As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the top bar 141 further includes a positioning portion 143 connected to the first elastic member 144, the positioning portion 143 is used for mounting the first elastic member 144, so as to prevent the first elastic member 144 from deviating from the mounting position during the compression process, and two ends of the first elastic member 144 abut against the cup 160 and the top bar 141 respectively. The positioning portion 143 may be a rod-shaped structure, and the first elastic member 144 is sleeved on an outer wall of the positioning portion 143; the first elastic member 144 may be in a groove-like structure and is fitted over the positioning portion 143, and the positioning portion 143 is preferably in a rod-like structure in this embodiment.
The top rod 141 and the linkage part 151 are matched to enable the cup cover 150 to cover the cup body 160. More specifically, the top rod 141 includes an engaging portion 142 disposed at a position corresponding to the opening 162, that is, the linking portion 151 is movably engaged with the engaging portion 142, in this embodiment, the movable engagement means that two components can be engaged with each other to keep the two components relatively fixed, and the engaged relationship can also be conveniently released, and in this embodiment, the preferable movable engagement is a snap connection.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, when the cup 160 is rotated, the ejection mechanism 140 follows the circumferential rotation of the cup 160, thereby driving the ejector rod 141 to lift by a certain height to open the cup lid 150, specifically, when the ejector rod 141 is limited to move up and down in the axial direction of the cup 160 in the chamber 161, when the cup 160 is rotated, the cup 160 drives the ejection mechanism 140 to rotate synchronously around the cup holder assembly 10, the cup holder assembly 10 does not rotate relatively, and the cup holder assembly 10 is in sliding fit with the ejection mechanism 140, thereby enabling the ejector rod 141 to slide along the cup holder assembly 10 toward the cup lid 150 to lift by a certain height, thereby opening the cup lid 150.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 11, the ejection mechanism 140 does not circumferentially rotate with the cup 160 when the cup 160 is rotated, and in particular, the ejection mechanism 140 is defined in the cavity 161 to be capable of moving up and down in the axial direction of the cup 160, and when the ejection mechanism 140 is installed in the cavity 161 but not fixedly connected to the cup 160, the ejection mechanism 140 is connected to the cup holder assembly 10, and the cup holder assembly 10 is relatively non-rotatable, so that, when the cup 160 circumferentially rotates around the cup holder assembly 10, the ejection mechanism 140 does not synchronously circumferentially move, but the ejection mechanism 140 and the cup 160 are capable of relatively sliding, and the cup 160 is rotated to slide the ejection mechanism 140 relative to the cup 160 to a certain height, thereby opening the lid 150.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lid 150 is connected to the cup 160 through a rotating structure, the rotating structure includes a second elastic member 152, when the lid 150 is closed on the cup 160, the second elastic member 152 is in a compressed state, and when the lid 150 is opened, the second elastic member 152 exerts an elastic force on the lid 150 to bounce the lid 150. When the linkage portion 151 of the cup lid 150 is disengaged from the fastening portion 142, the second elastic member 152 can bounce the cup lid 150 when the compression state is changed into the normal state, so as to achieve automatic opening of the cup lid and avoid hands from being contaminated when the cup lid 150 is opened by hands, wherein the second elastic member 152 can be a spring, a torsion spring, a soft rubber and other components which can be reset, and the preferred second elastic member 152 in this embodiment is a torsion spring.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 12 and 14, the cup holder assembly 10 includes a step surface engaged with the push rod 141, the step surface is disposed on a side of the cup holder assembly 10 facing the cup body 160, and the cup body 160 rotates relative to the cup holder assembly 10 to enable the push rod 141 to be engaged with the step surface to realize the movement of the push rod 141 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the step surface in this example means a plurality of splicing planes or arc surfaces or inclined surfaces which are not in the same horizontal plane.
The preferred step surface of this embodiment is disposed at the end of the cup holder assembly 10, i.e. the step surface is disposed at the end of the top end of the cup holder assembly 10 facing the cup body 160, which reduces the thickness of the cup holder assembly 10, saves materials, and reduces the production cost compared to disposing the step surface at the side of the cup holder assembly 10.
It will be appreciated that the step surface can be provided on the inner side of the cup holder assembly 10, and the bottom of the top rod 141 can be engaged with the step surface to achieve the same technical effect.
It will be appreciated that the step surface can also be disposed on the outer side of the cup holder assembly 10, and the bottom of the top rod 141 can be engaged with the step surface to achieve the same technical effect.
