Background
Along with the increasing demand of people on building energy conservation, building sunshade receives more and more attention. The traditional sun-shading mode adopts modes such as a large house cornice, a glass film, a curtain, an electric roller shutter window and the like to carry out sun-shading treatment. the mullion track comprises a middle support closed cavity and left and right slide rail open cavities; the tail ends of the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the left sliding rail open cavity and the right sliding rail open cavity are respectively provided with a rubber strip groove, and wool tops are arranged in the rubber strip grooves; the width and the thickness of the middle support closed cavity are ensured to be tightly matched with the front and the rear inserting plates of the one-driving-two bearing seats of the double-roller shutter window; the center of the indoor end of the mullion track is provided with a connecting structure which is fixed with a connecting plate I of a connecting piece;
the connecting piece comprises connecting plates I and II, an upright post and a sleeve matched with the upright post; the upright post is fixed in the center of the connecting plate I or is in an integral structure with the center of the connecting plate I; the sleeve is fixed in the center of the connecting plate II or is integrated with the center of the connecting plate II; the connecting plate I is fixed on a connecting structure of the indoor end centers of the left and right sliding rails or the mullion rails; the connecting plate II is fixed at the position, corresponding to the left and right sliding rails or the mullion rail, of the outdoor end of the main section; the sleeve is sleeved on the upright post, and the sleeve and the upright post are detachably fixed together after the distance is adjusted;
the plug boards at the lower ends of the left and right end seats are fixedly inserted into the upper ends of the open cavities of the left and right guide rails, and the plug boards at the lower ends of the one-driving-two bearing seats are fixedly inserted into the upper ends of the support closed cavities of the mullion rails; the left and right ends of the two opened rolling curtains are respectively arranged in the open cavity of the left guide rail, the open cavity of the left and right sliding rails of the mullion section bar and the open cavity of the right guide rail.
Preferably, the connecting plate i of the connecting member is a circular or square sliding plate, and the connecting structure of the indoor end centers of the left and right slide rails or the center rail is a C-shaped slide rail fixed at the indoor end centers of the left and right slide rails or the center rail and matched with the sliding plate; the connecting plate II is a rectangular fixing plate, strip-shaped mounting holes are formed in two ends of the connecting plate II, and screw holes matched with the two strip-shaped mounting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the left sliding rail, the right sliding rail or the mullion rail, of the outdoor end of the main section; the slide joint is in C type slide, and the fixed plate passes through bar mounting hole and screw hole by the screw to be fixed in the outdoor end of main section bar.
Preferably, the connecting plates I and II of the connecting piece are fixing plates I and II which are rectangular, and strip-shaped mounting holes are formed in two ends of each fixing plate I and II; the connecting structure of the indoor end centers of the left and right slide rails or the mullion rails is provided with screw holes matched with the two strip-shaped mounting holes on the fixing plate I, and the fixing plate I is fixed at the indoor end centers of the left and right slide rails or the mullion rails through the strip-shaped mounting holes and the screw holes by screws; screw holes matched with the two strip-shaped mounting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the left and right slide rails or the mullion rails, of the outdoor end of the main section, and the fixing plate II is fixed to the outdoor end of the main section through the strip-shaped mounting holes and the screw holes through screws.
Further preferably, the structure for detachably fixing the sleeve and the upright is: the end part of the sleeve pipe, far away from the connecting plate II, is provided with a bolt hole matched with the puller bolt; and the sleeve and the upright post are tightly fixed together by a tightening bolt.

The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, the present embodiment 1 includes two curtain sheets 12 and 9, a mullion rail 10, left and right guide rails 13 and 8, a driving device, a housing composed of front and rear housings 14 and 3, and a connecting member 30. The driving device comprises a positive and negative motor 11, a motor control panel, a roller shutter shaft 5, a left end seat 1, a right end seat 7, a left guide piece 2, a right guide piece 19, a motor support 15, a left end seat plate 16, a right end seat plate 18, a shaft head 17, an upward pushing prevention 4 and a one-driving-two bearing seat 6.
The left and right guide rails 13 and 8 are symmetrically arranged and comprise an open cavity 20 with a right or left opening of the curtain sheet slide way, and rubber strip grooves 22 capable of installing wool tops are respectively arranged at the tail ends of the front and rear inner walls of the open cavity 20. The centers of the indoor ends of the left and right guide rails 13 and 8 are provided with connecting structures which are fixed together with the connecting plates I of the connecting pieces 30, and the connecting structures are C-shaped slideways 21 which are fixed at the centers of the indoor ends of the left and right guide rails 13 and 8 and matched with the sliding plates 36. Wool tops are arranged in the adhesive tape grooves 22.
The mullion track 10 includes a center support closed cavity 28 and left and right slide open cavities 24, 27. The tail ends of the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the open cavity of the left sliding rail 24 and the right sliding rail 27 are respectively provided with another adhesive tape groove 23, and wool tops are arranged in the other adhesive tape groove 23. The width and thickness of the intermediate support closed cavity 28 ensure a tight fit with the front and rear pinboard 28 and 29 of the one-to-two bearing support 6 of the double roller shutter window. The center of the indoor end of the mullion track 10 is provided with a connecting structure fixed with the connecting plate I of the connecting piece 30, and the connecting structure is another C-shaped slideway 26 which is fixed at the center of the indoor end of the mullion track 10 and matched with the sliding plate 36.
The connecting piece 30 comprises connecting plates I and II, a vertical column 34, a sleeve 33 matched with the vertical column 34 and a puller bolt. The connecting plate I of the connecting piece 30 is a circular sliding plate 36; the connecting plate II is a fixing plate 31 which is rectangular, and two ends of the connecting plate II are provided with strip-shaped mounting holes 32. The post 34 is fixed to the center of the sled 36 (which may be integral with the center of the sled 36). The sleeve 33 is fixed to the center of the fixing plate 31 (may be integrally formed with the center of the fixing plate 31). The sliding plate 36 is clamped in the C- shaped slideways 21 and 26 matched with the sliding plate 36 at the center of the indoor ends of the left and right guide rails 13 and 8 and the mullion rail 10. Screw holes matched with the two strip-shaped mounting holes 32 are formed in the positions, corresponding to the left and right guide rails 13 and 8 or the mullion track 10, of the outdoor end 37 of the main section. The fixing plate 31 is fixed to the outdoor end 37 of the main profile by screws through the strip-shaped mounting holes 32 and the screw holes. The end part of the sleeve 33 far away from the connecting and fixing plate 31 is provided with a bolt hole matched with a puller bolt; the sleeve 33 is sleeved on the upright column 34, and after the distance is adjusted, the sleeve 33 and the upright column 34 are tightly fixed together by a tightening bolt.
Preferably, the front and rear inner walls of the mullion track 10 supporting the closed cavity 28 are respectively raised with reinforcing ribs 25.
Referring to embodiment 2 shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11, the present embodiment has the same structure as embodiment 1 except that the end of the left and right guide rails 13 and 8 away from each other has a closed cavity 40 integrally formed with the open cavity; the connecting plates I and II of the connecting piece 30 are fixing plates I39 and II 38, the fixing plates I39 and II 38 are rectangular, and strip-shaped mounting holes 32 are formed in two ends of the fixing plates.
