When the waterproof outdoor communication cabinet is used, the placing seat 5 is firstly adjusted to the position at the lower end of the cabinet body 1, when water is accumulated in heavy rainstorm weather, the accumulated water enters the base 9 along the water inlet 9a, so that the floater 10 is lifted, when the induction block 12 at the top of the guide rod 11 is contacted with the proximity switch 8 at the lower end of the lifting device 7, the proximity switch sends a signal to the main control system, the main control system controls the motor 13 to rotate, the motor 13 drives the transmission gear 7b to rotate, and further drives the driven gear 7c to rotate, the lifting device 7 is driven to integrally lift through the matching of the internal thread at the central hole of the driven gear 7c and the transmission screw 14, then the driving device 7 pushes the placing seat 5 with the storage battery 6 to lift, along with the continuous lifting of the placing seat 5, when the placing seat moves to the top of the power supply area 1b, the limit switch 17 on the top of the placing seat 5 is in contact with the bottom of the partition board 2, and at the moment, the limit switch 17 controls the motor 13 to stop working through the master control system.
The rising of placing 5 positions of seat can avoid ponding to enter into and cause the soaking damage of equipment in the rack body 1.
