Specifically, the diameter of the planetary gear 1142 is smaller than the diameter of the third gear 113, and the number of gear teeth on the planetary gear 1142 is smaller than the number of gear teeth on the third gear 113, so that the rotating speed of the third gear 113 is smaller than the rotating speed of the planetary gear 1142, and the speed reduction effect of the fourth step of the gearbox 100 is realized.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the driving device 20 includes a driving box 21 and a belt 22, the belt 22 is at least partially disposed in the driving box 21, and the belt 22 is connected to the curtain body 30.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, the transmission case 21 includes a case 211 and a transmission wheel 212, the transmission wheel 212 is located in the case 211, and the transmission belt 22 and the gear case 100 are both in transmission connection with the transmission wheel 212. In an alternative embodiment, the transmission wheel 212 is a transmission gear, the transmission belt 22 includes a flexible rack adapted to the transmission wheel 212, and the transmission device 20 drives the curtain body 30 to move more accurately through the cooperation of the transmission gear and the flexible rack, and the magnetic induction element 410 on the PCB 400 senses the position information of the curtain body 30 more accurately, so as to control the movement of the curtain body 30 more conveniently.
In an alternative embodiment, a guiding portion is provided inside the box 211, and the shape and size of the guiding portion are matched with those of the driving belt 22, so that the driving belt 22 is prevented from being separated from the preset track during the movement, and the assembly of the driving belt 22 and the transmission case 21 is more convenient. It is understood that the box 211 is further provided with a driving hole 2111, the driving hole 2111 is matched with the second driving member 140, and the second driving member 140 passes through the output hole 123 of the housing 120, the through hole 321 of the housing 300 and the driving hole 2111 of the box 211 to be connected with the driving wheel 212.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 12 and 13, in some embodiments, the speed reducer 10 further includes a connecting member 500, the connecting member 500 is partially located in the speed reducer 10, the box body 211 is provided with a connecting portion 2112 adapted to the connecting member 500, and the connecting member 500 and the connecting portion 2112 are installed in a matching manner so that the speed reducer 10 is connected to the transmission case 21.
Referring to fig. 2 and 12, in an alternative embodiment, the connecting member 500 includes a mounting portion 510, an adjusting portion 530 and two locking portions 520. The fitting portion 510 is provided with a fitting hole, and the connecting portion 2112 is connected to the housing 120. The two buckling parts 520 are symmetrically distributed at the two sides of the assembling part 510, the buckling parts 520 are perpendicular to the assembling part 510, the free ends of the buckling parts 520 extend in the direction parallel to the assembling part 510, and the buckling parts 520 are connected with the box body 211. The adjusting portion 530 is located on the same plane as the assembling portion 510, and is used for driving the assembling portion 510 and the two fastening portions 520 to rotate around the central axis of the assembling hole. It can be understood that, after the connecting member 500 is assembled with the speed reducer 10, the central axis of the fitting hole coincides with the central axis of the second transmission member 140.
Specifically, the cover plate 320 is provided with a clamping hole 322 and an adjusting hole 323, the connecting portion 2112 is matched with the clamping hole 322, in the process of assembling the speed reducer 10 and the transmission case 21, the assembling portion 510 is matched with the third mounting seat 121 and the second transmission part 140, meanwhile, the clamping portion 520 penetrates through the clamping hole 322 and the connecting portion 2112, the adjusting portion 530 penetrates through the adjusting hole 323, the free end of the clamping portion 520 is located inside the transmission case 21 at the moment, and the clamping portion 520 is clamped with the connecting portion 2112 after rotating to a preset position around the central axis of the assembling hole by operating the adjusting portion 530 outside the adjusting hole 323.
Specifically, the cover plate 320 is further provided with a positioning column 324, the box body 211 is further provided with a positioning hole 2114 which is matched with the positioning column 324 in the direction, and in the process of assembling the speed reducer 10 and the transmission case 21, the positioning column 324 is matched with the positioning hole 2114, so that the speed reducer 10 and the transmission case 21 are assembled more conveniently. It can be understood that the positioning column 324 can also be disposed on the box 211, and the positioning hole 2114 can be disposed on the cover plate 320, as long as the positioning function can be played in the assembling process of the speed reducer 10 and the transmission case 21, the present invention is not limited thereto.

