.
In the above example, the waterproof structure may further include a sealing member, such as a sealing rubber strip provided at a fitting connection of the display unit and the first mounting portion.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first mounting portion 101 includes a first mounting hole 1011 disposed at an end of the housing, and the size of the first mounting hole 1011 is adapted to the size of the display unit 20. Wherein, a circumferential edge of the first mounting hole 1011 is provided with a first retaining wall 1012. In this embodiment, the housing includes the first cover 110 and the second cover 120, the first mounting frame 1011 includes a portion located on the first cover 110 and a portion located on the second cover 120, and when the first cover 110 and the second cover 120 are assembled, a first mounting hole 1011 is formed at the top end of the housing. It is understood that the first retaining wall 1012 also includes a first portion at the circumferential edge of the first cover 110 and a second portion at the circumferential edge of the second cover 120, and when the first cover 110 is assembled with the second cover 120, the first retaining wall 1012 is formed at the circumferential edge of the first mounting hole 1011.
In this embodiment, the second mounting portion 201 includes a bridging portion 2201, and the bridging portion 2201 is adapted to the first retaining wall 1012. The joint of the first retaining wall 1012 and the overlapping portion 2201 forms a first waterproof structure (waterproof retaining wall) with a shielding function, and the first waterproof structure is used for preventing water from entering the inner cavity of the power supply unit 10 through the first mounting hole 1011.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, when the first retaining wall 1012 extends to the direction of the display unit 20 (or the cover plate 3) by a predetermined distance, so that the overlapping portion 2201 overlaps the first retaining wall 1012, even if there is a small amount of water entering, the first retaining wall 1012 can effectively prevent water from entering the inner cavity of the power supply unit 10, and prevent moisture from affecting the electrical components in the inner cavity.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the power supply unit 10 includes a housing having a first inner cavity, an end portion of which has a first mounting portion 101, the first inner cavity being used for mounting a first circuit board (not shown). The waterproof structure in the above embodiment is formed in the circumferential direction of the first mounting portion 101, so that water can be effectively prevented from entering the first inner cavity from the first mounting portion 101.
The housing may be of an integral structure or a split structure.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the housing is a split structure, and includes a first cover 110 and a second cover 120, and the first cover 110 and the second cover 120 are connected to form a housing having a first inner cavity. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the edge of the first cover 110 for connecting with the second cover 120 is provided with a rib, and the edge of the second cover is matched with the edge of the first cover in shape. For example, the rib of the first cover 110 is arranged as the first step structure 1101, the edge of the second cover 120 may be arranged as the second step structure 1201 matched with the first step structure, and when the first cover 110 and the second cover 120 are assembled together, the edge of the first cover 110 and the edge of the second cover 120 can be sealed and waterproof.
