Description

Disposable paint spraying mixing cup
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a disposable painting mixing cup, and more particularly, to a disposable painting mixing cup, which includes a cap, a connection member, a container, and inserts the container into the connection member, combines the cap and the connection member, and pressurizes the container through the cap to seal the container, the cap having a pressure valve and a pressure adjusting through hole, so that the pressure can be adjusted without leakage when discharging liquid.
Background
Spray gun coating devices are used to apply spray coatings to various target objects. Spray guns that attach paint containers directly to spray guns and apply paint are suitable for relatively small amounts of paint and are most often used for the application of small objects or for applications requiring a change in color.
In general, a spray gun coating apparatus is roughly classified into a suction type in which a paint container is attached to a lower side of a spray gun and a gravity type in which the paint container is attached to an upper side, and most of the gravity type is provided with an adapter on the upper side thereof, and paint is supplied to the spray gun through the adapter by gravity.
The gravity spray gun can change the inclination of the paint cup according to the painting position of the object to be painted, and can paint with high degree of freedom. Therefore, the inclination of the paint cup can be simply changed, and in addition, it is required to maintain resistance capable of supporting a fixed position without being affected by the weight of the cup or the function of the spray gun at the changed position, leakage of the paint due to the inclination should not be caused, and it is very important to adjust the pressure of the container, which is changed due to the discharge of the paint.
Prior art U.S. publication No. 13-728678(2012.12.27) relates to a convertible paint cup assembly having an air intake valve and describes the inclusion of a valve assembly for regulating pressure in the paint cup. However, in the prior art, the valve assembly is in the lower part of the inner part of the cup, so when preserving the paint left after use, there is a possibility of leakage, the assembly of the valve assembly is complicated, and the cost is high because the valve assembly in the disposable container needs to be manufactured.

Referring to fig. 5 (b), which shows another embodiment of the cover part 100, the coupling member 200, and the container 300, the pressing part 110 of the cover part 100 is formed in an inclined surface gradually narrowing from an upper end to a lower end, a lower end portion thereof may be in a shape extended by a predetermined length, the coupling member ring 210 of the coupling member 200 may be formed in a shape extended by a predetermined length to a radial direction inner side and to a lower end, the container 300 may include a container protrusion 320 protruding in a radial direction outer side at a position spaced apart from the upper end by a predetermined distance, and a tip of the container protrusion 320 may be extended to an upper end and protruded in a radial direction outer side of the container 300 to be formed in a ring shape, and the container ring 310 is formed, and when the cover part 100 and the coupling member 200 are coupled, the pressing part 110 contacts the upper end of the container 300 and enters the inside of the container 300 through the inclined surface, thereby, the end or the inner side of the container 300 can be pressurized, and thus the connection member ring 210 is brought into contact with and supports the container ring 310, and the end or the inner side of the container 300 is pressurized by the pressurization part 110 and supported by the connection member ring 210, so that the lid part 100, the connection member 200, and the container 300 can be fixed and combined, thereby achieving sealing.
Referring to fig. 5 (c), which shows another embodiment of the cover part 100 and the container 300, an end of the cover part 100 may have a predetermined curvature and extend toward a lower end to form a coupling groove 160, an upper end of the container 300 may protrude outward in a radius direction of the container 300 to be formed in a circular ring shape, and the container ring 310 is formed, and an end of the container ring 310 may have a predetermined curvature and extend toward a lower end to be formed, so that when the cover part 100 and the container 300 are coupled, the coupling member ring 310 is coupled to the coupling groove 160, so that the cover part 100 and the container 300 can be fixed and coupled without the coupling member 200, thereby achieving sealing.
Referring to (d) of fig. 5 illustrating another embodiment of the connection member 200, the connection member 200 may include a pressing part coupling groove 211 having a predetermined depth on an upper surface of the connection member ring 210, the container ring 310 passes through the container fixing protrusion 220 according to the pressing of the pressing part 110 and is positioned between the container fixing protrusion 220 and the connection member ring 210 while being in contact with the connection member ring 210 when the cover part 100 and the connection member 200 are coupled, the container ring 310 is deformed by the pressing of the pressing part 110 and thus is closely coupled to the pressing part coupling groove 211 together with the pressing part 110, so that the cover part 100, the connection member 200, and the container 300 can be fixed and coupled to achieve sealing.
Referring to (e) of fig. 5 showing another embodiment of the cover part 100 and the container 300, the pressurization part 110 of the cover part 100 may be protruded from the lower surface of the edge part of the cover part 100 to the inside in the radius direction and formed in a circular ring shape, and include a container ring coupling groove 111 of a predetermined depth at the lower end, the upper end of the container 300 in the container 300 is protruded to the outside in the radius direction of the container 300 and formed in a circular ring shape, and the container ring 310 may include a container ring coupling part 311 protruded from the central part of the container ring 310 by a predetermined height, so that the container ring 310 passes through the container fixing protrusion 220 according to pressurization of the pressurization part 110 and is positioned between the container fixing protrusion 220 and the connection part ring 210 while contacting the connection part ring 210, the container ring coupling part 311 is coupled to the container ring coupling groove 111 of the pressurization part 110, so that the cap 100, the coupling member 200, and the container 300 can be fixed and coupled to achieve sealing.
An embodiment of the disposable paint mixing cup 10 will be described with reference to fig. 6.
First, when the liquid is discharged through the connector 120 of the lid part 100 of the disposable paint mixing cup 10 so that the internal pressure of the container 300 is increased, air is supplied into the inside of the container 300 through the air inlet and outlet 142, so that the pressure can be reduced, and the leakage of the liquid can be prevented by the upper end of the pressure valve 130.
For example, when the disposable paint mixing cup 10 is used in combination with an external device such as a gravity spray gun, the connector 120 of the cap 100 is combined with the spray gun (not shown), and the disposable paint mixing cup 10 is located at an upper portion of the spray gun, the cap 100 is located at a lower portion and the container 300 is located at an upper portion, so that liquid can be discharged through the connector 120 of the cap 100, and when the internal pressure of the container 300 is increased by the discharge of the liquid, external air is supplied to the inside of the container 300 through the air inlet and outlet 142, so that the pressure can be reduced, and the pressure of the container can be adjusted and the liquid can be supplied through the pressure valve 130 without leaking the liquid inside.
As described above, the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and changes without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
