When the handle 100 is about to enter the position of the accommodating state, a slight gap is still formed between the handle 100 and the scalding head body 300, at this time, the end of the turning stroke is entered, the first salient point 115 is extruded onto the two second salient points 221 arranged at intervals, the first salient point 115 and the second salient points 221 generate interference friction, the interference friction force at the position can avoid the situation that the scalding head body 300 is suddenly folded towards the handle 100 due to gravity or inertia effect, then a user can draw out the hand to adjust the force application state, push the handle 100 from the outer side of the handle 100 to continuously approach towards the body direction of the handle 100, finally the first salient point 115 and the second salient points 221 are clamped into the groove between the two second salient points 221 due to extrusion deformation, at this time, the handle 100 is just accommodated in the accommodating groove 313 in the scalding head body 300, and the design has the advantages that the hand is prevented from being pinched, because the first protrusion 115 is confined in the groove between the two second protrusions 221, the handle 100 does not naturally fall out of the position of the storage state when the handle 100 is not pushed with a certain external force. In order to ensure the stability of the folding and accommodating process, the first protruding points 115 are symmetrically arranged in the radial direction of the rotating ring 114, and the second protruding points 221 are symmetrically arranged in the radial direction of the limiting ring 220.
Further, in order to ensure that the handle 100 can be stably maintained at the preset position in the extended state when the handle 100 is in the extended state, the third protruding points 222 are further convexly disposed on the stop collar 220, the third protruding points 222 and the second protruding points 221 are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the stop collar 220, and when the handle 100 is in the extended state, the first protruding points 115 squeeze the third protruding points 222. That is, the handle 100 is maintained at the preset position in the extended state, and a damping scheme is adopted to ensure that the handle 100 can stay at the preset position in the extended state through interference friction force generated by squeezing the first protruding points 115 and the third protruding points 222.
From the above, in the present application, in the handle 100 adopting the rotary, turnover and folding scheme, the damping limit is realized by the interference and extrusion of the limit ring 220 and the rotating ring 114, so that when the handle is used for a long time, the limit ring 220 and the rotating ring 114 may have friction loss, in order to improve the service life of the product and the convenience of installation and maintenance. The limiting ring 220 is detachably connected to the rotating shaft body 210, and the rotating ring 114 is rotatably connected to the first housing cover 111. Specifically, a plurality of plug boards 117 are arranged in an annular shape and are protruded from the inner wall of the first housing cover, a plurality of notches 118 are circumferentially arranged on the rotating ring 114 at intervals, and the plug boards 117 are clamped in the notches 118. The spacing ring 220 is embedded in the rotating shaft body 210, at least two clamping portions 223 are convexly arranged on the outer wall surface of the spacing ring 220, the rotating shaft body 210 is provided with clamping interfaces 214 corresponding to the clamping portions 223, and the clamping portions 223 are clamped in the clamping interfaces 214.
The above details describe the embodiment of the present invention in which the handle is foldable in the handheld garment steamer having the feature of being convenient for ironing clothes, please refer to fig. 14, in another embodiment of the present invention, the handle 100 is not foldable, wherein the handle 100 and the ironing head body 300 are fixedly connected, wherein the fixed connection mode may be that the housing assembly 110 of the handle 100 and the shell 310 of the ironing head body 300 are an integral structure, or the housing assembly 110 of the handle 100 and the shell of the ironing head body 300 are welded or screwed, and fixedly connected together in a plug-in fit mode, and the handle 100 inclines downwards towards the direction far away from the steam generator 320, so that the user can conveniently hold the handle 100 to iron clothes.
