referring to fig. 1 to 10, a clean-keeping burner comprises an outer ring fire ejector 1, a central fire ejector 2 and a burner base 3, the central fire cover 4 and the outer ring fire cover component are arranged, the upper portion of the furnace head seat 3 is provided with a central fire connector 5 and an outer ring fire connector 6, the lower portion of the furnace head seat 3 is provided with a central fire ejector connector 7 and an outer ring fire ejector connector 8, the central fire connector 5 is communicated with the central fire ejector connector 7, the outer ring fire connector 6 is communicated with the outer ring fire ejector connector 8, the central fire cover 4 covers the central fire connector 5 of the furnace head seat 3, the outer ring fire cover component is sleeved on the outer ring fire connector 6 of the furnace head seat 3, the air outlet end of the central fire ejector 2 is connected with the central fire ejector connector 7 of the furnace head seat 3, and the air outlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 is connected with the outer ring fire ejector connector 8 of the furnace head seat 3.

The central fire cover 4 can be of an integrated structure, the central fire cover 4 comprises a central fire cover inner ring 25 and a central fire cover outer ring 26, the outer edge of the central fire cover inner ring 25 is fixedly connected with the upper edge of the central fire cover outer ring 26, a central fire outlet hole 27 is uniformly distributed on the outer side wall of the central fire cover outer ring 26, a second annular step with a downward step surface 28 is arranged on the outer surface of the central fire cover outer ring 26, and a third annular step with a downward step surface 29 is arranged on the inner surface of the central fire cover inner ring 26. The inner surface of the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head base 3 is provided with a fourth annular step with an upward step surface 31, the top surface of the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head base 3 is tightly attached to the step surface 28 of the second annular step, and the vertical surface 32 of the second annular step is tightly attached to the vertical surface 33 of the fourth annular step, so that the radial sealing of the central fire cover outer ring 26 and the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head base is favorably realized. The outer surface of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base is provided with a fifth annular step with an upward step surface 35, the top surface of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base is tightly attached to the step surface 29 of the third annular step, and the vertical surface 36 of the third annular step is tightly attached to the vertical surface 37 of the fifth annular step, so that the radial sealing of the central fire cover inner ring 25 and the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base is favorably realized.
The center of the inner ring of the central fire cover 4 is provided with a through hole, and the center through hole of the inner ring 25 of the central fire cover is the center through hole of the central fire cover 4.
The annular gap between outer ring fire lid 9 and central fire lid 4 is connected to the space between adjacent connecting foot 15, secondary air passageway intercommunication, and the annular gap between adjacent connecting foot 15 can introduce the air into the annular gap between outer ring fire lid 9 and central fire lid 4, and when the gas and the gas mixture of air that central fire goes out fire hole 27 blowout on the lateral wall of central fire lid outer loop 26 burnt and produced flame, can promote the fire to the flame that this burning produced. Meanwhile, the gap between the adjacent connection legs 15, i.e., the secondary air passage, may also provide partial combustion promoting air for the outer ring fire (i.e., flame generated when the mixture of gas and air injected from the outer ring fire outlet hole is combusted).
The outer surface of the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base is provided with a sixth annular step with an upward step surface 38, the support ring 14 of the outer ring fire cover base is placed on the step surface 38 of the sixth annular step, the step surface 38 of the sixth annular step is a horizontal plane and is used for further ensuring the positioning of the outer ring fire cover base 10 in the vertical direction, and the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base penetrates through a central through hole of the support ring 14.
The furnace head base 3 is provided with an inclined upward inclined plate 67 with a central hole 72 in the center, the inner edge of the inclined upward inclined plate 67 is fixedly connected with the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head base 3, the outer edge of the inclined upward inclined plate 67 is fixedly connected with the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head base, and a cavity defined by the upward surface of the inclined upward inclined plate 67, the outer surface of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head base and the inner surface of the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head base is an inner cavity of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace. The inner diameter of the inner cavity of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head seat gradually increases from bottom to top along the upward surface of the inclined plate 67, so that the upward smooth uniform distribution of airflow to the upper part of the inner cavity of the central fire connecting port 5 is facilitated.
