As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a musculoskeletal ultrasonography assistance device 100. The musculoskeletal ultrasonic examination assisting device 100 is used for assisting and fixing joints during musculoskeletal ultrasonic examination of the joints, and meanwhile, examination accuracy and operation efficiency are improved. The outer wall 110 includes: a top surface 111, two side surfaces, a front face 114 and a rear face 115. The top surface 111 is planar and is located at the top of the outer wall 110. The two side surfaces are a first side surface 112 and a second side surface 113 respectively, the first side surface 112 and the second side surface 113 are respectively positioned at two sides of the top surface 111, and the top ends of the first side surface 112 and the second side surface 113 are respectively connected with the edges at two sides of the top surface 111. A couplant inlet 140 is disposed on outer wall 110. In this embodiment, the couplant inlet 140 is disposed on the second side 113. The musculoskeletal ultrasound examination assistance device 100 is used to carry a coupling agent for ultrasound examination. The couplant can be injected into the lumen through the couplant inlet 140 or can be discharged from the lumen. The couplant inlet port 140 may be sealed by a rubber stopper. The coupling agent can be water, and can also be other coupling agents suitable for ultrasonic examination.

According to an optional technical solution of the present disclosure, the inner wall further includes two connection surfaces 122, and the connection surfaces 122 are flat surfaces. In this embodiment, the two connection surfaces 122 are a first connection surface 122a and a second connection surface 122b, respectively. The tip of the first connection surface 122a is connected to one end of the arc surface 121, and the tip of the second connection surface 122b is connected to the other end of the arc surface 121. The bottom ends of the two connecting surfaces 122 are respectively connected to the bottom ends of the same side surface, in this embodiment, the bottom end of the first connecting surface 122a is connected to the bottom end of the first side surface 112, and the bottom end of the second connecting surface 122b is connected to the bottom end of the second side surface 113. A bell mouth 150 is formed between the two connecting surfaces, and one end of the bell mouth 150 with smaller size is communicated with the circular arc opening 130. The flared mouth 150 is provided to facilitate nesting of the joint in the circular arc mouth 130.
Optionally, when the first side surface 112 and the second side surface 113 are circular arc-shaped, a circle where the circular arc surface 121 is located and a circle where the first side surface 112 and the second side surface 113 are located are concentric circles.
According to an optional technical scheme of the present disclosure, the size of the edge (X direction) of the top surface 111 perpendicular to the axis of the arc surface is 10cm to 25cm, and the size of the edge (Y direction) of the top surface 111 parallel to the axis of the arc surface is 12cm to 18 cm. For example, the top surface 111 is set to have a dimension in the Y direction of 15cm and a dimension in the X direction of 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, and 25cm, and an appropriate musculoskeletal ultrasound examination aid can be selected according to the difference in examination site and the individual difference of the examinee.