Claims (10)
1. A window covering, comprising:
a curtain body;
the transmission device is connected with the curtain body and is used for driving the curtain body to move;
the speed reducer comprises a motor, a gear box and a PCB (printed circuit board), wherein the motor and the transmission device are in transmission connection with the gear box, and the PCB is electrically connected with the motor;
wherein the gearbox comprises a gear set comprising a sun gear, planet gears and a carrier, the sun gear and the planet gears are meshed and both mounted on the carrier, and the carrier and the planet gears are rotatable about a central axis of the sun gear; the planet gear is provided with an initial position and a working position, and the PCB can control the motor to drive the planet gear to switch between the initial position and the working position; when the planetary gear is located at an initial position, the planetary gear and the transmission device are arranged at intervals, and when the planetary gear is located at a working position, the planetary gear is in transmission connection with the transmission device.
2. The window covering of claim 1, wherein the gear box further comprises:
the first transmission piece is in transmission connection with the motor;
the second transmission piece is in transmission connection with the transmission device;
the first transmission piece is in transmission connection with the second transmission piece through the gear set.
3. The window covering of claim 2, wherein the gear box further comprises magnetic elements, the PCB board comprises magnetic induction elements; the magnetic part is connected with the second transmission part so that the movement of the magnetic part is synchronous with the movement of the second transmission part; the magnetic induction piece is used for inducing the magnetic piece so as to obtain the information of the second transmission piece.
4. The window covering of claim 2, wherein the gear set further comprises:
the first gear is in transmission connection with the first transmission piece;
the second gear is in transmission connection with the sun gear;
the third gear is fixedly connected with the second transmission piece;
the first gear is in transmission connection with the second gear, the planetary gear is meshed with the third gear when in a working position, a central shaft of the first gear and a central shaft of the second gear are both parallel to a central shaft of the sun gear, and the central shaft of the third gear is superposed with the central shaft of the second transmission piece.
5. The window covering of claim 4, wherein the gearbox further comprises a housing, the gear sets each being mounted within the housing;
the shell further comprises a mounting seat, the mounting seat comprises a first mounting portion, a second mounting portion, a third mounting portion and a fourth mounting seat, the first gear is mounted on the first mounting portion, the second gear is mounted on the second mounting portion, the third gear is mounted on the third mounting portion, and the support is mounted on the fourth mounting portion.
6. The window covering of claim 5, wherein the bracket includes a sun mount and a planet mount, the sun gear being mounted on the sun mount, the planet gear being mounted on the planet mount, a central axis of the sun gear and a central axis of the third mount both coinciding with a central axis of the sun mount.
7. The window covering of claim 5, wherein the drive device includes a drive housing and a drive belt, the drive belt being at least partially disposed within the drive housing, the drive belt being coupled to the window covering body.
8. The window curtain of claim 7, wherein the transmission box comprises a box body and a transmission wheel, the transmission wheel is positioned in the box body, and the transmission belt and the gear box are in transmission connection with the transmission wheel.
9. The window curtain as claimed in claim 8, wherein the speed reducer further comprises a connecting member, the connecting member is partially located in the speed reducer, a connecting portion adapted to the connecting member is provided on the box body, and the connecting member is installed in cooperation with the connecting portion so that the speed reducer is connected to the transmission case.
10. The window covering of claim 9, wherein the connector comprises:
the assembling part is provided with an assembling hole and is connected with the shell;
the centers of the two buckling parts are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the connecting part, the buckling parts are perpendicular to the assembling part, the free ends of the buckling parts extend in a direction parallel to the assembling part, and the buckling parts are buckled and connected with the connecting part;
and the adjusting part and the assembling part are positioned on the same plane and are used for driving the assembling part and the two buckling parts to rotate around the central shaft of the assembling hole.
