The bottom plate 9 is fixed between the first side plate 7 and the second side plate 10 to form the bottom of the dehumidification bag; a containing cavity for containing the dehumidifying agent is formed among the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 and the bottom sheet 9;

a containing cavity formed by heat sealing the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 and the bottom sheet 9;

The thickness of the adhesive layer is 1-3 μm (2 μm is adopted in the embodiment);
the thickness of the ink layer is less than 3 μm (3 μm is adopted in the embodiment);
the thickness of the heat sealing layer 3 is 30-150 μm (150 μm is adopted in the embodiment);
the thickness of the printing layer 6 is 12-50 μm (12 μm is used in the present embodiment).
The times of recycling the dehumidification bag can be improved and energy can be saved by limiting the layer structure of the composite film and the thickness of each layer.
As an alternative embodiment, the reinforcing layer 2 may also be an aluminum foil layer, or a film layer formed by aluminum foil and polyethylene terephthalate.
As another alternative, the breathable film 8 may be a nonwoven fabric.
As yet another alternative, the heat-seal layer 3 may be a cast polypropylene layer.

then coating polyurethane adhesive (namely the adhesive layer 4) on one side of the printing layer 6 printed with the characters and patterns, wherein the speed of coating the polyurethane adhesive is 180 m/min;
then compounding the side of the printing layer 6 coated with the polyurethane adhesive with the heat sealing layer 3 at the compounding speed of 180 m/min; during compounding, the temperature of the first-section drying tunnel is 60 ℃, the temperature of the second-section drying tunnel is 85 ℃, the temperature of the third-section drying tunnel is 90 ℃, and the laminating temperature is 70 ℃;
after the compounding is finished, curing at 50 ℃ in a curing chamber for 60 hours; and obtaining the composite membrane.
Preparing a moisture-proof layer:
firstly, printing character patterns on the inner side of the barrier layer 1 by using a gravure printing machine, wherein the printing speed is 300m/min, and the drying temperature is 40 ℃;
compounding the side of the blocking layer 1 printed with the character patterns with the reinforcing layer 2 at the compounding speed of 180 m/min; during compounding, the temperature of the first-section drying tunnel is 60 ℃, the temperature of the second-section drying tunnel is 85 ℃, the temperature of the third-section drying tunnel is 90 ℃, and the laminating temperature is 70 ℃;
after the compounding is finished, curing at 50 ℃ in a curing chamber for 60 hours; and obtaining the moisture-proof layer.
Coating:
coating heat-sealing glue on one side of the enhancement layer 2 of the moisture-proof layer 12; wherein the coating isThe speed of the heat sealing glue is 200 m/min; when heat-seal glue is coated, the drying temperature of the first-section drying tunnel is 90 ℃, the drying temperature of the second-section drying tunnel is 120 ℃, and the drying temperature of the third-section drying tunnel is 150 ℃; the coating weight of the dried heat seal adhesive is 6g/m2
Slitting:
and respectively cutting the composite film 11, the coated moisture-proof layer 12 and the breathable film 8 according to the specification to obtain the coiled material with the required width: a first side sheet 7, a second side sheet 10 (breathable film 8), a moisture barrier layer 12 and a backsheet 9.
And (3) heat sealing:
firstly, transversely heat-sealing the first side sheet 7 and the bottom sheet 9 after cutting, wherein the heat-sealing temperature is 220 ℃ and the time is 0.5 s;

then, longitudinally heat-sealing the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 (the breathable film 8), the moisture-proof layer 12 and the bottom sheet 9 to form two side heat sealing edges, so as to obtain a bag body with a containing cavity, wherein the heat sealing temperature is 150 ℃ and the time is 1 s; when the second side piece 10 (the breathable film 8) is longitudinally heat-sealed, one side, far away from the accommodating cavity, of the second side piece is covered with a moisture-proof layer 12; the bottom plate 9 is fixed between the first side plate 7 and the second side plate 10 to form the bottom of the dehumidification bag; the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 and the bottom sheet 9 form a containing cavity for containing the dehumidifying agent.
Finally, cutting to obtain the dehumidifying bag; when cutting, the moisture-proof layer 12 in the dehumidifying bag is provided with a structure which is easy to tear the moisture-proof layer and extends out of the heat sealing position, and the structure can be square, rectangle, circular arc, ellipse and the like (the embodiment adopts circular arc).

the bag body comprises a first side sheet 7 and a second side sheet 10, wherein the first side sheet 7 is made of a first composite film, and the second side sheet 10 is made of a breathable film 8;
a housing chamber formed by heat-sealing the first side sheet 7 and the second side sheet 10;
the moisture-proof layer 12 covers one side of the second side piece 10 (the breathable film 8) far away from the accommodating cavity;
the lower end of the bag body is provided with a zipper 13 which can be opened and closed, and the length of the zipper is not less than the width of the upper opening of the bag body (the length of the zipper in the embodiment is consistent with the width of the upper opening of the bag body), as shown in fig. 9.