The central fire outlet holes 27 on the outer ring 26 of the central fire cover are divided into three layers, the central fire outlet holes 27 on the first layer and the central fire outlet holes 27 on the second layer are main central fire outlet holes, and the central fire outlet holes 27 on the third layer are flame stabilizing holes. The diameter of the central fire hole of the third layer is smaller than that of the central fire hole of the first layer and that of the central fire hole of the second layer. The arrangement of the three-layer central fire outlet holes 27 has the advantages that the temperature of the central fire cover 4 is low, the durability is good, the red fire phenomenon can not occur due to long combustion time, the flame stabilizing effect is good, and the three-layer central fire outlet holes can better adapt to different gas requirements. For the first layer central fire outlet holes 27, the center distance between the adjacent central fire outlet holes is 1.5-4 times of the diameter of the fire hole of the first layer central fire outlet hole 27, and 2 times is selected in the embodiment; the second layer central fire outlet holes and the first layer central fire outlet holes are arranged in a staggered mode, the vertical center distance between the first layer central fire outlet holes and the second layer central fire outlet holes is 0.6-2.5 times of the diameter of the fire holes of the second layer central fire outlet holes, in the embodiment, 2 times of the diameter of the first layer central fire outlet holes are selected, the third layer central fire outlet holes and the second layer central fire outlet holes are arranged in an aligned mode, the vertical center distance between the second layer central fire outlet holes and the third layer central fire outlet holes is 0.5-2.5 times of the diameter of the third layer central fire outlet holes, in the embodiment, 2 times of the diameter of the third layer central fire outlet holes are selected, the main central fire outlet holes 27 arranged in the mode are arranged in a delta shape, and two flame stabilizing fire holes are further arranged on the lower portion of the delta shape. Partial air current in the central fire connector 5 of headstock can shunt to in the flame stabilizing fire hole, the mist burning of spun gas and air forms little flame in the flame stabilizing fire hole, little flame is favorable to pulling the flame that the second floor center fire goes out fire hole 27 from the flame root that the second floor center fire goes out fire hole 27, realize the stability that the second floor center fire goes out fire hole 27 department flame, thereby reduce the second floor center fire and go out the emergence of fire hole 27 department jumping fire or take off fire phenomenon, ensure the combustion stability of combustor, that is to say, the flame stabilizing fire hole can play the fire hole to the second floor center fire and play the flame stabilizing effect, and simultaneously, the flame stabilizing fire hole still can upwards transmit flame. Air between the adjacent flame stabilizing holes can be supplemented to the central fire outlet holes of the second layer and the central fire outlet holes of the first layer, and sufficient combustion is realized.
The central fire cover inner ring 25 is also uniformly provided with fire outlets 64, the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head seat 3 is provided with a central fire cover inner ring secondary air inlet 68, the center of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head seat 3 is provided with an air inlet flow channel 47, and the central fire cover inner ring secondary air inlet 68 of the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head seat 3 is communicated with the air inlet flow channel 47 of the center of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head seat. When the mixed gas of the air and the fuel gas sprayed from the fire outlet holes 64 on the inner ring 25 of the central fire cover is combusted to generate flame, the secondary air inlet holes 68 of the inner ring of the central fire cover on the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base can introduce the air into the air inlet flow passage 47 at the center of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base, so that the flame generated by the mixed gas of the air and the fuel gas sprayed from the fire outlet holes 64 on the inner ring 25 of the central fire cover is promoted. Flame generated when the airflow sprayed out of the fire outlet holes 64 of the inner ring 25 of the central fire cover is combusted at the center of the pot bottom, and the heat efficiency is improved.
