a filing bar body;

at least two of the upper polishing layer, the lower polishing layer and the side polishing layer have different particle densities.

2. The nail file according to claim 1, wherein the upper abrasive layer has a particle density greater than that of the lower abrasive layer.

The nail file according to claim 2, wherein the side polishing layer comprises a front polishing layer and a rear polishing layer which are provided at front and rear ends of the filing bar body, respectively, and the third particles comprise fourth particles corresponding to the front polishing layer and fifth particles corresponding to the rear polishing layer.

4. The nail file according to claim 3, wherein one of the front end sanding layer and the rear end sanding layer has the same grain density as the upper sanding layer, and the other thereof has the same grain density as the lower sanding layer.

5. The nail file according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the lower polishing layer and the side polishing layer have a grain density of not less than 100, and the upper polishing layer has a grain density of not less than 180.

6. The nail file according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the filing bar body comprises a grinding part and a hand-held part which are provided in front and rear sections, the upper grinding layer and the lower grinding layer being provided on the grinding part.

7. The nail file according to claim 6, wherein the top surface or the bottom surface of the hand-held portion is provided with a mirror layer.

8. The nail file according to claim 6, wherein the side grinding layer is coated to a front end of the grinding part.

9. The nail file according to claim 8, wherein both side surfaces of the sanding part are provided with a recess for receiving a finger therein, the recess being located rearward of the front end of the sanding part.

10. Nail file assembly, characterized in that it comprises a nail file according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the blade body being made of a glass material, the blade body being elongate.
