Description
本实用新型属于一种灯具。
目前，在室外或某些特殊场所使用的灯具要求具有良好的防水性和防尘性，一般是用三个卡板将密封胶圈和玻璃罩固定在灯壳上，而所使用的卡板的制造是首先把1毫米厚的薄板裁成条状，冲压成弧型槽，然后再用点焊机将该弧型槽与直角连接片点焊在一起。安装时，由两个人将密封圈套在玻璃罩及壳体上，并用卡板卡紧，然后再用螺丝固定，这种结构的灯具由于卡板之间有空隙，所以水或粉尘很容易从卡板之间的夹缝或胶圈与玻璃罩之间的夹缝渗入到灯内，直接影响灯的寿命，并且安装也比较费劲。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防水、防尘性能好，成本低，安装方便的灯具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该灯具包括灯壳、密封胶圈和玻璃罩，其特征是灯壳的立边可做成凹槽，密封胶圈和玻璃罩被固定安装在凹槽内。

如图1所示，该灯具由灯壳1、密封圈2和玻璃罩3组成，灯壳1由铝板制成并将灯壳1的边加工成立边，然后将密封圈2套在玻璃罩3上，用赶制机将灯壳1的立边赶压成凹槽状，使密封胶圈2和玻璃罩3固定在凹槽内。
