The dumbbell handle of claim 1, further comprising a second flange, the planetary gear mechanism including a large ring gear, a sun gear, and three planet gears, the large ring gear and the sun gear each meshing with the planet gears; the second flange is in clearance fit with the large gear ring, and the first flange, the planetary gear mechanism and the second flange are fixed into a whole through a screw.

The dumbbell handle of claim 3, further comprising a detent pin device, wherein the rim of the second flange has a detent groove, and the detent pin device is slidably disposed in the detent groove of the second flange, such that the detent pin device is used to engage the large gear ring with the telescopic shaft.

The dumbbell handle of claim 4, wherein the catch pin means comprises an elastic member and a catch block, the end of one end of the catch block is provided with a third cavity, a protrusion is provided on the side surface of the catch block near the third cavity, the elastic member is assembled on the third cavity, and the elastic member and the protrusion cooperate together to engage and lock the large gear ring.

The dumbbell of claim 7, wherein the dumbbell piece close to the dumbbell handle is a dumbbell head piece, the dumbbell head piece is provided with a second through hole, a plurality of third through holes for a screw to penetrate through are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the second through hole, and the dumbbell head piece is fixed with the first flange by the screw penetrating through the third through holes.
10. A dumbbell base for placing a dumbbell as claimed in any of claims 7 to 9, the dumbbell base being provided with a push rod device which cooperates with a dumbbell handle as claimed in any of claims 1 to 6 to adjust the length of the dumbbell handle.
11. The dumbbell of claim 10, wherein the ejector means includes a second projection having a diameter that gradually decreases with decreasing distance from the detent pin means.