The thickness of the barrier layer 1 is 12-50 μm (12 μm is adopted in the embodiment); the sealing effect of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable film can be improved by limiting the thickness of the barrier layer.

the thickness of the ink layer is less than 3 μm (1 μm is adopted in the embodiment);
the thickness of the heat sealing layer 3 is 30-150 μm (30 μm is adopted in the embodiment);
the thickness of the print layer 6 is 12-50 μm (50 μm is used in this embodiment).
By limiting the layer structure of the composite film and the thickness of each layer, the recycling frequency of the dehumidification bag can be improved, and energy is saved.
The end part of the bag body is provided with an openable zipper for sealing.
As an alternative embodiment, the reinforcing layer 2 may also be a polyester aluminized film layer, or a film layer formed by aluminum foil and polyethylene terephthalate.

then compounding the side of the printing layer 6 coated with the polyurethane adhesive with the heat sealing layer 3 at the compounding speed of 200 m/min; during compounding, the temperature of the first-section drying tunnel is 60 ℃, the temperature of the second-section drying tunnel is 75 ℃, the temperature of the third-section drying tunnel is 80 ℃, and the laminating temperature is 60 ℃;
after the compounding is finished, curing at 40 ℃ in a curing chamber for 48 h; and obtaining the composite membrane.
Preparing a moisture-proof layer:
firstly, printing character patterns on the inner side of the barrier layer 1 by using a gravure printing machine, wherein the printing speed is 200m/min, and the drying temperature is 60 ℃;
then compounding the side of the blocking layer 1 printed with the character patterns with the reinforcing layer 2 at the compounding speed of 200 m/min; during compounding, the temperature of the first-section drying tunnel is 60 ℃, the temperature of the second-section drying tunnel is 75 ℃, the temperature of the third-section drying tunnel is 80 ℃, and the laminating temperature is 60 ℃;
after the compounding is finished, curing at 40 ℃ in a curing chamber for 48 h; and obtaining the moisture-proof layer.
Coating:
coating heat-sealing glue on one side of the enhancement layer 2 of the moisture-proof layer 12; wherein the speed of coating the heat-sealing glue is 180 m/min; when heat-seal glue is coated, the drying temperature of the first-section drying tunnel is 80 ℃, the drying temperature of the second-section drying tunnel is 100 ℃, and the drying temperature of the third-section drying tunnel is 120 ℃; the coating weight of the dried heat seal adhesive is 5g/m2
Slitting:
and respectively cutting the composite film 11, the coated moisture-proof layer 12 and the breathable film 8 according to the specification to obtain the coiled material with the required width: a first side sheet 7, a second side sheet 10 (breathable film) and a moisture barrier 12.
And (3) heat sealing:
firstly, transversely heat-sealing the lower ends of the cut first side piece 7, the cut second side piece 10 and the moisture-proof layer 12 to form a foldable sealing structure (a foldable zipper 13 is adopted in the embodiment), and the length of the zipper is consistent with the width of an opening at the upper end of the bag body; the heat sealing temperature is 130 ℃, and the time is 1 s; when the heat seal is carried out transversely, the second side plate 10 (the breathable film) is positioned between the moisture-proof layer 12 and the first side plate 7, and one side of the moisture-proof layer 12 coated with the heat seal glue is contacted with the second side plate 10 (the breathable film);
then longitudinally heat-sealing the two side edges of the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 and the moisture-proof layer 12 to form two side heat-sealed edges, so as to obtain a bag body with an accommodating cavity, wherein the heat-sealed temperature is 180 ℃ and the time is 0.8 s; a containing cavity for containing the desiccant is formed between the first side sheet 7 and the second side sheet 10;
after the moisture-proof agent is filled in the dehumidifying bag, heat sealing is performed on the other ends of the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 and the moisture-proof layer 12.
The heat-sealing strength of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable film of the prepared dehumidifying bag is tested, and the heat-sealing strength is 10N/15 mm.
Comparative example 1
The difference from example 1 is only the heat-sealing temperature, which is: firstly, overlapping the cut breathable film 8 and a second composite film 11 to form a second side sheet 10, wherein the overlapped breathable film 8 is positioned at the inner side of the second composite film 11; then covering the breathable film 8 on one side of the moisture-proof layer 12 coated with the heat-sealing glue; the moisture-proof layer 12 at the lap joint part of the breathable film 8 and the second composite film 11 is positioned at the outer side of the second composite film 11, and then the lap joint part of the moisture-proof layer 12, the breathable film 8 and the second composite film 11 is subjected to transverse heat sealing, wherein the heat sealing temperature is 110 ℃, and the time is 0.5 s;
then, the bottom sheet 9 is transversely heat sealed with the first side sheet 7 and the second composite film 11 respectively; the heat sealing temperature is 150 ℃ and the time is 0.8 s;
finally, longitudinally heat-sealing the two side edges of the second side sheet 10, the first side sheet 7, the moisture-proof layer 12 and the bottom sheet 9 to form two side heat sealing edges, so as to obtain a bag body with an accommodating cavity, wherein the heat-sealing temperature is 110 ℃, and the time is 0.5 s; and the moisture-proof layer 12 is located on the side of the breathable film 8 remote from the first side sheet 7 when heat-sealed longitudinally. The bottom plate 9 is fixed between the first side plate 7 and the second side plate 10 to form the bottom of the dehumidification bag; a containing cavity for containing the dehumidifying agent is formed among the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 and the bottom sheet 9.
The heat-sealing strength of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable film of the prepared dehumidifying bag is tested, and the heat-sealing strength is 3N/15 mm.
Comparative example 2