The bottom surface of the air inlet flow channel 47 in the center of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base is closed, one side of the air inlet flow channel 47 in the center of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base is communicated with the central fire cover inner ring secondary air inlet hole 68 in the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base, and the air inlet flow channel 47 in the center of the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base supplements air through the central fire cover inner ring secondary air inlet hole 68 in the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the burner base.
A support ring ignition needle through hole 39 and a support ring thermocouple through hole 40 are formed in the support ring 14 of the outer ring fire cover base, a furnace head base ignition needle through hole 41 matched with the support ring ignition needle through hole 39 is formed in the furnace head base 3, and a furnace head base thermocouple through hole 42 matched with the support ring thermocouple through hole 40 is further formed in the furnace head base 3. The ignition needle 43 sequentially penetrates through the furnace headstock ignition needle through-hole 41 and the support ring ignition needle through-hole 39 from bottom to top and then extends into the annular gap between the central fire cover 4 and the outer ring fire cover 9, and the thermocouple 44 sequentially penetrates through the furnace headstock thermocouple through-hole 42 and the support ring thermocouple through-hole 40 from bottom to top and then extends into the annular gap between the central fire cover 4 and the outer ring fire cover 9. The ignition needle 43 and the thermocouple 44 are well-established components of existing burners, and thus the ignition needle 43 and the thermocouple 44 will not be described in detail herein. Under the action of the support ring ignition needle through jack 39 and the furnace base ignition needle through jack 41, the ignition needle 43 can conduct horizontal direction guiding positioning on the outer ring fire cover base; the thermocouple 44 can be oriented horizontally with respect to the outer ring cap base by the support ring thermocouple insertion hole 40 and the headstock thermocouple insertion hole 42. In order to prevent wrong installation, this is for preventing slow-witted design, and other directions do not have the jack and can't install.
The outer surface of the base outer ring 12 of the outer ring fire cover base is provided with a seventh annular step with an upward step surface 45, and the inner surface of the base inner ring 11 of the outer ring fire cover base is provided with an eighth annular step with an upward step surface 46. The outer ring fire cover 9 comprises an outer ring fire cover inner ring 48, an outer ring fire cover body 69 and an outer ring fire cover outer ring 49, wherein the upper edge of the outer ring fire cover inner ring 48 is fixedly connected with the inner edge of the outer ring fire cover body 69, the outer edge of the outer ring fire cover body 69 is fixedly connected with the upper edge of the outer ring fire cover outer ring 49, the upper surface of the outer ring fire cover body 69 is an inverted conical surface, an outer ring fire outlet hole 18 is formed in the outer ring fire cover outer ring 49, a ninth annular step with a downward step surface 50 is arranged on the outer surface of the outer ring fire cover inner ring 48, the top surface of the base inner ring 11 of the outer ring fire cover base is tightly attached to the step surface 50 of the ninth annular step, and the vertical surface 51 of the eighth annular step is tightly attached to the vertical surface 52 of the ninth annular step, so that the radial sealing between the base inner ring 11 of the outer ring; the inner surface of the outer ring fire cover outer ring 49 is provided with a tenth annular step with a downward step surface 53, the top surface of the base outer ring 12 of the outer ring fire cover base is tightly attached to the step surface 53 of the tenth annular step, and the vertical surface 54 of the seventh annular step is tightly attached to the vertical surface 66 of the tenth annular step, so that the radial sealing between the base outer ring 12 of the outer ring fire cover base and the outer ring fire cover outer ring 49 is favorably realized.
The outer ring fire cover body 69 is provided with a flame connecting hole 60, one end of the flame connecting hole 60 is communicated with the outer ring fire outlet hole 18, and the other end of the flame connecting hole 60 extends to the outer ring fire cover inner ring 48.