As shown in fig. 12, the stepped surface includes a surface a 171 and a surface B172, the surface a 171 is higher than the surface B172, the lift rod 141 passes through the surface B and then passes through the surface a when the cup body 160 rotates relative to the cup holder assembly 10, the lift rod 141 moves up to push the linkage portion 151 to open the cup lid 150 when the lift rod 141 contacts the surface a 171, and the surface a 171 and the surface B172 may be connected or disposed at intervals, which is shown in fig. 12.
As shown in fig. 15, the inner wall of the cup 160 includes a limiting rib 163, the limiting rib 163 is engaged with the surface B172, and after the lid 150 is opened, the limiting rib 163 abuts against the surface B172. After the cup cover 150 is opened, the limiting rib 163 is matched with the surface B172 to prevent the cup body 160 from rotating continuously, specifically, the shape of the limiting rib 163 is not limited in this example, and the limiting rib 163 can be a cylinder or a cuboid, as long as the limiting rib 163 can limit the cup body 160 to rotate within a certain angle; meanwhile, the number of the limiting ribs 163 is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the limiting ribs 163 can limit the cup 160 to rotate within a certain angle.
As shown in fig. 12 and 14, the a surface 171 is a first inclined surface, and the bottom of the top bar 141 includes a second inclined surface 145 engaged with the a surface 171, so that the top bar 141 can slide along the a surface 171, and further the top bar 141 is driven to move upward. The distance from the first inclined plane to the horizontal plane is gradually increased along the direction that the cup body 160 rotates to open the cup cover 150.
It will be appreciated that the entirety of the a-plane may be provided as a first slope having a unique slope.
As shown in fig. 12 and 15, wherein the B surface 172 is a vertical surface, the vertical surface can more effectively and stably limit the limiting rib 163, specifically, when the cup body 160 is rotated, the prop 141 is lifted to a certain height along the a surface 171, and when the cup body 160 is continuously rotated along the same direction, the limiting rib 163 can contact with the B surface 172, when the B surface 172 is set to be the vertical surface, the limiting rib 163 can be effectively limited, so that the cup body 160 stops rotating, and the cup body 160 is prevented from rotating infinitely, and the setting of the B surface to be the vertical surface takes into consideration that when the B surface 172 has a certain angle, and the force for rotating the cup body 160 is large, the limiting rib 163 is easy to slip when limiting with the B surface 172, so as to influence the limitation of the limiting rib 163 on the rotation angle of the cup body 160.
When the cup 160 is rotated, the push rod 141 and the cup 160 rotate, and the cup holder assembly 10 is not moved, the second inclined surface 145 at the bottom of the push rod 141 is matched with the step surface, so that the push rod 141 is lifted by a certain height along the axial direction of the cup 160, and the cup cover 150 is opened.
It can be understood that, rotating the cup 160, the cup holder assembly 10 can also rotate, the cup 160 drives the cup holder assembly 10 to rotate, but the rotating speed of the cup 160 and the cup holder assembly 10 is different, the ejector rod 141 is immobile, so that the step surface arranged on the cup holder assembly 10 is matched with the second inclined surface 145 of the ejector rod 141 arranged in the cup 160 to slide, the ejector rod 141 is lifted by a certain height along the axial direction of the cup 160, and the cup cover 150 is opened.
It will be appreciated that turning the cup 160, with the stem 141 stationary and the cup holder assembly 10 stationary, will be a structure in which the stem 141 can move upward to seat on the cup 160.
The cup 160 is rotated to open the cup cover 150 at least by an angle alpha, wherein alpha is more than or equal to 10 degrees, specifically, when the angle alpha is less than 10 degrees, on one hand, misoperation is easily caused, that is, the cup 160 can be opened by a small rotation, and when the cup cover 150 is not to be opened, a user carelessly touches the cup 160 to cause the cup 160 to rotate slightly to open the cup cover 150, which can affect the use experience; on the other hand, the step surface on the cup holder assembly 10 is steep, so that the cup 160 is not easy to rotate when rotating, a large force is required, and the operation is inconvenient, and the rotation angle α of the cup 160 is not less than 10 ° which is an optimal rotation angle capable of preventing the misoperation and easily rotating the cup 160.