finally, longitudinally heat-sealing the two side edges of the second side sheet 10, the first side sheet 7, the moisture-proof layer 12 and the bottom sheet 9 to form two side heat sealing edges, so as to obtain a bag body with an accommodating cavity, wherein the heat-sealing temperature is 250 ℃, and the time is 0.5 s; and the moisture-proof layer 12 is located on the side of the breathable film 8 remote from the first side sheet 7 when heat-sealed longitudinally. The bottom plate 9 is fixed between the first side plate 7 and the second side plate 10 to form the bottom of the dehumidification bag; a containing cavity for containing the dehumidifying agent is formed among the first side sheet 7, the second side sheet 10 and the bottom sheet 9.
The heat-sealing strength of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable film of the prepared dehumidifying bag is tested, and the heat-sealing strength is 30N/15 mm.

Claims (10)

1. A dehumidifying bag, comprising:
the bag body comprises a first side sheet and a second side sheet, wherein the side sheets comprise breathable films and/or composite films, and all or part of at least one side sheet is breathable film;
and the moisture-proof layer covers the outer side of the breathable film.
2. A dehumidifying bag as claimed in claim 1 wherein the bag body further comprises a bottom sheet.
3. The dehumidification bag of claim 1, wherein the bag body is provided with an openable and closable sealing structure.
4. Dehumidification bag according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the moisture barrier comprises a reinforcement layer and a barrier layer.
5. The desiccant bag of claim 4 wherein the barrier layer is a polyethylene terephthalate film layer;
the enhancement layer is an aluminum foil layer, a polyester aluminum-plated film layer or a film layer formed by aluminum foil and polyethylene glycol terephthalate;
the breathable film is non-woven fabric or Tyvek.
6. Dehumidification bag according to claim 4, wherein the thickness of the barrier layer is 12-50 μm.
7. The dehumidifying bag as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the composite film comprises a heat-sealing layer, an adhesive layer, an ink layer and a printing layer in this order from inside to outside.
8. The desiccant bag of claim 7 wherein the heat seal layer is a polyethylene layer or a cast polypropylene layer;
the printing layer is a polyethylene terephthalate film layer and/or a polyamide layer.
9. The desiccant bag of claim 7 wherein the adhesive layer has a thickness of 1-3 μm;
the thickness of the ink layer is less than 3 μm;
the thickness of the heat sealing layer is 30-150 μm;
the thickness of the printing layer is 12-50 μm.
10. A dehumidifying bag as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the moisture barrier is provided with an easy-open structure.