The air outlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 extends into the outer ring fire ejector connector 8 of the furnace head seat 3, the air outlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 and the outer ring fire ejector connector 8 of the furnace head seat form taper fit, the taper of the outer surface of the air outlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 is larger than that of the inner surface of the outer ring fire ejector connector 8 of the furnace head seat, the taper of the outer surface of the air outlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 is larger than 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 10 degrees, the taper of the inner surface of the outer ring fire ejector connector 8 of the furnace head seat is larger than or equal to 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 10 degrees, and sealing between the air outlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 and the outer ring fire ejector connector.
The air outlet end of the central fire ejector 2 extends into the central fire ejector connecting port 7 of the furnace head seat 3, the air outlet end of the central fire ejector 2 and the central fire ejector connecting port 7 of the furnace head seat form taper fit, the taper of the outer surface of the air outlet end of the central fire ejector 2 is larger than that of the inner surface of the central fire ejector connecting port 7 of the furnace head seat, the taper of the outer surface of the air outlet end of the central fire ejector 2 is larger than 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 10 degrees, the taper of the inner surface of the central fire ejector connecting port 7 of the furnace head seat is larger than or equal to 0 degree and smaller than or equal to 10 degrees, and sealing between the air outlet end of the central fire ejector 2 and the central fire ejector connecting port 7 of the furnace head seat.

The inner diameter of the air outlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 is 1.2-2.5 times of the diameter of the throat part of the outer ring fire ejector 2. The annular distance between the inner wall 34 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head seat and the outer wall 30 of the central fire connecting port 5 of the furnace head seat is 0.5-1.5 times of the throat diameter of the central fire ejector 2. The throat diameter is the minimum value of the inner diameter of the corresponding ejector pipe.
An ejector tube cover plate 56 is arranged on the outer end face of the air inlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 and the outer end face of the air inlet end of the center fire ejector 2, an outer ring fire fan-shaped air inlet 61 communicated with the air inlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 and an outer ring fire nozzle inlet circular hole 70 are formed in the ejector tube cover plate 56, a center fire fan-shaped air inlet 62 communicated with the air inlet end of the center fire ejector 2 and a center fire nozzle inlet circular hole 71 are formed in the ejector tube cover plate 56, two annular connecting bosses are arranged on one sides of the ejector tube cover plate 56 close to the outer end face of the air inlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 and the outer end face of the air inlet end of the center fire ejector 2, the two annular connecting bosses are outer ring fire connecting annular bosses 57 and a center fire connecting annular boss 58, the outer ring fire connecting boss 57 extends into the air inlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1, the center fire connecting annular boss 58 extends into the air inlet end of the center fire ejector, the outer end face of the ejector tube cover plate 56 is flat, so that the ejector tube cover plate can be better attached to a mature air flap of a combustor, and the flatness is improved. The air inlet end of the outer ring fire ejector 1 is connected with the ejector pipe cover plate 56 through a fastener, the air inlet end of the central fire ejector 2 is connected with the ejector pipe cover plate 56 through a fastener, and the fastener can be a screw and the like.
The vertical distance between the upper end surface of the outer ring fire connecting opening 6 of the furnace head seat 3 and the inner top surface of the outer ring fire cover 9 is 0.5-2 times of the inner diameter of the outer ring fire connecting opening 6 of the furnace head seat 3.
For a component, the inner surface of the component refers to the surface closer to the central axis of the component and the outer surface of the component refers to the surface farther from the central axis of the component. For the central fire lid inner ring 25, for example, the inner surface of the central fire lid inner ring 25 is closer to the central axis of the central fire lid, and the outer surface of the central fire lid inner ring 25 is farther from the central axis of the central fire lid.
The stove head base 3 is provided with a first connecting hole 65 connected with a panel or a water tray (not shown in the figure), the panel or the water tray is provided with a second connecting hole (not shown in the figure) matched with the connecting hole, and the stove head base 3 is fixedly connected with the panel or the water tray through a fastener (not shown in the figure) arranged in the first connecting hole 65 and the second connecting hole. The fasteners may be screws or the like.