Further, the cup 160 rotates an angle α relative to the cup base assembly 10 to open the cup lid, where α is not greater than 180 °. In this example α =180 °. When the cup 160 rotates clockwise within the angle range of 0 ° to 180 °, the stem 141 is not pushed up under the pressure of the first elastic member 144, the linkage portion 151 of the lid 150 is snap-fitted to the stem 141, and the lid 150 is in a closed state covering the cup 160. When the cup 160 rotates clockwise to 180 °, the upper limiting rib 163 of the cup 160 contacts with the B surface 172, the cup 160 cannot rotate continuously, the bottom of the top rod 141 is lifted to the a surface 171, the first elastic element 144 is compressed, the fastening position moves upwards, the fastening of the lid 150 and the top rod 141 is released, and the lid 150 is opened under the action of the second elastic element 152.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the bottom of the top bar 141 includes a second inclined surface 145, and the angle formed by the second inclined surface 145 and the horizontal plane is not greater than 60 °. The cup cover has the advantages that the first inclined surface is matched with the second inclined surface to ensure that the ejector rod is reliably lifted, so that the cup cover is opened; when the angle on second inclined plane and horizontal plane was greater than 60, the inclination on second inclined plane was steeper, and the cup was difficult for rotating this moment, need use great power to go the rotation, and often so operation can lead to the wearing and tearing on first inclined plane and second inclined plane, makes the ejector pin lifting failure, influences the bowl cover and opens, influences the use and experiences.
The projection length of the second inclined surface 145 on the horizontal plane is L, the diameter of the cup body 160 is D, wherein L is larger than or equal to (pi/36) D, when L < (pi/36) D, the projection length of the second inclined surface 145 on the horizontal plane is smaller, and two conditions exist, when the inclination of the second inclined surface is slower, the condition means that the length of the second inclined surface is smaller, the lifting height of the ejector rod in the vertical direction is smaller, the cup cover cannot be effectively opened, and the reliability is reduced; when the slope of the second slope 145 is steep, the cup 160 is not easy to rotate, and a large force is required to rotate, which affects the use experience.
As shown in FIG. 9, the width of the lift pins 141 is H, where H.gtoreq.L.
As shown in fig. 12, an elastic positioning bead 190 is disposed on the cup holder assembly 10, a hole matched with the elastic positioning bead 190 is disposed on the cup holder assembly 10, the elastic positioning bead 190 extends into the hole, the elastic positioning bead 190 can sink to enable the cup body 160 to rotate relative to the cup holder assembly 10, specifically, the elastic positioning bead 190 includes a bead body 191 and a third elastic member 192 connected to the bead body 191, wherein a positioning hole 193 for mounting the elastic positioning bead 190 is disposed on the cup holder assembly 10, the third elastic member 192 is mounted in the positioning hole 193, the bead body 191 is mounted in the positioning hole 193 and disposed at an upper end of the third elastic member 192, so that the third elastic member 192 can push the bead body 191 to move, in this example, the third elastic member 192 is a spring, a soft rubber, or other elastic structure, in this example, the third elastic member 192 is a spring, and the elastic positioning bead 190 plays a positioning role on one hand, the elastic positioning beads 190 and the positioning holes 193 are matched in place to generate sound and feel difference, so that the user can clearly know that the cup body 160 is correctly assembled to the cup holder assembly 10.

The present embodiment does not limit the relationship between the rotation direction of the potentiometer 320 and the resistance value of the potentiometer 320, that is, the potentiometer 320 may rotate clockwise to increase the corresponding resistance value, or rotate counterclockwise to increase the corresponding resistance value.
As shown in fig. 2, a main control board 410 is further disposed in the main body 1, the main control board 410 is electrically connected to the motor assembly 200, the switch is electrically connected to the main control board 410, the operating portion 300 controls the resistance value of the potentiometer 320 to change when rotating, the resistance value signal of the potentiometer 320 is transmitted to the main control board 410, and the main control board 410 controls the rotation speed of the motor assembly 200 according to the resistance value signal.
As shown in fig. 27, an installation portion 340 is disposed in the middle of the operation portion 300, the potentiometer 320 is fixedly connected to the installation portion 340, specifically, the installation portion 340 is used for fixing the potentiometer 320, and the influence of the deviation of the installation position of the potentiometer 320 when the potentiometer is driven to rotate by the operation portion 300 on the stepless speed regulation operation is avoided.
Stepless speed regulation principle: when the user rotates the operation part 300, starts the potentiometer 320, and continues to rotate the operation part 300 in the first rotation direction, the resistance value of the potentiometer 320 gradually increases, the PWM signal transmitted to the main control board 410 of the motor assembly 200 continuously increases, the motor rotation speed continuously increases until the maximum rotation speed, and when the operation part 300 is rotated in the second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction, the rotation speed of the motor assembly 200 gradually decreases until the motor is turned off, thereby realizing the stepless speed regulation of the motor.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, and improvements made within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
